Last week felt abundant -- and I received a lot of support -- which made it all so much easier, considering that there was so much going on at so many levels. Self-Care was also helpful, as was taking some time out to breathe consciously, and simply taking life one moment at a time. Of course, we are still in Eclipse season, so none of this is surprising ;-) Lots of downloads coming in... The Saturn station that began at the end of the week brought things into sharper focus and helped me structure my days.
Before we get into the week's aspects: This is the last chance to join me for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM (this Wed.,March 23rd at 4pm PDT/7pm EDT/11pm GMT). The 90-minute webinar will be live on the day of the Lunar Eclipse! I am excited to be able to speak and connect with you in real time, as it's the best way for you to get the maximum support -- the webinar will be interactive, so you can ask questions and comment on what the month's aspects mean for you and your world.
If you're interested in aligning yourself with upcoming energies, this is for you. The fee is $24 -- sign up now to join live or register to get an mp4 recording within 24 hours of the live event. To register, click here
This week's headline items: the Saturn station intensifies on Monday; Mercury changes signs form Pisces to Aries on Monday evening; the Lunar Eclipse in Libra becomes exact on Wednesday morning; Chiron's alignment with the South Node in Pisces becomes exact on Thursday (very early in the morning); Saturn comes to halt (turning retrograde) on Friday morning; Mars begins to slow down (preparing for its retrograde) on Saturday; Pluto does the same on Sunday.
There will also be three long Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late evening (for 25.5 hours), Thursday afternoon (for a little over 21 hours), and Sunday very early morning (for 23.5 hours).
Monday (March 21st): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning. This turns our focus toward practical activities. Solving problems, making order out of confusion, helping others: all bring emotional satisfaction.
Health might come into focus. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.), align with our long-term goals.
TheSaturn station intensifies today (Monday). "Stationing" is when a planet moves more slowly through the sky. When a planet stations, its energy becomes more "exalted"; in the case of Saturn, this means we all feel the need to more fully face what is currently so, our actual reality. Saturn has to do with doing what needs to be done -- so we can fully understand the practical implications of our reality, and the consequences of our past actions. Saturn also represents our structures, responsibilities, commitments and ability to "do" life, on life's terms.
As spirit beings in a physical world, it's best to observe the laws of the physical world. The sooner we learn to "play by the rules", the easier life gets. Saturn also represents time and the "domain" of time: growing up, maturing, understanding our limitations, setting healthy boundaries with others, living with integrity, being authentic and truthful, being serious and focused on building something of value to society.
Saturn is our teacher. If you had a cosmic teacher, what would your personal "earth class" be in, right now? Where are you being asked to look at your beliefs and became more mature? What calls for a commitment towards a larger truth? What will time do?
As best as you can during the time of the station, bring flexibility and open-mindedness to any frustrations. The station-phase will last until March 31st -- and Saturn will start its 5-month retrograde phase, this Friday (on March 25th)… more on that on Friday ;-)
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 14-18 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this station. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Capricorn, since Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn.
Monday evening, at 8:19pm EDT, Mercury changes signs from dreamy, creative Pisces to enthusiastic, direct Aries. It will journey through this courageous sign until April 5th. For these next two weeks, our thinking speeds up and we are ready for new endeavors.
We may come off as impulsive and impatient when communicating; however, we are focused on reaching our goals as quickly as possible -- we must therefore speak (and get answers) faster. Nothing stands in our way now: we are ready, we are brave, we want what we want and we want it now ;-)
Something to watch out for: blurting things out prematurely or inappropriately; as best you can, choose your words carefully -- and pause before responding ;-) All of us are feeling the Aries energy quite strongly at this time, so do your best to not take it personally, if someone ignores what you want, or says something insensitive.
Remember to keep the focus on yourself instead -- and take responsibility for how you are communicating or expressing yourself.
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries? If so, you will feel especially chatty for the next 2 weeks. Your mental energy will be quite active and you feel the need to connect to others -- whether it be in person, via email, over the phone or via social media. New ideas and new connections are very likely.
Do you have your Ascendent or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel a tremendous energy burst for the next 2 weeks: really enthusiastic and physically strong.
Monday late evening, at 11:55pm EDT, we enter a 25.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC) that lasts until 1:23am EDT (Wednesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to look at your workflow. What needs to change so you can empower yourself more fully around your long-term goals?
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday night and all day Tuesday ahead of time ;-)
Tuesday (March 22nd): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo and VoC all day (see Monday morning and late evening for details).
Tuesday is all about trying to find a way to heal ourselves through self-acceptance and self-nurturing. As best as you can, be kind and gentle to yourself and if you feel triggered by someone or something, give yourself an extra dose of loving kindness and compassion.
This is also the day before the Lunar Eclipse becomes exact; the second Eclipse within four weeks. There is some potent energy coming our way; it would be wise to prepare ourselves to be transformed by it, allowing for our consciousness upgrade to be installed. It comes down to this: just for now and just as best as you can... could you simply allow what is... to be?
Allow for the new templates to download; stay centered and do your best to ground from within -- try using conscious breathing, flexibility -- and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body... This won't last forever -- in another two weeks, the downloads are complete ;-)
Tuesday is also your last chance to join me for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM: tomorrow, Wednesday, March 23rd at 4pm PDT/7pm EDT/11pm GMT (90-minute webinar). If you're interested in aligning yourself with upcoming energies, this is for you. Fee: $24 Sign up to join live or register to receive an mp4 within 24 hours of the live event. Wednesday (March 23rd) is definitely an eventful day! At 1:23am EDT, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Friday afternoon. The energy of the Libra Moon wants to maintain equal relationships: we thus tend to spend more time on diplomacy -- making compromises, negotiating, practicing graciousness, balancing, etc.
We can better set aside our emotions, to achieve the peace we desire; the shadow side of this is a tendency to avoid direct confrontations. We see both sides -- and may also fear loss of approval -- so we can't decide. As best as you can, find your inner balance with this... and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm.
This Moon placement also starts the build up towards the powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Libra (exact in 6.5 hours); more on that later… ;-) or you can also watch my video on that subject now
Wednesday morning, a long-lasting challenging Jupiter/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 6:15am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from March 2nd on; it will be strong until June 14th (due to Jupiter's and Saturn's retrograde phases). Jupiter represents philosophy, expansion, faith, personal growth; Saturn symbolizes responsibility, discipline, and pragmatism. Some re-structuring of our lives and business goals might be in order. We may be looking for new challenges -- sometimes because we are forced to look, as things are not going exactly to plan.
We have a desire to grow and expand, but this attitude is tempered with caution and a sense of restriction. It is best to breathe new life into old plans, rather than striking out with an altogether new one. Take steps to grow, but don't overextend, or you’re bound to grow frustrated. We're also encouraged to do things by the book -- but may not want to -- this is not the time to take shortcuts (they won't work...)
This aspect also reveals where our beliefs may be out of sync with reality. What was true before may not be now -- may have never been true in the first place. What was impossible before may be doable now. As best as you can, take a look at what’s holding you back: Are there “old” fears or beliefs that are no longer keeping you on your intended course? Imagine for a moment that you wake up tomorrow morning and all fear has mysteriously vanished... What would be possible?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Sagittarius, Virgo, Gemini or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect; this is also true for those of us with the Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius or Capricorn (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)
Wednesday at 8:01am EDT, the Sun opposes the Moonin 3 degrees of Libra. This extra-powerful Full Moon is also a Lunar Eclipse; as such, it's energy is more intense than a typical Full Moon. What's more, it's also the culmination of all the Eclipses we've had in the Libra/Aries polarity since 2013.
These Eclipses were all about having healthy relationships with ourselves and others -- they had particular relevance to the role(s) we identify with in our one-on-one relationships. What have you discovered in those areas since Oct. 2013?
There is a lot to cover today with this Eclipse, as it is also connected to a mutable T-square... and while all this is going on, Saturn is stationing. I will get into this in more detail in a moment…
Lunar Eclipses direct our attention to the "emotional body"; we thus become aware of what has been suppressed or ignored. Get ready for some big shifts in your life, especially around relationships of all kinds. Where do you need more balance? What roles or contracts need to be redefined or released?
The last Lunar Eclipse in 3 degrees of Libra was back in March of 1997; the one before that was in March 1978. Think back to those periods; what happened then? What is possible now?
Eclipses bring a strong focus to endings and beginnings -- they push us forward in our evolution and connect us more fully to our Soul’s Journey. As best as you can, trust that whatever is leaving or falling apart is making way for something better in your life -- the more open we are to change, the easier it will be to go to the next level.
This Eclipse could be healing a memory around relationships. It could also be making a new emotional connection, moving into a new home, starting a family, something of that sort. We get a chance to heal a trauma that was inflicted on us or our parents back around June 1981 or Sept. 1973.
Of course, all of this will resonate more with you if you have personal planets (or angles) within 3 degrees of the Eclipse… More on that later (and feel free to watch my 30-minute class on: "How to Read Your Birth Chart” if you haven't seen it yet)
We are also invited to look at the balance of feminine and masculine within ourselves, our relationships, and our world. Where has this gone out of balance? What happens when there is too much of either? Or too little?
The Sun in Aries is connecting to Mercury; this is a call to look at the roles that “assertion" and “independence” play in our lives. We're called to find ways to communicate our sense of self in a healthy way; total honesty with ourselves and others is crucial here. Allow the higher vibrations of Aries to shine: courage, openness towards the new, being direct, developing a healthy sense of identity. The spotlight is on us...
The Moon in Libra wants us to work through any issues via collaboration, objectivity, consideration, equality, balance, justice, etc. Here, the spotlight swings over to our relationships.
Mercury opposite the Moon invites us to pay attention both to feelings and emotional responses and to thoughts and logical conclusions. How might we express ourselves truthfully, without compromise... and consider other people's feelings and needs?
Mars (the ruler of Aries) is currently in Sagittarius; it's making a trine to the Sun in Aries and a sextile to the Moon in Libra. This indicates that we likely feel excited about life and are willing to make things work in our relationships. This is a brave and adventurous time.
Mars also squares Neptune in Pisces; this calls on us to slow down a little, to check in with our intuition and to let us be guided to what our next action needs to be. Ask yourself: When I'm in the flow of things, am I "the doer" or does "doing" simply happen? (...and really check -- don't assume :-)
Venus (the ruler of Libra) is currently in Pisces, making a square to Saturn in Sagittarius and an opposition to Jupiter in Virgo. This configuration is called a "T-square"; Saturn is the focal planet.
This lets us know that it's wise to double-check our facts, reasoning, assumptions and belief systems... Do any of them need updating?
Now, since this T-Square involves Venus in Pisces, we are also invited to bring an open heart to this process -- and to have compassion toward ourselves. Something very profound is happening to us: We have the opportunity to change our lives for the better!
For the next two weeks, keep asking yourself: What shifts might be possible for me, if I just let my mind and heart stay open?
Do your best to observe your thoughts. Thoughts are powerful, they are the first step toward creating your reality -- so take responsibility for them. If our thoughts about ourselves, others and the world are low in vibration, we will only be able to create something with a low vibration. Look to see which thoughts serve you (and which don't). As best as you can, align with your higher truth.
The Saturn station amplifies this even further. It adds a clear message to this Eclipse: Pay attention to your beliefs and what you think is true about life. What assumptions do you make about yourself, others, or life? Which actually advance your Soul’s Journey? How can you more fully embody your truth? What might be possible if you decided to "walk the talk"?
Remember that each of us is experiencing this Eclipse in one way or another... Some may feel overwhelmed or anxious, some may even have vertigo :-) As best as you can therefore, be compassionate with yourself and others; if someone doesn't return your call, it’s not personal... they may not be able to ;-) Eclipses are Uranian in nature: Anything could happen between now and April 7th (and usually happens to help us evolve).
As best as you can, don't jump the gun; if you feel compelled to do something, do your best to simply watch and observe. In particular, if you have any ambivalence about an action, or suspect that you are acting out of fear, wait until the Eclipse Season ends to go for it. If something happens organically, on the other hand, if it feels in alignment with your Soul's Journey, go for it.
Just double-check whether it's coming from love or fear - and remember that impatience is a form of fear as well (about the timing of things not being "right" or too slow ;-) For more details on this powerful Full Moon click here and watch my video on the subject
The Natal houses in your birth chart affected by this Lunar eclipse indicate which areas of your life are up for development and for the next two weeks to 6 months. If you'd like to dig in to this, again, I recommend you watch my 30-minute class on: "How to Read Your Birth Chart
Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in one of the following placements: 0-6 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this Lunar Eclipse more strongly.
Wednesday late afternoon, a Sun/Mercury alignment in 2 degrees of Ariesbecomes exact at 4:11pm EDT. We started feeling this aspect build from last Sunday on; it will be strong until this Friday. When the Sun and Mercury come together, we are especially sharp, communicative, and open. This aspect indicates a confident mind and an analytical approach to life. Intelligence and communication abilities are strong at this time; however, we may not listen as well as the other speaks -- we might be too busy thinking about what to say next.
In general, we have a strong need to take an active role in communications -- it is very hard for us to passively listen and absorb information right now. What we say or write now has impact, so as best as you can, choose your words wisely. If people hung on your every word, what would you say then? What would you hold back from saying?
Our opinions are usually strong during this time; we like to think independently and are proud of our opinions and our thoughts. For this reason, our egos might get bruised if we are not "heard" -- if our opinions are pushed aside, ignored or criticized.
As best as you can, express yourself fully, knowing that others may have different opinions… and that's ok. We may be particularly impulsive during this time... but rushing in may not serve us.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-5 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn, Cancer, or 29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini and Sagittarius? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo, Gemini or Virgo (the Sun rules Leo; Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo)
Thursday (March 24th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Wednesday very early morning for details)
Thursday very early morning, Chiron aligns with the Moon's South Node in 22 degrees of Pisces. We started to feel this is a long-term conjunction build from Feb. 20th on; it will be strong until April 19th. This alignment calls for healing our spiritual wounds, sensitivities and insecurities; it calls for opening our heart to our highest path.
Enlightenment is not about being "good" or "perfect", it is about embracing all of who we are and loving ourselves fully, no matter what. It is not about denying our "human-ness", it about embracing all the limitations/sensitivities/insecurities we carry with us on this human journey.
We are being invited to redefine wounds from our past, to embrace the inner childhood wound and love ourselves because it is there, not despite of it. Once we understand that the biggest gift of all is compassion, we can start to forgive ourselves and others, and release all resentment and anger connected to this past wounding.
Here are some tips that might help you on your healing journey: consider working with healing modalities that use water, sound or energy (some examples might be flotation tanks, hot salt baths, watsu, soothing music, drumming, tibetan singing bowls, Reiki, psychic healing, Holosync, etc...)
As best as you can, allow any feelings or sensations that arise during these "healing sessions" simply to come up, so they can be released ;-) Last but not least, tap into self-love and self-compassion as much as possible (as opposed to fear or worry).
Thursday at 4:55pm EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for a little over 21-hours, until 2:09pm EDT (Friday afternoon). Use this intuitive time to find a balance between expressing your unique spark versus your need to collaborate with others. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan your Thursday evening and the first half of Friday ahead of time ;-)
Thursday evening, a harmonious Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 6:45pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday evening on; it will be strong until Saturday morning. This aspect helps us clarify our goals. We act from our courageous, passionate thinking and a "bigger picture"; we love to experiment and an adventurous attitude is also supported.
We are quick, perceptive and brave; interestingly, one of the things we easily perceive is the weaknesses of others. Our minds are more restless, so it’s important that we keep ourselves active. We are expressive; we have lively conversations in which we speak our truth without compromise and yet without coming across as too blunt or offensive — on the other hand, our passion might mean we come across as rather impatient.
We seem to “download” great insights (and make superb decisions) at the very last minute — and the good news is, we can easily turn those insights into workable projects.
Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 2-9 degrees of Aries, Sagittarius or Leo? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries)
Friday (March 25th) is another big day! The Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra and VoC until 2:09pm EDT (see Wednesday very early morning and Thursday afternoon for details)
Friday morning at 6:01am EDT, Saturn comes to a halt in 16 degrees of Sagittarius and goes retrograde until August 13th. We will get very clear on what we are truly committed to -- or not -- and on how we are living our lives, in regards to our physical reality. Our physical realities may feel like they have come to a compete halt. Take a deep breath whenever you can, as often as you can (especially today and tomorrow).
Saturn represents our structures, responsibilities, commitments -- and our ability to "do" life on life's terms. When this planet comes to a halt and turns retrograde, we get to see where we need to create or renew our commitments. As best as you can, take it all in and see where you would like to make adjustments. You will get a chance to do just that for the next 5 months.
If you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 8-18 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces or Virgo, you will be more affected by this station and retrograde-phase. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Capricorn (Saturn being the ruler of Capricorn).
Also on Friday morning, a Venus/Jupiter opposition becomes exact at 7:58am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This is asking us to find an inner and outer balance between our need for oneness with others and our need for expansion in our daily routines and at work.
We have a tendency to overestimate our personal capabilities right now: We want to do and give more than we actually can. In the same spirit, we might also have a tendency to live beyond our means.
As you can see, we need to watch out for feeling overly-optimistic or -analytical. Moderation is the keyword, with regard to both finances and our affections: Check your bank account... and keep it real ;-)
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Friday early afternoon, a challenging Venus/Saturn aspectbecomes exact at 12:48pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This asks us to stretch and grow beyond how we've known ourselves in our relationships up to this point -- a process of maturing that requires we adjust and stay flexible.
On the one hand, we want to make spiritual and/or romantic connections, while going with the flow, feeling our way through. On the other hand, we feel a sharp need to explore “the truth” about ourselves and others — to determine what beliefs align with our own direct experience. Do your best to make space for both of these urges.
We tend to be more cautious when it comes to relationships and finances now -- and in fact, this is not the best time to start a brand-new romantic relationship. Financially though, this aspect can be eye-opening; if we can find creative ways to deal with money, we will grow from it.
The key is to approach things in both realms with intuition and maturity. Pushing doesn't always get us what we want: Sometimes, it’s better to go one step at a time; that way, we can come back later with a stronger approach and more mature expectations.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Pisces, Sagittarius, Virgo or Gemini? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Friday at 2:09pm EDT, the Moon moves intopassionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Monday early morning. We feel emotions on a deeply personal level. We are motivated by the desire to get to the bottom of things -- superficiality won't work for us now -- and we instinctively read between the lines.
The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power; it's an excellent time to rid ourselves of old fears and limiting habits. This tends to be an emotionally colored, all-or-nothing, black or white experience -- it can therefore be an intimate, passionate time. As best as you can, avoid manipulation, brooding and suspicion; instead, open to the wealth of your innermost feelings -- decide to go deeper, allowing all feelings to surface, if they need to.
Embrace all of who you are. Know thyself, love thyself and you shall be set free. Remember: a deep love of all that we are will connect us to the Power within; Fear causes "Force" to show up -- and is ultimately what disempowers ourselves and others.
Saturday (March 26th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Friday afternoon for details).
Saturday morning, a harmonious Sun/Mars aspect becomes exact at 6:33am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday morning on; it will be strong until Tuesday of next week. This aspect lets us know that if we bring conscious awareness to our actions and create enthusiasm and passion for a project, we can potentially create something brand-new that has never been seen before. It also brings a flow of physical stimulation that we can easily turn into a new exercise regime.
We have powerful stores of energy right now that we can draw upon when needed. We respond to problems or challenges with a spirited and enthusiastic confidence that is admirable. We truly believe in expanding ourselves and seem to be in love with life.
When we express or experience competitiveness or courage, it's easy to smile and accept these traits as positive, rather than being rubbed the wrong way. We generally have good physical vitality during this transit.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 3-10 degrees of Aries, Sagittarius or Leo? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aries (the Sun rules Leo; Mars rules Aries)
Also on Saturday morning, an opportune Venus/Pluto aspectbecomes exact at 7:12am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday on; it will be strong until Monday of next week. We have an opportunity here, to bring all of our passion to what we value most -- to build something with spiritual or creative value.
This could be a powerful and passionate time in our romantic relationships. We have the opportunity to build something long-term and bring a good dose of faith to that process. Remember: this is an "opportunity" -- opportunities aren't necessarily handed to us, we have to make them happen.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-19 degrees of Pisces, Capricorn, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Scorpio (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio)
Also on Saturday,Mars starts to slow down (station) in 6 degrees of Sagittarius, in preparation for the retrograde phase that begins on April 17th (more about that later...). This station will last until May 8th. Mars represents our assertiveness, independence and “male” energy Also: new initiatives, going after one's goals, physical actions.
During the station, these energies will be "in our face" -- we become more aware of them, but we’re not necessarily able to do anything about them yet. This may be bring up frustration or even outright anger. Since Mars is in Sagittarius right now, we may express our anger more openly, even exaggeratedly... Humor could be an inspired way to deal with this, should it arise.
Is your Sun sign or Ascendant in Aries? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-10 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you will feel a stronger connection to this Mars station.
Sunday (March 27th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Friday afternoon for details).
Sunday at 3:25am EDT, we enter a 23.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 2:46am EDT (Monday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to make deep emotional connections to others; it could also be a wonderful time for spiritual endeavors or therapy. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan your Sunday ahead of time ;-)
Sunday around 2pm EDT, Venus moves over 19 degrees of Pisces -- the Solar Eclipse degree from March 8th; this might trigger some relationship or financial issues that will need to be addressed over the next 6 months.
The key here is to create awareness, to see what fears need to be released -- all that "material" that no longer aligns with our Soul's journey. Greater awareness will also show us what we need to receive, so we can connect more fully to our inner divinity and trust the flow of life. What are you experiencing that no longer serves you? Where are you experiencing separation rather than oneness?
Also on Sunday,Pluto starts to slow down (station) in 17 degrees of Capricorn, in preparation for the retrograde phase that begins on April 18th (more about that later...). This station will last until May 10th. When an outer planet stations, its energy gets more pronounced; we become more aware of its impact on us -- and this can sometimes cause discomfort. We are being asked to hang out with that discomfort and observe what comes up.
Pluto is associated with our soul purpose. It relates to the process of empowerment -- our ability to feel empowered from within, through the experience of wholeness -- and to our deepest passions.
It is also associated with transformation, for example our ability to transform darkness into light or "death" into "rebirth". Those terms don't necessarily refer to physical death or rebirth, but rather some sort of ending and beginning.
To get to a place of truthfulness on the soul level, Pluto will remove what no longer serves us, replacing it with something new -- something fully aligned with our deepest passions and soul purpose.
When we resist the deep changes Pluto brings, we tend to suffer; on the other hand, when we surrender and allow for that process to take place, we will move to a place of greater authenticity -- and feel a newness and empowerment from within.
As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever is "in your face" for the next 6 weeks. Look for what might no longer be in alignment with your soul's purpose (your deep authentic Self).
Ask yourself: Where am I holding on, out of fear? What habits, behaviors or fears are holding me back from feeling fully empowered from within? What would it look like, if I was fully aligned with my Soul-purpose? How would it feel? When we confront our fears we very often discover hidden gifts and strengths.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-19 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer or Libra? If so, you will feel this station more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Scorpio (Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio).
A head's up for next Monday (March 28th): At 2:46am EDT, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, whereit will journey until Wednesday afternoon. New experiences and adventures satisfy a deep emotional need. The Sagittarius Moon persuades us to come from intuition and think in a broader manner.
We seek meaning and ideas that expand upon the "here and now"; we pursue truth and a new vision -- the big picture, rather than the details. Spontaneity is key, we'd rather improvise than plan; this may tip into just "winging it". We could also overdo or overstate. Saturn, Mars and Pluto all station next week -- so they are all "exalted"...More details in next week’s forecast ;-)
One Final Announcement:
Be in alignment with the Stars! Here is what Lynne said after watching the recording of our last Forecasting Forum:
"I love that Sonja works from a visual presentation and also sends out attachments as well as lets viewers know of all the places in which they can find the information and added resources. That is always such a help! What continues to strike me most when I witness Sonja in action is that she is absolutely passionate about Astrology, that she has immense knowledge on the subject, that she is just as passionate about sharing her knowledge for the benefit of others, and that she not only views Astrology through a lens of compassion but also makes that her greatest emphasis in sharing it. Sonja has such a keen ability to engage others with the material by employing her enthusiasm and personality AND by also boiling the information down through the use of analogy and personal examples through applying the info to her chart as well as those of participants. I feel that all of these things are the ingredients that make her shine and have success doing what she does."
Have a fantastic week!
