November 2016

Get Unstuck and Move Forward -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., Nov. 28th - Sun., Dec. 4th, 2016

Please note that all times given below are Eastern Standard Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

The first half of last week was quite hectic; towards the end of the week, the focus shifted to relationships and connecting with others. I could feel the Jupiter/Pluto square quite strongly... I had to remind myself to stay open rather than moving into fearful thinking, mostly along the lines of "there is so much to do and accomplish, and so little time to do it in"...

Every breath I took was a reminder that there is always exactly the "right" amount of time available for what I choose to do.

I have extended the November Special until Dec. 15th! Yay! For those of you who want to feel empowered throughout 2017, and have solid, continuous support all year long, take advantage of the Monthly Forecasting Forum Package Deal -- click here for more info

This week's headline items: the New Moon in Sagittarius becomes exact on Tuesday morning; the Sun squares the degree of the Sept. 1st Solar Eclipse; on Thursday, Chiron comes to a halt in almost 21 degree of Pisces and Mercury enters its shadow phase; Mercury changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn on Friday afternoon; and on Sunday, it is time to take actions on your New Moon Intentions.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday until 3:46pm EST, Wednesday late evening (for almost 5 hours), and Saturday very early morning (for 9.5 hours).

Monday (November 28th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio and  VoC until 3:46pm EST. We feel things deeply and have "X-Ray Vision" and "Bullshit-Smelling Abilities" ;-)

Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest. Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever... as long as our trust is never betrayed.

The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. This occurs by a process of subtraction -- it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. It's therefore an excellent time to look at "old" fears, limiting habits or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.

Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity -- it's "in or out", "with us or against us", "love me or leave me". It can therefore be stormy -- a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we "work" the energies :-)

Manipulation and paranoia are the lower vibrations of this aspect, so as best you can, be straightforward -- act in good faith and assume it in others. Best of all, be truly present to the fluctuations of your feelings -- no matter if they're "polite" or "timely". Feelings aren't facts, but they are information -- and heeding them will help you embrace all of who you are.

Know thyself -- and love thyself -- you shall be set free. Remember: Love connects us to the Power within; Fear causes "Force" to show up -- and that's ultimately what disempowers us and others.

Monday at 3:46pm EST, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until Thursday very early morning. We're strongly motivated to explore and learn. We're not likely to be big fans of routine -- diversity and new adventures work best at this time -- we're also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.

We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired -- but we also have a high degree of independence, which means we'd rather inspire others to do things our way, than take orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.

As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge -- just watch out you aren't overdoing or overstating things.

Tuesday (Nov. 29th) is a big day, energetically speaking ;-) The Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Monday afternoon for details).

Tuesday at 7:18am EST, the New Moon becomes exactthe Moon aligns with the Sun in almost 8 degrees of Sagittarius.

With the New Moon in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, we seek to expand our day-to-day knowledge and look for the larger truth. This is a great time to begin any new projects that require traveling, exploring new territory and the ability to see the bigger picture. Also feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject

What might I see if I zoomed out and took a wider view? Does my life reflect my philosophy? What fundamental assumptions do I make about others? About life itself? What does my direct experience show me?

As the ruler of Sagittarius, Jupiter features strongly in this New Moon chart. Jupiter currently in Libra makes a square to Pluto and Venus in Capricorn and an opposition to Uranus in Aries. This T-square invites us to focus on our partnerships out there in the world and how they can support us in accomplishing our long-term goals.

We want to expand our experience of harmony, balance and collaborations; we are also asked to focus on long-term goals -- building something that we feel passionate about and that empowers us. The other thing to bear in mind is that aspect is also about taking responsibility for how we connect with others.

We'll need to stay flexible, make adjustments, and find creative solutions when it comes to these very different desires and focuses. If we feel boxed in, we may rebel or act contrary.

This will be even more true within our relationships -- this could bring in some instability or restlessness, perhaps related to our finances or business relationships. As best as you can, don't take things too personally -- and stay as flexible as possible.

All of this means that we are invited to stretch ourselves and step into the unknown. What if something unexpected were around the corner that will change your life for the better? What needs to be eliminated (or changed) so you can move into a better future? What would "courage" do? What if you simply surprised yourself, right here and now?

We are being pulled in many different directions; that said, radical changes on a personal and collective level are quite possible right now. Have the courage to think differently and explore new directions -- go as far as you dare. Flexibility, thinking outside the box, and self-care are critical!

Self-care is quite important in times of stress and change -- making sure that we eat healthily and regularly, are drinking plenty of water, exercising, getting plentiful rest -- and letting in affection from friends, family, or pets.

Without self-care, we will not be able to maintain the pace and meet the demands on us right now. Connecting to what feels familiar/supportive in order to stay grounded and regenerate ourselves, can be very helpful as well.

What or who brings you comfort and a feeling of safety/support? How can you nurture yourself in times of stress/change? What if empowerment in the world came from being in touch with our "feeling-body"? What might we accomplish if we simply asked for what we need?

If nothing else, do your best to roll with the punches while standing in your power. This will also make it easier to empower others -- and remember that true power always comes from standing in a place of love and openness, not fear or righteousness.

We get tremendous support for all this from another aspect: Jupiter's trine to Mars in Aquarius. This makes it easier for us to connect with like-minded people for the next four weeks. Positive attitudes create winning situations; friendly, healthy competition is key.

Positive attitudes also help us to get unstuck and move forward through challenging situations -- and we have plenty of enthusiasm and vision at this time. Use this aspect to tackle the previously impossible ;-)

Neptune (in Pisces) went direct again on Nov. 19th, after a 5-month retrograde phase -- but it's still moving more slowly than normal, and is therefore "exalted". It's squared by the New Moon in Sagittarius; this alsoencourages us to grow and stretch, to resolve seemingly incompatible energies -- this time around intuition and imagination, compassion and creativity. We're also asked to stretch beyond what we see and believe and trust also in divine timing and divine perfection.

The paths we usually take are "given" by our upbringing, society, gender, religious beliefs, cultural background (and all the other sources of "conventional wisdom") -- it all acts together to teach us to see things from a particular perspective. When we take a different turn, we walk a different path -- and we end up at different destinations.

Neptune in Pisces asks us to have faith in the infinite support we receive every day from the universe — whether our mind understands it or not (what we understand with the mind is very different from what we comprehend with the heart).

Seeing through the illusion of separation from the divine is perhaps the greatest perspective shift of all. What might be possible if we allowed ourselves to glance past our filters and glimpse the truth of who we are?

I want to invite you to close your eyes for a moment. Just for this very moment, do your best to not go into memories, or guesses about possible futures. Let your thinking mind settle down a little. As memory and concepts quieten down, can you sense a little more spaciousness? Check directly with your own direct experience: can you actually find where you end and where that space begins?

As you may know, I use the Sedona Method a lot in my coaching. This is an amazing tool for exploring who you really are, as opposed to the conditioned self we usually identify with.

Two days after the New Moon becomes exact, Chiron also changes directions. As always, the "Wounded Healer" brings a heightened awareness of what remains to be healed.

If we get triggered, we can look to see where in the past the trigger originated; then heal via the unconditional love and self-acceptance of the spirit-human alliance.

With Chiron going direct again, we'll find it easier to make peace with our past, and the choices we made on a Soul level -- in general, we can more easily access the great healing power of forgiveness. What emotional or spiritual "sore spots" could you acknowledge? Might a little compassion work where "should" have not?

For those of you who want to have a better understanding of your personal healing journey, feel free to get the recording of my recent Chiron-workshop: "Healing with Astrology" Click here for more info

The Sun and Moon in Sagittarius square the Moon Nodes in Virgo/Pisces, asking us to share our worldview -- this feedback will help us see if we are on the right track. The most valuable resource for "new truths" that move us past preconceived ideas is our direct experience, incorporating this feedback wherever it will act as a "nutrient", not as a "toxin".

If this New Moon had a core message, it would be: Be open to shifting your perceptions.

What might change if I went from blame- and guilt-thinking to compassion and self-acceptance-thinking? Where have I made assumptions? Which one of my "filters" could I do without for a while, just as an exercise in freedom? What do I believe -- and what do I simply “know”?  Again, feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject

If I had to boil all of this down to a single message for the next four weeks, it would be this: As best as you can, provide yourself with compassion and understanding -- embrace your humanity in all its extraordinary capabilities and in its healing. And here's a last question...

Ask yourself: Am I? In other words, do I exist, right here, right now? And, just for now, could I let that be enough?  Repeat this a few times with your eyes closed -- I've found it an enormous help for letting the mind quieten down, and for simple "knowing" to shine through.

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in one of the following placements: 6-10 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month's Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact -- and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase. So this month, the best time to set intentions would be any time between 7:18am EST Tuesday morning until 11:08pm EST Wednesday late evening; and then again from 3:52am EST on Thursday very early morning for another 3.5 hours, until 7:18am EST.

Tuesday late morning, an opportune Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 10:14am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday evening on; it will be strong until Thursday. It's an opportunity to bring healing to our wounds around relationships or our sense of self-worth.

We get a chance to love ourselves and heal deep fears of not being "good enough". Healing happens much faster when we can open to forgiving ourselves and others. As best as you can, bring compassion and understanding to yourself, to others, and to those past experiences that wounded you.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-23 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra)

Tuesday afternoon, a challenging Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 3:20pm EST. We started feeling this aspect from Sunday evening on; it will be strong until Friday. This "stretch aspect" asks us to grow beyond what we know and have experienced in the past in regards to our relationships, especially family relations.

Priorities may shift, bringing uneasiness around others -- for example, we may experience differences of taste or values within business partnerships.

We may also struggle with freedom versus material safety -- the latter could be manifesting as fears around financial goals -- and in fact, it's best to look long and hard before you leap into any financial decisions during this aspect.

In general, expect the unexpected: Things may take a different turn when it comes to the truly important. Keep your mind and heart open: if something demands elimination or change, it was waiting for that shift to happen anyway. As best as you can, find creative solutions and stay flexible and adaptable. This is not the best time to take things too personally (is there ever a good time for that? :-)

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 18-24 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer or Libra? If so, you may be more affected by this aspect. The same is true for those with their Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aquarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Uranus rules Aquarius)

Wednesday (Nov. 30th): the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Monday afternoon for details).

If you haven't set your New Moon Intentions yet, today (Wednesday) until 11:08pm EST is a great time to do so... If you'd like some input on how to do that, check out this article: http://goo.gl/klCcph -- you could also (re-)watch my New Moon video

Wednesday evening, a challenging Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 8:17pm EST. We started feeling this aspect from last Sunday on; it will be strong until this Saturday. This aspect asks us to stretch and grow: On the one hand we want to use our mind to feel confident and centered, on the other hand, we are compelled to listen to our intuition and let our imagination go wild.

As you can probably guess, we'll experience more "flow" in areas that favor intuition and imagination, such as creativity or spirituality. If possible, hold off on plans for more "practical" things.

We might feel confused; but we are being asked to have faith in the infinite support we receive every day from the universe — whether our mind understands it or not (what we understand with the mind is very different from what we comprehend with the heart).

Seeing through the illusion of separation from the divine is perhaps the greatest perspective shift of all. What might be possible if we allowed ourselves to shift from our conditioning to feeling into the truth of who we are?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following placements: 6-12 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini or Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (the Sun rules Leo, Neptune rules Pisces).

Also on Wednesday evening, the Sun squares the degree of the Sept. 1st Solar Eclipse. We are at a turning point. Our direct experience is our most valuable resource, especially if we allow ourselves to take in helpful feedback. How has your perception of yourself, others, and life shifted since Sept. 1st?

Wednesday at 11:08pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 5 hours, until 3:52am EST (Thursday very early morning). If you are awake during this intuitive time, use it to communicate what’s of value to you and for nurturing your adventurous spirit.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday night ahead of time ;-)

Thursday (Dec. 1st) at 3:52am EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Saturday afternoon. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.

Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this aspect, avoid "should-ing" on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying "I am doing the best I can and that's all I can ever do" ;-)

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it's transiting through Sagittarius right now, making this a great time to explore limiting beliefs and bust through conditioned thought structures. It's also a great time to take a more serious look at the "meaning of life".

As best as you can, be authentic about your beliefs: Do they actually match your direct experience of life -- as it is for you now, rather than 5 or 10 years ago? What is true as of now? What is not?

Also: if you haven't set your New Moon Intentions yet, today (Thursday) from 3:52am - 7:18am EST is still time to do so during the most potent time... If you'd like some input on how to do that, check out this article: http://goo.gl/klCcph -- you could also (re-)watch my New Moon video

Thursday at 4:53am EST, after a 5-month retrograde, Chiron comes to a halt (in order to turn direct) in almost 21 degrees of Pisces. As you may recall from last week's post, Chiron is the wounded healer; in Pisces, it brings our attention towards our emotional and spiritual wounds. Watch out for any triggers that are connected to your past.

We have been connecting internally to our healing process for the last five months; as Chiron picks up speed, we become ready to bring that healing (and the healing process) to the outside world. What did you discover about your emotional and spiritual wounds? How could others benefit from your discoveries?

Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: Do you have your Ascendent, your Career point or any of your personal planets in 18-23 degrees of Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius? If you do, you may need to take your emotional or spiritual wounds under the magnifying glass. Take a closer look at how you can bring compassion and understanding to those wounds/insecurities.

Thursday late evening, a harmonious Mars/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 10:46pm EST. We started feeling this aspect from last Sunday on; it will be strong until next week Tuesday. This aspect brings optimism, enthusiasm and expansion to our relationships and collaborations, especially with like-minded people. It's also a good time for bold, decisive action, that leads on very directly to success in business (especially during negotiation and contract phases).

Our positive attitude helps us to take risks that get us unstuck, and we have the vigor to blast through challenges; use this aspect to tackle anything that seemed impossible in the past ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 14-20 degrees of Aquarius, Libra, or Gemini? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Sagittarius (Mars is the ruler of Aries, Jupiter of Sagittarius).

Also on Thursday, Mercury enters a 3-week shadow phase as it reaches 28 degrees of Sagittarius. This precedes the retrograde phase, which will begin on December 19th in 15 degrees of Capricorn (more on that in 3 weeks). So what is the "shadow phase"? To explain this, I'll quickly cover what happens when a planet "stations" and then goes "retrograde".

Relative to us on Earth, a planet sometimes looks like it is slowing down ("stationing"), then stopping. After being still for a while, it actually appears to go "backward" through the sky (this is the "retrograde" phase). It's a little like catching up to a car on the highway, driving exactly alongside it for a moment, then passing it and pulling ahead.

At first, retrograde movement is slow, but the planet gradually reaches its normal pace through the sky -- except it's going backward. The process then reverses itself: the backward pace slows, the planet crawls to a "halt", then it starts to move forward again (i.e. it goes direct). In our car analogy, it's like the car you just passed gradually speeds up and passes you again.

There are also two "shadow" phases -- during these, the planet travels over a part of the sky it will later "revisit". The first "shadow" comes before the planet moves backward; the second comes when the planet starts to catch back up (after going direct).

It's like you went hiking and left something behind at camp. If you went back to get it, you'd have some catching up to do, and would see the same scenery twice or more.

Mercury's shadow phases usually last 2-3 weeks before the Retrograde phase begins and three weeks after it.

If you want to buy, sell or ship big-ticket items -- especially connected to transportation (cars, airline tickets, etc.) or communication devices (phone, computer, iPad, etc.) -- be aware of the shadow periods as well as the retrograde phases. If possible, get these things done before Mercury enters it's shadow or wait until after the shadow phases are over -- that would be Jan. 27th in this case ;-)

Of course, if there is something that must get done during these phases, don't put your whole life on hold, just because Mercury is retrograde or in it's shadow. Sometimes things line up exactly at the right time; as best as you can, trust that it's all "perfect" ;-)

Friday (Dec. 2nd): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Thursday very early morning for details).

Friday at 4:18pm EST, Mercury changes signs from optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius to practical, accomplishment-oriented, status-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Jan. 4th. Due to it's retrograde phase it will re-enter Capricorn on Jan.12th and remain there until Feb. 7th, 2017.

This is a time when our minds like to make concrete plans for the future. A systematic, practical approach to reaching our goals is now favored; we are good at focusing on practical matters and getting down to the essentials.

We do not waste any words at this time -- what we say is truthful and to the point. We see reality very clearly now -- and it might not look as rosy as we thought. As best as you can, use this time to get in touch with what's real in your life -- without going down the "rabbit hole" of pessimistic inadequacy ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will be more serious and possible more eager to accomplish concrete goals. Do you have your Ascendent or Sun-sign in Capricorn? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty for the next 3 weeks.

Saturday (Dec. 3rd): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn until 2:44pm EST (see Thursday very early morning for details).

Saturday at 5:16am EST, we enter a 9.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 2:44pm EST. Use this intuitive time to make realistic connections to yourself and others. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan the first half of Saturday ahead of time ;-)

Saturday morning, an opportune Mars/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 7:15am EST. We started feeling this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until next week Tuesday. This aspect is an opportunity to have more self-discipline and self-motivation in our lives -- we could find an increased focus on our work and activities, coupled with a sense of purpose.

We have a chance to face life with more purpose and maturity. We tend to be more practical than usual, and our progress in most projects is perhaps slow but steady. This can be a very productive time in our lives. Remember: this is an "opportunity" -- this isn't necessarily handed to us, we have to make the most of it. It's our choice.

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 16-20 degrees of Aquarius, Sagittarius, Libra or Aries? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Capricorn (Mars rules Aries; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).

Saturday at 2:44pm EST, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Monday late evening. With this Moon placement, we often feel emotionally detached; when we do connect to our feelings, it's typically from a cerebral, intellectual place. We need a cause or project that resonates -- preferably one where we can connect with like-minded people.

For the next couple of days, we'll tend to be more eccentric or experimental; future-related issues like politics or education call to us now, as do unusual or even esoteric subjects like Astrology, UFOs... indeed anything from outer space. Our scientific approach to things leans on originality and ingenuity; we definitely love being unconventional.

The increased value we place on personal and emotional independence could make us come off as indifferent or cold in one-on-one interactions. That said, we can still be friendly and kind, provided we aren't pushed into doing something conventional or unethical.

Sunday (Dec. 4th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Saturday afternoon for details).

An opportune long-term aspect between Jupiter and Saturn intensifies today (Sunday) and will be within two degrees until February 5th, 2017 (we started to feel it building on Nov. 16th).

This aspect gives us the opportunity to test the balance between our desire for growth and expansion, versus our awareness of our personal limitations; our expectations and outlook become considerably more realistic now, as we naturally seek balance between being too negative and overeager.

It’s also a strong time for realigning our projects and getting our life priorities straightened out. We concern ourselves with the long-term and make practical preparations for a better future.

Look to see where in your life you're seeking expansion or personal growth during this aspect. How might you approach it from a realistic place? What if you took it in stride? What if you were present to it every step of the way?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 13-26 degrees of Libra, Sagittarius, Leo, or Aquarius? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius or Capricorn, since Jupiter rules Sagittarius and Saturn rules Capricorn.

Also on Sunday, if you set intentions on Tuesday or Wednesday, after the New Moon became exact, todaywill be the best time to take relevant actions. If you wrote your intentions down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively. If you didn’t write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to you?

A head's up for next Monday (Dec. 5th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 11:31pm EST (see Saturday afternoon for details). At 6:23am EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that last for a little over 17 hours, until 11:31pm EST. More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)

Getting Our Life Priorities Straightened Out -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., Nov. 21st - Sun., Nov. 27th, 2016

Last week was an opportunity for lots of healing around some very "old" issues. No doubt connected to the Chiron Station, Neptune Station, Neptune/SouthNode alignment in Pisces and Jupiter/Pluto square... I had to realize that my "old" conditioning no longer works: trying to approach "feeling disempowered" with logic and wanting to control it, is going to create more separation between my feeling body, intuitive body, and Source -- and therefore an even deeper sense of disempowerment and despair.

Approaching feelings with logic is like telling a baby to shut up when it's crying... It simply doesn't work. Being accepting, caring and loving -- even pampering and gentle -- this works much better. Allowing ourselves to feel whatever we are feeling without judgment or expectation, giving ourselves the space to have our feelings without needing to do anything with them, without needing to know where they come from and what they mean -- this allows for the energy to move through us and out -- just as it would with a baby.

This week's headline items: the last Quarter Moon in Leo becomes exact on Monday, very early in the morning and the Sun enters Sagittarius in the afternoon. Chiron's Station intensifies and the Jupiter/Pluto square becomes exact on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day in the US). Finally, a long-term Jupiter/Saturn sextile can be felt all week.

There will also be four Moon VoC phases this week: Monday very early morning (for 1 hour), Tuesday early afternoon (for 26 hours), Friday morning (for a little over 18 hours), and Sunday late afternoon (for 23 hours).

Before we start with this week's forecast, I would like to mention an opportune long-term aspect between Jupiter and Saturn that will be within two degrees until February 5th, 2017 (we started to feel it building last Wednesday, Nov.

Monday (November 21st): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo until 4:34am EST. We may lack objectivity and struggle with backing down or compromising. This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the last Quarter Moon (which, will be exact Monday very early morning...)

We all love to be admired -- or at the very least acknowledged -- for our greatness :-) So hand out some compliments -- let people know how proud you are of them, tell them how much you love them. Come from the heart in this and all other things... be honest and authentic, as best you can.

Fun, games and romance are a big part of this energy as well. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones. If there are no "outer children" around, how about getting in touch with your "inner child" -- it's definitely easier for the next two days. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps and heaps of fun? What would be so much fun, you let out a tiny squeak, just thinking of it?

Monday at 3:33am EST,the last Quarter Moon in 29 degrees of Leo becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Leo, last Friday. The Moon in fun and attention-loving Leomakes a challenging aspect to the Sun in private, all-or-nothing Scorpio. This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change.

This Moon phase brings us closer to Nov.29th, which will bring the New Moon in Sagittarius. During the last Quarter Moon, we are better served by reviewing those projects we began around the last New Moon -- in this case, that would be Oct. 30th -- as opposed to launching new ones. Out of those projects, what needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since then? What did it mean for you?

As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 27-29 degrees of Leo, Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius or 0-1 degrees of Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini or Pisces? If so, you will feel this month's last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer, since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer.

Also at 3:33am EST, we are entering a Moon void of course (VoC). for an hour, until 4:34am EST. If you are awake, use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

Make space both for connecting with others on a deep, emotional level, and having some fun, letting your inner child come out and play. As always during VoC, take it easy -- go with the flow and avoid starting anything brand-new.

Monday at 4:34am ESTthe Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Wednesday afternoon; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world -- things and knowledge we can apply and use.

Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals.

Monday at 4:22pm EST, the Sun changes signs from passionate, intense, all-or-nothing Scorpio to adventurous, optimistic, freedom-loving Sagittarius. The Sun will journey here until December 21st. For the next four weeks, we may feel a little more restless than usual. We are more aware of our sense of humor and our love for freedom. Our approach to life at this time tends to be direct and honest.

We may want to connect to people from all walks of life right now, just so we can learn about others. We tend to feel more optimistic during this time; this may get us into trouble if we go overboard and only take an idealistic point of view. Wanting to learn, explore and have fun gives us vitality and zest for life. What would open you up to a new adventure?

All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Sagittarius Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Sagittarius, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more adventurous and restless than usual…exploring something new might be just the thing for you to do.

Tuesday (Nov. 22nd): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Monday early morning for details).

Tuesdayat 12:41pm EST, we enter a 26-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 2:42pm EST (Wednesday afternoon). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations. Make space both for exploring new avenues, and taking care of daily routines or your health.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan the second half of Tuesday and the first half of Wednesday ahead of time ;-)

Tuesday early afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 1:19pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last Sunday evening on; it will be strong until this Wednesday evening. This aspect is an opportunity for us to expand our thinking and express ourselves with confidence and optimism -- we share what's important to us from a place of open-mindedness and excitement.

This connection also creates a possibility of expansion via stepping into uncharted territory. Humor can be a great way to tap into this energetic combo.

This planetary connection also favors short trips, writing, teaching, studying, and making observations. We more readily exercise good judgment and are more "philosophical" and open to learning.

Again, as with any opportunity, we have to "take" it -- it requires we take action. What could you do that would instill confidence in your exploration of the mind? Is there a new mental process that is asking to be explored?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-17 degrees of Sagittarius, Libra, Leo or Aquarius? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Wednesday (Nov. 23rd): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo and VoC until 2:42pm EST (see Monday early morning and Tuesday early afternoon for details).

Wednesday early afternoon, a Mercury/Saturn alignment in 17 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact at 1:44pm EST. We started feeling this aspect from Monday on; it will be strong until Friday. This connection strengthens our ability to make realistic decisions connected to our need for expansion and learning. We are more able to come from a place of integrity and maturity when planning anything long-term.

We prefer to have serious conversations with others that move us forward, closer to a common goal. It's an excellent period for reviewing, reassessing, perfecting, and improving our thinking patterns, beliefs, and  foreign affairs. Even though we might have a more negative or critical outlook initially, this alignment serves the purpose of reaching a balanced, mature, and realistic state.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in 14-20 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).

Wednesday at 2:42pm EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Saturday very early morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation -- but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to "yes" more easily than we might like.

We may also be able see both sides of the equation so well that we can't make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm -- even if it's "No" ;-) One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Thursday (Nov. 24th): Thanksgiving Day in the US. I am grateful for all the love and support I receive on a daily basis from people all over the globe. I am grateful to feel the connection of sameness through our sharing a human experience, and at the same time, the difference in each person's uniqueness of spirit. I want to thank everyone who is reading this for connecting, sharing, having a curious mind and an open heart. You are what makes this world a better place to live in!

The Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Wednesday afternoon for details).

Thursday evening, the first of three challenging Jupiter/Pluto aspects becomes exact at 6pm EST. This is a long-term aspect: we've been feeling it since the New Moon in Scorpiowas exact back on Oct. 31st, and will feel it until December 28th. The second and third Jupiter/Pluto square will become exact in March 2017 and August 2017, respectively.

It is a closing square -- and as such, it is the last portion of the Jupiter/Pluto cycle that started in 28 degrees of Sagittarius back in Dec. 2007. What have you learned since then? In what ways has your perception of life expanded?

This aspect can pique our ambitions and sense of our capacity for achievement. But it might be a good idea to slow things down just a little -- we mean well, but are very likely to over-extend, or be overly optimistic.

Optimistic belief (and even blind faith) in others may cause us to take unnecessary risks that are out of alignment with our deepest desires -- and therefore not empowering for everyone involved.

That said, deep changes in our beliefs are now possible -- if we allow ourselves to let go of what's no longer working around our social structures or long-term goals. That could shift things for us both at the individual and social/collective levels. How have your beliefs shifted since 2007? Where did you have to let go of certain beliefs so you could feel more empowered?

We are at a turning point. Empowering others is key! Notice when you try to force your beliefs on others -- indeed, when you push too hard, in general -- the more we push, the more likely it becomes that life will push back! The fact is, humor and open-mindedness work better right now, as does connecting to whatever we feel truly passionate about.

There could be an element of disempowerment that creeps in, both with ourselves and others, so just be aware of that... It can also feel quite intense: between our long-term goals and our relationships, we could be stretched to the max. I highly recommend self-care during this time. Ask yourself: What does my "inner baby" need? How can I nurture it whilst still connecting with others or following my passions?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of  Capricorn, Libra, Aries or Cancer? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Scorpio or Sagittarius  (Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio, Jupiter of Sagittarius).

Also on Thursday, the Chiron Station in 20 degrees of Pisces intensifies. It is slowing down tremendously as it gets ready, after its 5-month retrograde phase, to move forward again on Dec. 1st. We will feel the effects of its station until Dec. 11th; its energies are more exalted during this period.

Chiron is the wounded healer; in Pisces, our attention is guided towards our emotional and spiritual wounds. Chiron represents our inner insecurities, those self-conscious and wounded places. Chiron also represents the inner wound of abandonment and our need to "make it on our own".

We are invited to approach these wounds on a holistic level, to heal them such that others are healed thereby. This is accomplished very simply and naturally when we work with the true beauty and strength of this energy: Compassion. Having compassion for our own wounds heals them and allows healing compassion for the wounds we now see in others.

What emotional or spiritual sore spots could you acknowledge? What needs your compassion/love? What needs to heal? At a different level, this time could also see an increased emphasis on water as a global and environmental issue.

For those of you who want to have a better understanding of your personal healing journey, feel free to get the recording of my recent Chiron-workshop: "Healing with Astrology" Click here for more info

Those of us with personal planets and points (ASC or MC) in 18-23 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini and Sagittarius will feel this station more strongly.

Friday (Nov. 25th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Wednesday afternoon for details).

Friday morning, a Venus/Pluto alignment in almost 16 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 6:50am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Monday morning of next week. This alignment brings out our passionate side. We uncompromisingly seek deep, totally authentic connections with others.

Our instincts are very strong right now, our inner wolf is wide-awake, and we can sniff out any unclean intentions right away. As best as you can, be completely truthful about your motivations and needs – if you try to duck this, it could get ugly, since everyone knows what everyone else is up to anyway.

What if you took 100% responsibility for getting what you want and need? What is the highest path to achieve that? As best as you can, find creative solutions and remain flexible. And as always when Pluto is involved, choose the power of love over the power of fear -- whenever possible.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer or Libra? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Scorpio (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Pluto rules Scorpio)

Also Friday morning, a challenging Venus/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 8:45am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Monday morning of next week. This aspect asks that we question our most fundamental beliefs and conditioning around money and relationships.

We have the opportunity here to grow beyond our understanding of what our values get us. Issues connected to love, relationships, and whatever is most valuable to us, can seem overwhelming at this time. This is because we have a tendency to overindulge or over-promise.

We mean well, because we are feeling quite optimistic at this time -- but we may underestimate how much time we actually have, or how good a fit something actually is. Overspending, overindulging and over-promising could be connected to this aspect as well (as could making assumptions in our relationships); as best as you can, bring a non-judgmental awareness to any such tendencies.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Capricorn, Libra, Aries or Cancer? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Friday at 8:52am EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts a little over 18 hours, until 3:01am EST (Saturday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to balance your need for equal and harmonious connection, with your drive toward personal visions and ideas.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday day and Friday night ahead of time ;-)

Saturday (Nov. 26th) at 3:01am EST, the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Monday afternoon.

Saturday very early morning, a challenging Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 3:22am EST. We started feeling this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This combination might bring up some insecurities in our verbal, in-person or email interactions.

That said, this could also be an opportunity for healing; we are energized to move past harsh criticism of ourselves or others, towards more loving and compassionate structures for thinking and communicating. As best as you can, stretch yourself -- and be open to bringing love and understanding to it all (and that includes you) :-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point or any personal planets in 17-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Virgo or Gemini? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).

Saturday morning, a harmonious Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 8:38am EST. We started feeling this aspect from Thursday morning on; it will be strong until Monday morning of next week. This aspect supports a connection between our higher mind and our day-to-day mind. We are able to receive inspiration from higher places and maybe even look into the future.

We are able to communicate our vision for a better future; insights arise from these communications. Original, creative insights and ideas can appear out of nowhere; as best as you can, stay open to these unique "downloads" -- they might change how you see and proceed with life ;-)

This is a good time to communicate online, engage in computer-related activities or scientific projects, and also for anything metaphysical. Group activities like Meetups are great things to be involved with right now -- especially if they allow us to share our vision for a better future.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries or Leo? If so, you will feel especially blessed by this connection. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)

Sunday (Nov. 27th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Saturday very early morning for details).

Sunday at 4:48pm EST, we enter a 23-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 3:46pm EST (Monday afternoon). Use this intuitive time for research, and as an opportunity to bring awareness to what you are manifesting long-term, especially relationship-wise and financially.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday evening and the first half of Monday ahead of time ;-)

A head's up for next Monday (Nov. 28th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio until 3:46pm EST (see Saturday very early morning for details). At that time, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until Thursday very early morning. More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)

The Value of It All -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., Nov. 14th - Sun., Nov. 20th, 2016

Please note that all times given below are Eastern Standard Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

Last week was an interesting mix of emotions and healing. I felt so taken care of by the universe and yet so saddened about the devision of our country, as a result of the elections. However, when I related it to all the Pluto energy that we are currently feeling, the message seems so clear: this is about embracing our own power more fully rather than giving it away to others -- focusing on what we have control over (myself, my responses, my choices, self-care) rather than focusing on what lies outside of our control (other people's preferences, beliefs, actions).

My dear friend David Ellzey said it best: "Notice the difference between you replaying in your mind the worse case scenarios and being present here. Then take a few full relaxing breaths, lowering your shoulders, and being present in the now, where all the scenarios are movies in your head. Breathe, now, lower your shoulders, and drop from your head to your breath".

Before we get to this week's forecast, I have one quick announcement:
Last chance to sign up for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM, live this coming TuesdayNov. 15th at 12:30pm PST/3:30pm EST/8:30pm GMT (London-time). Please note that we have a Super Moon/Full Moon in Taurus this week; a Chiron Station, and the Jupiter/Pluto square coming up in November/December! If you'd like to get in alignment with the stars for those events, join me live or sign up for the mp4-video recording.

Other than booking a reading with me, this is the highest level of support you can get -- and it's only $24 for the 90-minute webinar. To register now, click here

This week's headline items: the Full Moon/SuperMoon in Taurus will be exact on Monday morning; on Tuesday, the North Node reaches the degree of a previous eclipse; Neptune comes to a halt on Saturday late evening; Chiron starts to slow down (station) on Sunday.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday morning (for 12 hours), Wednesday morning (for 14 hours), and Friday afternoon (for a little over 5 hours).

Monday (November 14th): the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day. It will be there until this evening. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and "rushing things" goes against our grain. What is our favorite thing right now? It's probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses ;-)

Monday at 8:52am EST, the Full Moon in 22 degrees of Taurus becomes exact(feel free to watch my video on the subject). The Sun in Scorpio opposes the Moon in Taurus. This is the third of four "Super" Full Moons in a row. SuperMoons occur when the Moon is either Full or New while at its closest distance to the Earth -- and therefore more powerful.

This could very well mean an increase in emotional reactions and greater awareness around the issues connected to the Full Moon energy in question. In this case, that's the Scorpio/Taurus polarity: We'll seek balance and integration around those poles -- something needs to be brought into alignment -- so let's look at them in more detail:

We already covered the Scorpio energy in great detail in my last video (New Moon in Scorpio) -- you may want to watch it again -- but here's a brief summary:

Scorpio teaches us to connect to our deepest passions, let go of our emotional attachments or traumas, overcome our fears, and connect deeply, intimately and authentically to ourselves and others. Scorpio teaches us to embrace all of who we are, so we can be more authentic and feel more empowered.

The other pole in this balancing act is Taurus, which seeks a healthy relationship with the physical world — this includes our body, planet, resources, money, and our highest values. We learn about the power of beauty and what makes us happy on the physical level. We develop our talents and sense of self-worth -- and we can discover and manifest what we truly value, what we truly enjoy.

A healthy sense of self-worth is critical: No amount of money or material possessions will substitute. In connection with this, ask yourself: What matters most to me? What makes me happy deep down?

Some of us are over-focused on the material side of life while others either reject or deny it. What if you changed your point of view toward the physical world just a little? What is in the way of you honoring your gifts and talents? Of feeling confident and valued in the world? What if you had value just because you were the only one of you there will ever be?

Venus, the ruler of Taurus, is currently in Capricorn. Here, it asks us to make long-term commitments, to be more practical, and appreciate maturity. On a financial level, we get real about what comes in, and what goes out.

What do you discover when you look at your bank account? Do you have savings? How do you spend your money? Do you borrow more than you can afford to pay back? How realistic are you about what you can afford? What does that mean long-term for you?

Pluto is the modern ruler of Scorpio. It's currently in Capricorn, where it forms a square to Jupiter in Libra, makes another approach to Uranus in Aries, and trines the North Node in Virgo.

This is a very powerful combo; it asks us to be completely honest (with ourselves and others) about our intentions and motivations, especially around long-term goals. It suggests that each one of us has the power to make a difference in the world... we just need to seize the moment and move courageously forward.

We are at a turning point. Empowering others is key! Notice when you try to force your beliefs on others. That could introduce an element of disempowerment with ourselves and others, so just be aware of that...

All of this could also feel quite intense -- between our long-term goals and our relationships, we could be stretched to the max. I strongly recommend that you practice as much self-care as you are able to, during this time -- ask yourself: What does my "inner baby" need? How can I nurture it and still connect with others or follow my passions?

Venus conjoins Pluto in Capricorn on Nov. 25th. This allows us to let go of toxic behaviors around self-worth or relating to others. We uncompromisingly seek deep, totally authentic connections with others, so do your best to be completely truthful about your motivations and needs. When Pluto is involved, it's crucial to choose the power of love over that of fear, whenever possible.

Mars (the traditional ruler of Scorpio) is currently in Aquarius, in a mutual reception with Uranus in Aries -- in other words, these planets support each other's agenda. The last time Mars journeyed through Aquarius was in December 2014/January 2015. What began around that time? How would that move to the next level?

With this combo we'll be looking for unique and original goals -- in fact, we tend to have a rather original, forward-thinking view of the world in general. It's best to give ourselves and others lots of space; if we feel boxed in, we may rebel or act contrary.

This will be even more true within our relationships when we start to feel the Venus/Uranus square around Nov. 29th -- this could bring in some instability or restlessness, perhaps related to our finances or business relationships. As best as you can, don't take things too personally -- and stay as flexible as possible.

Fear, uncertainty or discomfort is possible with this aspect, because we are invited to stretch ourselves and step into the unknown. What if something unexpected were around the corner that will change your life for the better? What needs to be eliminated (or changed) so you can move into a better future? What would "courage" do? What if you simply surprised yourself, right here and now?

The Sun in Scorpio also makes an inconjunct to Uranus in Aries at the time of the Full Moon. This indicates that we need to develop an inner awareness: It's time to think (and see) different. Flexibility is key -- what calls out to be adjusted? How can we expand our perception of the physical world? How can we move from domination to co-creation? Could you release any wanting to control or be controlled by others?

Here are a few final coaching questions for this Full Moon: If letting go always brought more freedom, what would you release? What if our imperfections were assets in disguise? How could our own sensitivities or shortcomings bring forth more love and compassion?

Remember: gentleness towards ourselves creates an opening to heal and become whole. How gently could you treat yourself? For more on this Full Moon, click here to watch my video on the subject.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-24 degrees of Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius and Leo? If so, you are more affected by this month's Full Moon. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Also at 8:52am EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 12 hours, until 8:23pm EST. Use this intuitive time to balance your need for comfort and security with your desire for deeper emotional connections with yourself and others. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday Day ahead of time ;-)

Monday at 8:23pm EST, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will be until Wednesday evening. For the next two days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible.

"Busy" feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way...The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead :-)

Tuesday (Nov. 15th): the Moon remains in curious, versatile, chatty Gemini all day (see Monday evening for details).

Tuesday early afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 12:22pm EST. We started feeling this aspect from last Saturday evening on; it will be strong until this Friday; it provides an opportunity to connect thought to action. Body and mind can align, if we choose. Words and deeds come quickly; we can be not only quick, but brave. As with any opportunity, we have to "take" this one: it will not happen by itself.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-7 degrees of Sagittarius, Aquarius, Libra or Aries? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity.

Tuesday before 2:30pm EST, is also your very last chance to sign up for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM -- liveat 3:30pm EST/8:30pm GMT (London-time). Please note that we just had a Super Moon/Full Moon in Taurus; a Chiron Station, and the Jupiter/Pluto square coming up in November/December! If you'd like to get in alignment with the stars for those events, join me live or sign up for the mp4-video recording.

Wednesday (Nov. 16th): the Moon remains in curious, versatile, chatty Gemini until 7:57pm EST (see Monday evening for details).

Wednesday at 5:58am EST, we enter a 14-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 7:57pm EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to share about your visions and dreams for a better future. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday ahead of time ;-)

Wednesday at 7:57pm EST, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Friday late evening. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt -- so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two and half days ;-)

Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others -- home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your glass is filled before letting others drink from it, otherwise you might start to feel drained and resentful.

Also on Wednesday: the North Node reaches 9 degrees 20' of Virgo, the exact same degree of the Solar Eclipse from Sept. 1st. This invites us to take another step on our Soul's Journey. What did you discover around Sept. 1st? What is showing up today, that resonates back to that time? What can you do to learn more about your daily well-being? What is a simple improvement that would support you with your daily routines?

Thursday (Nov. 17th): theMoon remainsinprotective, introverted Cancer all day (see Wednesday evening for details). Late morning we feel a sense of "flow" and emotional connection to others: Neptune trines the Moon.

Towards the evening, we may encounter relationship challenges that require a creative approach: The Moon opposes Pluto and squares Jupiter. This could drive some tension or oppositional behaviors; as best as you can, remain flexible and practice self-care.

Remember: no matter what, you need other people in your life, so find win-win solutions ;-) Ask yourself: Would I rather be right or connected? Tomorrow is another day; it may well bring another perspective.

Also on Thursday, Neptune conjuncts the South Node in Pisces, asking us to release the lower vibrational tendencies of Pisces: escapism (including addictions of any kind), victim-thinking/behavior, martyr behavior, feeling separate/isolated/scared, etc. Instead of giving in to this kind of thing, we are invited to redefine how we can connect to our inner divinity (or "source"), so we can feel connected on an energetic/intuitive level with all there is -- both the seen and unseen.

Friday (Nov. 18th): theMoon remainsinprotective, introverted Cancer until 10:14pm EST (see Wednesday evening for details).

Friday late morning, a challenging Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 11:04am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This aspect asks us to stretch ourselves and grow.

We may experience a lack of clarity and objectivity. We might make embarrassing errors, neglect important details, or carry some delusions now. Our lack of clarity may make it difficult for others to understand us.

We are more imaginative now, and easily swayed by the opinions of others. We can be highly creative and inspired under this influence, but also overly sensitive, touchy, or impractical.

It can be hard to follow routines. Concentrating on monotonous tasks and work (or study that involves attention to detail or rote learning) may also be challenging at this time. As best as you can, be compassionate with yourself and others during these 5 days.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 6-12 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini and Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Friday at 5:02pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts a little over 5 hours, until 10:14pm EST. Use this intuitive time to connect with loved ones on a deep emotional level. Enjoy the ability to be emotionally authentic and caring. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday evening ahead of time ;-)

Friday at 10:14pm EST, the Moon moves into fun and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Monday early morning.

Saturday (Nov. 19th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Saturday evening, an opportune Venus/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 6:03pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday night on; it will be strong until Monday. This is an opportunity for compassion and kindness in our social and work-related interactions. We are more attuned to the subtleties of human interaction, and are more inclined to naturally cooperate with others.

We tend to "feel" each other on an energetic level now, a sensitive approach is therefore recommended. This is also an opportunity for imaginative or romantic interactions. Remember: opportunities are openings; they aren't necessarily handed to us -- we have to "take" them and make something of them.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 7-11 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Pisces (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Neptune rules Pisces).

Saturday at 11:38pm EST, after a 5-month retrograde, Neptune comes to a halt in 9 degrees of Pisces and starts to move forward again. The emotional nature of Neptune feels confusing and overwhelming at times. As Neptune will be moving through Pisces until 2025, our understanding of interconnectedness is going to grow; our collective spiritual and emotional sides will slowly evolve.

We can see how connected we are to our Higher Self/The Universe/Source. What's more, we have an opportunity to dissolve any barriers between us and our Soul's guidance. Are we sensing our Soul's desire for love and oneness to the fullest? Are we connecting to our intuition? Is anything keeping us from experiencing the flow of life?

As Neptune slowly starts to pick up speed again, it will bring our focus back to the outside world. We are now ready to implement the things we have been connecting to internally for the past 5 months. What did you discover about your feelings and your intuition?

Do you have your Ascendent, your Career point or any of your personal planets in 7-11 degrees of Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius? If you do, you may feel the effects of the Neptune station more than others.

This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Pisces (Neptune rules Pisces): This is a great time to use what you learned in the last 5 months about your connection to Source -- and perhaps to allow yourself to connect more fully to the flow of life, and let yourself be inspired — even more than most other people.

Sunday (Nov. 20th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Sunday, Chiron starts its station. It is slowing down as it gets ready, after its 5-month retrograde phase, to move forward again on Dec.

A head's up for next Monday (Nov. 21st): At 3:33am EST,the last Quarter Moon in Leo becomes exact, and we are entering a Moon void of course (VoC). for an hour, until 4:34am EST. At that timethe Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Wednesday afternoon. At 4:22pm EST, the Sun changes signs from Capricorn to Sagittarius, where it will journey until Dec. 21st.More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)
