Exalted! -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., March 28th - Sun., April 3rd, 2016

Please note that all times given below are Eastern Daylight Savings Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

We are definitely still in Eclipse season. I can feel the new downloads, and I noticed the Chiron/South Node alignment in Pisces very strongly last week... Lots of childhood wounding releasing -- and being newly defined -- it's really quite beautiful :-)

I also felt the Saturn station (particularly last Thursday); it felt like "one step forward, two steps backwards", but going uphill. Eventually I was able to get to the top (i.e. "complete my task") and I was exhausted at that point. That said, it also had a positive effect: I could definitely see that something needs to change...

This week's headline items: Saturn, Mars and Pluto all station this week; the last Quarter Moon in Capricorn becomes exact on Thursday (late in the morning); Saturn ends its station on Friday.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday late evening (for almost 16 hours), Friday early afternoon (for 9 hours), and Sunday evening (for 6.5 hours).

Monday (March 28th) at 2:46am EDT, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, whereit will journey until Wednesday afternoon. New experiences and adventures satisfy a deep emotional need. The Sagittarius Moon persuades us to come from intuition and think in a broader manner.

We seek meaning and ideas that expand upon the "here and now"; we pursue truth and a new vision -- the big picture, rather than the details. Spontaneity is key, we'd rather improvise than plan; this may tip into just "winging it". We could also overdo or overstate.

Saturn, Mars and Pluto all "station"this week -- they move through the sky more slowly than normal. When a planet stations, its energy becomes more "exalted" and is therefore "in our face". Let's look at each stationing planet in turn:

In the case of Saturn, the exalted energy means we feel a stronger need to face reality as it actually is. Saturn also represents our structures, responsibilities, commitments, and ability to "do" life on life's terms -- so we could be confronted in these areas too.

Mars represents our assertiveness, independence and “masculine” energy. It is also associated with new initiatives, going after one's goals, and with physical actions.

With Mars' energy exalted, we are more aware of these things -- but are not necessarily able to do anything about any of it. This may bring up impatience, frustration or even outright anger. What's more, since Mars is in Sagittarius right now, we may express this anger more openly, even exaggeratedly... Should this arise, try bringing humor to it -- this could prove an inspired way to deal with it all.

Pluto is associated with our soul purpose. It relates to the process of empowerment -- our ability to feel empowered from within, through the experience of wholeness -- and to our deepest passions.

To get to a place of truthfulness on the soul level, Pluto will remove what no longer serves us, replacing it with something new -- something fully aligned with our deepest passions and soul purpose.

To the extent we resist these deep changes, we'll suffer, but if we can surrender and allow for that process to take place, we'll grow in authenticity, and feel a newness and empowerment from within. Look for what might no longer be in alignment with your soul's purpose (your deep authentic Self).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in the following degrees and signs: 14-18  or 5-9 degrees of  Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces? Or perhaps in 15-19 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer or Libra? If so, you will be more affected by these stations. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Capricorn, Aries, Scorpio (Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn, Mars is the ruler of Aries, and Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio).

Tuesday (March 29th): the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Monday morning for details).

Tuesday afternoon, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 2:36pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Monday evening on; it will be strong until Wednesday. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward -- and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if we’re to see what needs adjusting.

This aspect is a fork in the road: Do we go after to our personal goals? Or build our ability to understand what works (and what doesn't) in our daily routines? Awareness is key with this aspect: What demands to be done? What would a broader view show us -- and how could we serve what we then see?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 15-17 degrees of Aries or Virgo? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter of Sagittarius).

Tuesday late evening, at 9:55pm EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts almost 16 hours, until 1:45pm EDT (Wednesday afternoon). Use this intuitive time to make any needed adjustments. Honor your need for adventure and exploration of life, as well as your need to connect with others intuitively or spiritually; you may also feel a pull between introvert and extrovert, fast and slow.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan your evening and the first half of Wednesday ahead of time ;-)

Also on Tuesday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 11:02pm EDT (we started to feel this aspect from Monday morning on and it will be strong until Thursday). It will help to interact from a place of integrity and commitment. We can set aside unrealistic views and make concrete, practical plans, that help us explore a larger truth.

We “get to the point” -- no wasted time or words. Seeking a larger understanding, we speak our truth, but with adult caution and moderation. The reality of our beliefs gets clearer and our thought processes more realistic. It is important for us to learn something new -- with a mature attitude.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-20 degrees of Aries, Sagittarius or Leo? If so, you will be more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo; Saturn rules Capricorn)

Wednesday (March 30th): the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius until 1:45pm EDT (see Monday morning for details).

Wednesday morning, a Venus/Chiron alignment in 22 degrees of Pisces becomes exact at 5:08am EDT. We started to feel this connection from last Sunday evening on; it will be strong until this Friday. This alignment reminds us of wounds around relationships or our sense of self-worth. Social situations might feel awkward.

We may experience emotional triggers, so as best as you can, bring compassion and understanding to yourself, to others, and to those past experiences that wounded you. We need to learn to love ourselves, and heal deep fears of being "not good enough". Healing happens much faster when we are open to forgiving and embracing ourselves exactly as we are (and are not).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 19-25 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra)

Wednesday late morning, a challenging Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 10:53am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Monday morning on; it will be strong until Thursday evening. We are being invited to grow and make some changes in our lives. Especially in terms of our thinking processes. We have tremendous focus and drive right now, which can tip into obsession.

With this aspect an all-or-nothing attitude is very likely. Choose love over fear whenever possible. Not many people enjoy being second-guessed all the time, yet that is something that we are inclined to do now. However, our determination to get to the bottom of any matter, to rip away falsehoods and expose true motives, can be used for good if we employ it in our work, for example, in regards to investigations or research.

This is an opportunity to learn to harness our intense mental energy and apply it productively. We are also capable of very hard work, focus and effort now. We also have a great love of debate now, but should be careful that we don't overpower others with our strong opinions, attempting to "convert" them to our frame of mind, or treat regular exchanges of opinion as battlegrounds.

As best as you can, connect to others, empowering them with what you feel passionate about. Choose your words carefully, from a deeply connected and empowered place.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 14-20 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Scorpio (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Pluto rules Scorpio)

Wednesday at 1:45pm EDT, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Friday evening. The Capricorn Moon emphasizes our need for structure and forward planning. We are motivated by a desire for success; achievement and manifestation are paramount.

We are resourceful, and pursue economy with time, energy, and other resources. We take things more seriously during Moon in Capricorn: we look reality in the eye. This can also be a very productive period. As best as you can, avoid "should-ing" on yourself. Take the pressure off: try saying "I am doing the best I can and that's all I can ever do"  ;-)

Saturn (ruler of Capricorn) is transiting through Sagittarius right now, making this a great time to explore our beliefs. It's also a great time to focus on the greater meaning of life and for going beyond conditioned thinking structures. As best as you can, be authentic about what you believe: Do your beliefs actually match your direct experience of life -- as it is for you now, not how it was 5 or 10 years ago?

Thursday (March 31st): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Wednesday afternoon for details).

Thursday late morning, at 11:17am EDT, the last Quarter Moon in Capricorn will be exact. The Moon in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in pioneering, fast-paced Aries. This may bring up some challenges. However, it also energizes us to look at what needs to be completed -- and what needs to be changed.

This Moon phase brings us closer to the next New Moon (on April 7th). With the last Quarter Moon, rather than starting major new projects, it serves us to take a look at what needs to be completed. What -- if anything -- needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since early March? What did it mean for you?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 9-13 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Libra or Cancer? If so, you are more affected by this month's last Quarter Moon.

Thursday late afternoon, a Mercury/Uranus alignment in almost 20 degrees of Aries becomes exact at 4:49pm EDT. We started feeling  this aspect build from Wednesday morning on; it will be strong until Friday night. An important insight is building, something new is preparing to enter consciousness – and we are getting the urge to move forward.

We might experience some really unusual conversations. Our mind could be flooded with new information and ideas, and we most likely feel enthusiastic and excited by these fresh ideas and insights.

It's a time when we could achieve real breakthroughs in the form of ideas, communications, and the mind in general — but coupled with the possibility of edginess and impatience toward those who don’t “get” our new insights. Nervousness and fidgeting could be a by-product of this alignment as well.

Computers and electronics may suddenly become important. Insight into our own mental workings, original thoughts, and the like is likely. As best as you can, and as much as you want to, stay open to other dimensions, and get grounded in your body ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-23 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus rules Aquarius).

Friday (April 1st): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn until 9:37pm EDT (see Wednesday afternoon for details).

Friday at 12:39pm EDT, we enter a 9-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 9:37pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to connect with your Higher Self/Intuitive Self or with nature; use this connection to support your career or long-term goals.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan the second half of Friday ahead of time ;-)

Friday at 9:37pm EDT, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Monday very early morning. The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional; interactions more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an increased fascination with the new and unusual.

Social gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, progress: all these are promoted during the time the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have our eyes on the future -- or on outer space :-) Personal freedom becomes paramount.

Last but not least for Friday: although now retrograde, Saturn resumes its normal pace through the sky, ending its station. What has come up in the last two weeks, around commitment to a higher truth, and the need to be mature in your world view? How truthful are you, regarding your belief systems? The retrograde phase is a good time to do some internal work in these areas (the retrograde ends on Aug.13th).

We now have 5 months to go over recently built belief structures, to see if they are aligned with our inner truth. We are also now ready to contemplate solutions for whatever was "in our face" from March 18th until now -- solutions that work well both with our inner truth and our outer reality.

Saturday (April 2nd): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Today is full of opportunities! That said, it is best to follow through on ideas or projects that have already been started rather than innovating or "planting" new seeds. If you can, connect with like-minded people -- and be active and outgoing ;-)

Sunday (April 3rd): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Sunday at 7:16pm EDT, we enter a 6.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 1:45am EDT (Monday very early morning). Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect with other people -- preferably like-minded ones -- without compromising yourself. Communicate your vision directly and honestly.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday evening and night ahead of time ;-)

A head's up for next Monday (April 4th): At 1:45am EDT, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Wednesday very early morning. In the afternoonwe enter the Balsamic Moon phase: this lasts until Thursday morning, when the New Moon in Aries becomes exact. More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)

Practical Implications -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., March 21st - Sun., March 27th, 2016

Please note that all times given below are Eastern Daylight Savings Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

Last week felt abundant -- and I received a lot of support -- which made it all so much easier, considering that there was so much going on at so many levels. Self-Care was also helpful, as was taking some time out to breathe consciously, and simply taking life one moment at a time. Of course, we are still in Eclipse season, so none of this is surprising ;-) Lots of downloads coming in... The Saturn station that began at the end of the week brought things into sharper focus and helped me structure my days.

Before we get into the week's aspects: This is the last chance to join me for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM (this Wed.,March 23rd at 4pm PDT/7pm EDT/11pm GMT). The 90-minute webinar will be live on the day of the Lunar Eclipse! I am excited to be able to speak and connect with you in real time, as it's the best way for you to get the maximum support -- the webinar will be interactive, so you can ask questions and comment on what the month's aspects mean for you and your world.

If you're interested in aligning yourself with upcoming energies, this is for you. The fee is $24 -- sign up now to join live or register to get an mp4 recording within 24 hours of the live event. To register, click here

This week's headline items: the Saturn station intensifies on Monday; Mercury changes signs form Pisces to Aries on Monday evening; the Lunar Eclipse in Libra becomes exact on Wednesday morning; Chiron's alignment with the South Node in Pisces becomes exact on Thursday (very early in the morning); Saturn comes to halt (turning retrograde) on Friday morning; Mars begins to slow down (preparing for its retrograde) on Saturday; Pluto does the same on Sunday.

There will also be three long Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late evening (for 25.5 hours), Thursday afternoon (for a little over 21 hours), and Sunday very early morning (for 23.5 hours).

Monday (March 21st): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning. This turns our focus toward practical activities. Solving problems, making order out of confusion, helping others: all bring emotional satisfaction.

Health might come into focus. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.), align with our long-term goals.

TheSaturn station intensifies today (Monday). "Stationing" is when a planet moves more slowly through the sky. When a planet stations, its energy becomes more "exalted"; in the case of Saturn, this means we all feel the need to more fully face what is currently so, our actual reality. Saturn has to do with doing what needs to be done -- so we can fully understand the practical implications of our reality, and the consequences of our past actions. Saturn also represents our structures, responsibilities, commitments and ability to "do" life, on life's terms.

As spirit beings in a physical world, it's best to observe the laws of the physical world. The sooner we learn to "play by the rules", the easier life gets. Saturn also represents time and the "domain" of time: growing up, maturing, understanding our limitations, setting healthy boundaries with others, living with integrity, being authentic and truthful, being serious and focused on building something of value to society.

Saturn is our teacher. If you had a cosmic teacher, what would your personal "earth class" be in, right now? Where are you being asked to look at your beliefs and became more mature? What calls for a commitment towards a larger truth? What will time do?

As best as you can during the time of the station, bring flexibility and open-mindedness to any frustrations. The station-phase will last until March 31st -- and Saturn will start its 5-month retrograde phase, this Friday (on March 25th)… more on that on Friday ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 14-18 degrees of  Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this station. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Capricorn, since Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn.

Monday evening, at 8:19pm EDT, Mercury changes signs from dreamy, creative Pisces to enthusiastic, direct Aries. It will journey through this courageous sign until April 5th. For these next two weeks, our thinking speeds up and we are ready for new endeavors.

We may come off as impulsive and impatient when communicating; however, we are focused on reaching our goals as quickly as possible -- we must therefore speak (and get answers) faster. Nothing stands in our way now: we are ready, we are brave, we want what we want and we want it now ;-)

Something to watch out for: blurting things out prematurely or inappropriately; as best you can, choose your words carefully -- and pause before responding ;-) All of us are feeling the Aries energy quite strongly at this time, so do your best to not take it personally, if someone ignores what you want, or says something insensitive.

Remember to keep the focus on yourself instead -- and take responsibility for how you are communicating or expressing yourself.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries? If so, you will feel especially chatty for the next 2 weeks. Your mental energy will be quite active and you feel the need to connect to others -- whether it be in person, via email, over the phone or via social media. New ideas and new connections are very likely.

Do you have your Ascendent or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel a tremendous energy burst for the next 2 weeks: really enthusiastic and physically strong.

Monday late evening, at 11:55pm EDT, we enter a 25.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC) that lasts until 1:23am EDT (Wednesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to look at your workflow. What needs to change so you can empower yourself more fully around your long-term goals?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday night and all day Tuesday ahead of time ;-)

Tuesday (March 22nd): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo and VoC all day (see Monday morning and late evening for details).

Tuesday is all about trying to find a way to heal ourselves through self-acceptance and self-nurturing. As best as you can, be kind and gentle to yourself and if you feel triggered by someone or something, give yourself an extra dose of loving kindness and compassion.

This is also the day before the Lunar Eclipse becomes exact; the second Eclipse within four weeks. There is some potent energy coming our way; it would be wise to prepare ourselves to be transformed by it, allowing for our consciousness upgrade to be installed. It comes down to this: just for now and just as best as you can... could you simply allow what is... to be?

Allow for the new templates to download; stay centered and do your best to ground from within -- try using conscious breathing, flexibility -- and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body... This won't last forever -- in another two weeks, the downloads are complete ;-)

Tuesday is also your last chance to join me for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM: tomorrow, Wednesday, March 23rd at 4pm PDT/7pm EDT/11pm GMT (90-minute webinar). If you're interested in aligning yourself with upcoming energies, this is for you. Fee: $24 Sign up to join live or register to receive an mp4 within 24 hours of the live event. Wednesday (March 23rd) is definitely an eventful day! At 1:23am EDT, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Friday afternoon. The energy of the Libra Moon wants to maintain equal relationships: we thus tend to spend more time on diplomacy -- making compromises, negotiating, practicing graciousness, balancing, etc.

We can better set aside our emotions, to achieve the peace we desire; the shadow side of this is a tendency to avoid direct confrontations. We see both sides -- and may also fear loss of approval -- so we can't decide. As best as you can, find your inner balance with this... and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm.

This Moon placement also starts the build up towards the powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Libra (exact in 6.5 hours); more on that later… ;-) or you can also watch my video on that subject now

Wednesday morning, a long-lasting challenging Jupiter/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 6:15am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from March 2nd on; it will be strong until June 14th (due to Jupiter's and Saturn's retrograde phases). Jupiter represents philosophy, expansion, faith, personal growth; Saturn symbolizes responsibility, discipline, and pragmatism. Some re-structuring of our lives and business goals might be in order. We may be looking for new challenges -- sometimes because we are forced to look, as things are not going exactly to plan.

We have a desire to grow and expand, but this attitude is tempered with caution and a sense of restriction. It is best to breathe new life into old plans, rather than striking out with an altogether new one. Take steps to grow, but don't overextend, or you’re bound to grow frustrated. We're also encouraged to do things by the book -- but may not want to -- this is not the time to take shortcuts (they won't work...)

This aspect also reveals where our beliefs may be out of sync with reality. What was true before may not be now -- may have never been true in the first place. What was impossible before may be doable now. As best as you can, take a look at what’s holding you back: Are there “old” fears or beliefs that are no longer keeping you on your intended course? Imagine for a moment that you wake up tomorrow morning and all fear has mysteriously vanished... What would be possible?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Sagittarius, Virgo, Gemini or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect; this is also true for those of us with the Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius or Capricorn (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)

Wednesday at 8:01am EDT, the Sun opposes the Moonin 3 degrees of Libra. This extra-powerful Full Moon is also a Lunar Eclipse; as such, it's energy is more intense than a typical Full Moon. What's more, it's also the culmination of all the Eclipses we've had in the Libra/Aries polarity since 2013.

These Eclipses were all about having healthy relationships with ourselves and others -- they had particular relevance to the role(s) we identify with in our one-on-one relationships. What have you discovered in those areas since Oct. 2013?

There is a lot to cover today with this Eclipse, as it is also connected to a mutable T-square... and while all this is going on, Saturn is stationing. I will get into this in more detail in a moment…

Lunar Eclipses direct our attention to the "emotional body"; we thus become aware of what has been suppressed or ignored. Get ready for some big shifts in your life, especially around relationships of all kinds. Where do you need more balance? What roles or contracts need to be redefined or released?

The last Lunar Eclipse in 3 degrees of Libra was back in March of 1997; the one before that was in March 1978. Think back to those periods; what happened then? What is possible now?

Eclipses bring a strong focus to endings and beginnings -- they push us forward in our evolution and connect us more fully to our Soul’s Journey. As best as you can, trust that whatever is leaving or falling apart is making way for something better in your life -- the more open we are to change, the easier it will be to go to the next level.

This Eclipse could be healing a memory around relationships. It could also be making a new emotional connection, moving into a new home, starting a family, something of that sort. We get a chance to heal a trauma that was inflicted on us or our parents back around June 1981 or Sept. 1973.

Of course, all of this will resonate more with you if you have personal planets (or angles) within 3 degrees of the Eclipse… More on that later (and feel free to watch my 30-minute class on: "How to Read Your Birth Chart” if you haven't seen it yet)

We are also invited to look at the balance of feminine and masculine within ourselves, our relationships, and our world. Where has this gone out of balance? What happens when there is too much of either? Or too little?

The Sun in Aries is connecting to Mercury; this is a call to look at the roles that “assertion" and “independence” play in our lives. We're called to find ways to communicate our sense of self in a healthy way; total honesty with ourselves and others is crucial here. Allow the higher vibrations of Aries to shine: courage, openness towards the new, being direct, developing a healthy sense of identity. The spotlight is on us...

The Moon in Libra wants us to work through any issues via collaboration, objectivity, consideration, equality, balance, justice, etc. Here, the spotlight swings over to our relationships.

Mercury opposite the Moon invites us to pay attention both to feelings and emotional responses and to thoughts and logical conclusions. How might we express ourselves truthfully, without compromise... and consider other people's feelings and needs?

Mars (the ruler of Aries) is currently in Sagittarius; it's making a trine to the Sun in Aries and a sextile to the Moon in Libra. This indicates that we likely feel excited about life and are willing to make things work in our relationships. This is a brave and adventurous time.

Mars also squares Neptune in Pisces; this calls on us to slow down a little, to check in with our intuition and to let us be guided to what our next action needs to be. Ask yourself: When I'm in the flow of things, am I "the doer" or does "doing" simply happen? (...and really check -- don't assume :-)

Venus (the ruler of Libra) is currently in Pisces, making a square to Saturn in Sagittarius and an opposition to Jupiter in Virgo. This configuration is called a "T-square"; Saturn is the focal planet.

This lets us know that it's wise to double-check our facts, reasoning, assumptions and belief systems... Do any of them need updating?

Now, since this T-Square involves Venus in Pisces, we are also invited to bring an open heart to this process -- and to have compassion toward ourselves. Something very profound is happening to us: We have the opportunity to change our lives for the better!

For the next two weeks, keep asking yourself: What shifts might be possible for me, if I just let my mind and heart stay open?

Do your best to observe your thoughts. Thoughts are powerful, they are the first step toward creating your reality -- so take responsibility for them. If our thoughts about ourselves, others and the world are low in vibration, we will only be able to create something with a low vibration. Look to see which thoughts serve you (and which don't). As best as you can, align with your higher truth.

The Saturn station amplifies this even further. It adds a clear message to this Eclipse: Pay attention to your beliefs and what you think is true about life. What assumptions do you make about yourself, others, or life? Which actually advance your Soul’s Journey? How can you more fully embody your truth? What might be possible if you decided to "walk the talk"?

Remember that each of us is experiencing this Eclipse in one way or another... Some may feel overwhelmed or anxious, some may even have vertigo :-) As best as you can therefore, be compassionate with yourself and others; if someone doesn't return your call, it’s not personal... they may not be able to ;-) Eclipses are Uranian in nature: Anything could happen between now and April 7th (and usually happens to help us evolve).

As best as you can, don't jump the gun; if you feel compelled to do something, do your best to simply watch and observe. In particular, if you have any ambivalence about an action, or suspect that you are acting out of fear, wait until the Eclipse Season ends to go for it. If something happens organically, on the other hand, if it feels in alignment with your Soul's Journey, go for it.

Just double-check whether it's coming from love or fear - and remember that impatience is a form of fear as well (about the timing of things not being "right" or too slow ;-) For more details on this powerful Full Moon click here and watch my video on the subject

The Natal houses in your birth chart affected by this Lunar eclipse indicate which areas of your life are up for development and for the next two weeks to 6 months. If you'd like to dig in to this, again, I recommend you watch my 30-minute class on: "How to Read Your Birth Chart

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in one of the following placements: 0-6 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this Lunar Eclipse more strongly.

Wednesday late afternoon, a Sun/Mercury alignment in 2 degrees of Ariesbecomes exact at 4:11pm EDT. We started feeling this aspect build from last Sunday on; it will be strong until this Friday. When the Sun and Mercury come together, we are especially sharp, communicative, and open. This aspect indicates a confident mind and an analytical approach to life. Intelligence and communication abilities are strong at this time; however, we may not listen as well as the other speaks -- we might be too busy thinking about what to say next.

In general, we have a strong need to take an active role in communications -- it is very hard for us to passively listen and absorb information right now. What we say or write now has impact, so as best as you can, choose your words wisely. If people hung on your every word, what would you say then? What would you hold back from saying?

Our opinions are usually strong during this time; we like to think independently and are proud of our opinions and our thoughts. For this reason, our egos might get bruised if we are not "heard" -- if our opinions are pushed aside, ignored or criticized.

As best as you can, express yourself fully, knowing that others may have different opinions… and that's ok. We may be particularly impulsive during this time... but rushing in may not serve us.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-5 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn, Cancer, or 29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini and Sagittarius? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo, Gemini or Virgo (the Sun rules Leo; Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo)

Thursday (March 24th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Wednesday very early morning for details)

Thursday very early morning, Chiron aligns with the Moon's South Node in 22 degrees of Pisces. We started to feel this is a long-term conjunction build from Feb. 20th on; it will be strong until April 19th. This alignment calls for healing our spiritual wounds, sensitivities and insecurities; it calls for opening our heart to our highest path.

Enlightenment is not about being "good" or "perfect", it is about embracing all of who we are and loving ourselves fully, no matter what. It is not about denying our "human-ness", it about embracing all the limitations/sensitivities/insecurities we carry with us on this human journey.

We are being invited to redefine wounds from our past, to embrace the inner childhood wound and love ourselves because it is there, not despite of it. Once we understand that the biggest gift of all is compassion, we can start to forgive ourselves and others, and release all resentment and anger connected to this past wounding.

Here are some tips that might help you on your healing journey: consider working with healing modalities that use water, sound or energy (some examples might be flotation tanks, hot salt baths, watsu, soothing music, drumming, tibetan singing bowls, Reiki, psychic healing, Holosync, etc...)

As best as you can, allow any feelings or sensations that arise during these "healing sessions" simply to come up, so they can be released ;-) Last but not least, tap into self-love and self-compassion as much as possible (as opposed to fear or worry).

Thursday at 4:55pm EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for a little over 21-hours, until 2:09pm EDT (Friday afternoon). Use this intuitive time to find a balance between expressing your unique spark versus your need to collaborate with others. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan your Thursday evening and the first half of Friday ahead of time ;-)

Thursday evening, a harmonious Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 6:45pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday evening on; it will be strong until Saturday morning. This aspect helps us clarify our goals. We act from our courageous, passionate thinking and a "bigger picture"; we love to experiment and an adventurous attitude is also supported.

We are quick, perceptive and brave; interestingly, one of the things we easily perceive is the weaknesses of others. Our minds are more restless, so it’s important that we keep ourselves active. We are expressive; we have lively conversations in which we speak our truth without compromise and yet without coming across as too blunt or offensive — on the other hand, our passion might mean we come across as rather impatient.

We seem to “download” great insights (and make superb decisions) at the very last minute — and the good news is, we can easily turn those insights into workable projects.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 2-9 degrees of Aries, Sagittarius or Leo? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries)

Friday (March 25th) is another big day! The Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra and VoC until 2:09pm EDT (see Wednesday very early morning and Thursday afternoon for details)

Friday morning at 6:01am EDT, Saturn comes to a halt in 16 degrees of Sagittarius and goes retrograde until August 13th. We will get very clear on what we are truly committed to -- or not -- and on how we are living our lives, in regards to our physical reality. Our physical realities may feel like they have come to a compete halt. Take a deep breath whenever you can, as often as you can (especially today and tomorrow).

Saturn represents our structures, responsibilities, commitments -- and our ability to "do" life on life's terms. When this planet comes to a halt and turns retrograde, we get to see where we need to create or renew our commitments. As best as you can, take it all in and see where you would like to make adjustments. You will get a chance to do just that for the next 5 months.

If you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 8-18 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces or Virgo, you will be more affected by this station and retrograde-phase. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Capricorn (Saturn being the ruler of Capricorn).

Also on Friday morning, a Venus/Jupiter opposition becomes exact at 7:58am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This is asking us to find an inner and outer balance between our need for oneness with others and our need for expansion in our daily routines and at work.

We have a tendency to overestimate our personal capabilities right now: We want to do and give more than we actually can. In the same spirit, we might also have a tendency to live beyond our means.

As you can see, we need to watch out for feeling overly-optimistic or -analytical. Moderation is the keyword, with regard to both finances and our affections: Check your bank account... and keep it real ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Friday early afternoon, a challenging Venus/Saturn aspectbecomes exact at 12:48pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This asks us to stretch and grow beyond how we've known ourselves in our relationships up to this point -- a process of maturing that requires we adjust and stay flexible.

On the one hand, we want to make spiritual and/or romantic connections, while going with the flow, feeling our way through. On the other hand, we feel a sharp need to explore “the truth” about ourselves and others — to determine what beliefs align with our own direct experience. Do your best to make space for both of these urges.

We tend to be more cautious when it comes to relationships and finances now -- and in fact, this is not the best time to start a brand-new romantic relationship. Financially though, this aspect can be eye-opening; if we can find creative ways to deal with money, we will grow from it.

The key is to approach things in both realms with intuition and maturity. Pushing doesn't always get us what we want: Sometimes, it’s better to go one step at a time; that way, we can come back later with a stronger approach and more mature expectations.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Pisces, Sagittarius, Virgo or Gemini? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Friday at 2:09pm EDT, the Moon moves intopassionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Monday early morning. We feel emotions on a deeply personal level. We are motivated by the desire to get to the bottom of things -- superficiality won't work for us now -- and we instinctively read between the lines.

The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power; it's an excellent time to rid ourselves of old fears and limiting habits. This tends to be an emotionally colored, all-or-nothing, black or white experience -- it can therefore be an intimate, passionate time. As best as you can, avoid manipulation, brooding and suspicion; instead, open to the wealth of your innermost feelings -- decide to go deeper, allowing all feelings to surface, if they need to.

Embrace all of who you are. Know thyself, love thyself and you shall be set free. Remember: a deep love of all that we are will connect us to the Power within; Fear causes "Force" to show up -- and is ultimately what disempowers ourselves and others.

Saturday (March 26th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Friday afternoon for details).

Saturday morning, a harmonious Sun/Mars aspect becomes exact at 6:33am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday morning on; it will be strong until Tuesday of next week. This aspect lets us know that if we bring conscious awareness to our actions and create enthusiasm and passion for a project, we can potentially create something brand-new that has never been seen before. It also brings a flow of physical stimulation that we can easily turn into a new exercise regime.

We have powerful stores of energy right now that we can draw upon when needed. We respond to problems or challenges with a spirited and enthusiastic confidence that is admirable. We truly believe in expanding ourselves and seem to be in love with life.

When we express or experience competitiveness or courage, it's easy to smile and accept these traits as positive, rather than being rubbed the wrong way. We generally have good physical vitality during this transit.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 3-10 degrees of Aries, Sagittarius or Leo? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aries (the Sun rules Leo; Mars rules Aries)

Also on Saturday morning, an opportune Venus/Pluto aspectbecomes exact at 7:12am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday on; it will be strong until Monday of next week. We have an opportunity here, to bring all of our passion to what we value most -- to build something with spiritual or creative value.

This could be a powerful and passionate time in our romantic relationships. We have the opportunity to build something long-term and bring a good dose of faith to that process. Remember: this is an "opportunity" -- opportunities aren't necessarily handed to us, we have to make them happen.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-19 degrees of Pisces, Capricorn, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Scorpio (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio)

Also on Saturday,Mars starts to slow down (station) in 6 degrees of Sagittarius, in preparation for the retrograde phase that begins on April 17th (more about that later...). This station will last until May 8th. Mars represents our assertiveness, independence and “male” energy Also: new initiatives, going after one's goals, physical actions.

During the station, these energies will be "in our face" -- we become more aware of them, but we’re not necessarily able to do anything about them yet. This may be bring up frustration or even outright anger. Since Mars is in Sagittarius right now, we may express our anger more openly, even exaggeratedly... Humor could be an inspired way to deal with this, should it arise.

Is your Sun sign or Ascendant in Aries? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-10 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you will feel a stronger connection to this Mars station.

Sunday (March 27th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Friday afternoon for details).

Sunday at 3:25am EDT, we enter a 23.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until  2:46am EDT (Monday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to make deep emotional connections to others; it could also be a wonderful time for spiritual endeavors or therapy. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan your Sunday ahead of time ;-)

Sunday around 2pm EDT, Venus moves over 19 degrees of Pisces -- the Solar Eclipse degree from March 8th; this might trigger some relationship or financial issues that will need to be addressed over the next 6 months.

The key here is to create awareness, to see what fears need to be released -- all that "material" that no longer aligns with our Soul's journey. Greater awareness will also show us what we need to receive, so we can connect more fully to our inner divinity and trust the flow of life. What are you experiencing that no longer serves you? Where are you experiencing separation rather than oneness?

Also on Sunday,Pluto starts to slow down (station) in 17 degrees of Capricorn, in preparation for the retrograde phase that begins on April 18th (more about that later...). This station will last until May 10th. When an outer planet stations, its energy gets more pronounced; we become more aware of its impact on us -- and this can sometimes cause discomfort. We are being asked to hang out with that discomfort and observe what comes up.

Pluto is associated with our soul purpose. It relates to the process of empowerment -- our ability to feel empowered from within, through the experience of wholeness -- and to our deepest passions.

It is also associated with transformation, for example our ability to transform darkness into light or "death" into "rebirth". Those terms don't necessarily refer to physical death or rebirth, but rather some sort of ending and beginning.

To get to a place of truthfulness on the soul level, Pluto will remove what no longer serves us, replacing it with something new -- something fully aligned with our deepest passions and soul purpose.

When we resist the deep changes Pluto brings, we tend to suffer; on the other hand, when we surrender and allow for that process to take place, we will move to a place of greater authenticity -- and feel a newness and empowerment from within.

As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever is "in your face" for the next 6 weeks. Look for what might no longer be in alignment with your soul's purpose (your deep authentic Self).

Ask yourself: Where am I holding on, out of fear? What habits, behaviors or fears are holding me back from feeling fully empowered from within? What would it look like, if I was fully aligned with my Soul-purpose? How would it feel? When we confront our fears we very often discover hidden gifts and strengths.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-19 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer or Libra? If so, you will feel this station more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Scorpio (Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio).

A head's up for next Monday (March 28th): At 2:46am EDT, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, whereit will journey until Wednesday afternoon.

Saturn, Mars and Pluto all station next week -- so they are all "exalted"...More details in next week’s forecast ;-)

Spiritual Union -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., March 14th - Sun., March 20th, 2016

Last week, the Eclipse energy was so strong, I had to take it real easy. I would consciously take breaks, even lie down, whenever I could. I started to feel less knocked out by Friday.

Being present and tapping into my heart-space (with myself and others) was definitely a requirement; trusting the flow also seemed to support the intensity of all this energy moving through...

This week's headline items: the First Quarter Moon in Gemini becomes exact on Tuesday afternoon; on Wednesday, Mercury moves over the Solar Eclipse degree from March 8th. Saturn starts to slow down, beginning its station (before turning retrograde) on Friday early morning. Saturday night/Sunday very early morning, finds the Sun changing signs from Pisces to Aries -- this also marks the Spring Equinox in the Northern hemisphere.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday afternoon (for 8 hours), Friday very early morning (for almost 4 hours), and Saturday late afternoon (for almost 21 hours).

Monday (March 14th): the Moon remains in curious, versatile, chatty Gemini all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening. The Gemini Moon keeps us social and busy. Interactions may take place online, on the phone, or face-to-face with those in our immediate environment. With this Moon placement, we like to multitask and stay engaged with life as much as possible: As long as we don't get bored, we're good.

Monday afternoon, a challenging Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 3:26pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from last Saturday on; it will be strong until Thursday morning. This aspect asks us to stretch a little, to grow and mature. Watch out for misunderstandings or feelings of restriction, when it comes to interacting with others.

On the one hand, Mercury in Pisces wants us to communicate from the heart, with love and compassion, and to have faith in our connection to the Universe/Source. On the other hand, Saturn in Sagittarius reminds us that before we can think about what we want to create or bring forth, we need to look at the larger picture and get to the core of what we believe life is truly about.

As best as you can, find creative ways to connect to your heart and intuition, while remaining committed to the exploration of your true beliefs. What is life really about? What is your life about?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Pisces, Sagittarius, Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn rules Capricorn)

Also on Monday afternoon, a challenging Venus/Mars aspect which becomes exact at 4:48pm EDT.We started to feel this aspect from last Saturday on; it will be strong until Wednesday morning. This aspect asks that we stretch ourselves with regard to the feminine/masculine dynamic as it manifests both “inside” and “outside”: A shift needs to occur.

This can show up in several ways, either through romantic and sexual tensions that we might experience with others. We may tease each other, flirt with each other and/or play hard to get. Or we may find ourselves arguing in a very passionate way with the opposite sex. Competitiveness, anger, frustration, or angst might be present. Either way, this can be a very passionate time.

Balancing and integrating masculine and feminine energies within ourselves would be very useful at this time.

If we experience these energies internally, there may be a desire for adventure -- or just for being still and "adventuring" into ourselves, our heart-space, our inner universe. The challenge might be that we feel pulled in two directions -- on the one hand, we want to feel "one" with others, and connect through love and kindness... While on the other hand, we want to be free and explore something new, outside of our familiar environment.

What might it look like, if you made room for both of these energies?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in 0-6 degrees of Pisces, Sagittarius, Virgo or Gemini? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aries (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Mars is the ruler of Aries)

Tuesday (March 15th) is a big day! The Moon remains in curious, versatile, chatty Gemini until 8:57pm EDT (see Monday for details).

Tuesday very early morning, an opportune Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 2:58am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday evening on; it will be strong until Wednesday. This aspect is an opportunity to bring compassion and creativity to areas of our lives that need restructuring or rebuilding.

It's also an opportunity to soften our obsessive focus on manifesting something real. Remember: opportunities aren't on "automatic"... we have to realize them.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point or personal planets (the Sun, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars) in 15-19 degrees of Pisces, Capricorn, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Scorpio (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Pluto rules Scorpio)

Tuesday morning, a Mercury/Jupiter oppositionbecomes exact at 5:42am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday morning on and will be strong until Wednesday evening. This asks us to find a balance between intuition and imagination, versus gaining clarity by understanding the specific tasks inside our daily routines.

This could also show up as a need to balance what we want to "serve" on a daily basis, versus our dream for the world at large. Of course, you could conceivably have it both ways... How much clarity and precision can you bring to your heart's dreams? Could you share 5% more from the heart -- and have 5% more faith that the details will work out? Another good question to ponder: If you stepped way back from the canvas, what "bigger picture" would you see?

We generally feel quite optimistic at this time, perhaps overly so: The urge to grow and expand is strong, but we can overreach -- perhaps by avoiding critical details and thereby miscalculating. We might be inclined to exaggerate, then have a hard time putting our ideas and goals into practice. That said, we can also be extraordinarily funny and interesting at this time, especially at work :-)

Expect a lot of talking and sharing -- and possibly some “over-thinking” or "over-imagining". As best as you can, take an "observer" position toward your mind: listen to your thoughts, catch yourself thinking. Toss the thoughts that no longer align with who you truly are. In other words: As best as you can, practice listening, to yourself, to others, and to your heart. Listening is an art form that makes it easier to tap into our own inner wisdom and our heart's wisdom.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 14-20 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius or Gemini? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter of Sagittarius).

Tuesday early afternoon, at 1:03pm EDT, the first Quarter Moon in 25.5 degrees of Gemini becomes exact (we started to feel this aspect from the moment the Moon entered Gemini on last Sunday afternoon). The Moon in chatty, versatile Gemini makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in sensitive, compassionate Pisces.

We feel compelled to take action. The New Moon, which was also a Solar Eclipse, took place a week ago, Tuesday (March 8th). This aspect provides a time to stretch and grow, thereby creating some forward momentum. We may feel anxious or unusually busy: As best as you can, go one breath at a time.

Allow for changes, remain flexible, and find creative solutions for your day-to-day dealings with others — especially since we are still in Eclipse season. Also, allow for new downloads and for releasing “old” codes or conditionings. An open mind and an open heart serves us best at this time (more specifically until April 7th) ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in any of the following: 23-28 degrees of Gemini, Pisces, Sagittarius or Virgo? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Tuesday at 1:03pm EDT, we enter a 8-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 8:57pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to make adjustments and find creative solutions regarding your mental and emotional "body". The key is to remain flexible and kind towards ourselves.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday afternoon and evening ahead of time ;-)

Tuesday at 8:57pm EDT, the Moon moves into protective, introverted Cancer, where it will journey until Friday very early morning. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say to (and about) us, so be kind to yourself and others. Emotional safety is important to us at this time: We like connecting to the familiar, home or family becomes our sanctuary.

Nurture yourself and others, but remember: Make sure your glass is filled before letting others drink from it — otherwise we might start resenting others for draining our energies.

Wednesday (March 16th): the Moon remains in protective, introverted Cancer all day (see Tuesday evening for more details).

Wednesday very early morning, Mercury moves over 19 degrees of Pisces -- the Solar Eclipse degree from 8 days ago; this might highlight some new information. Issues connected to trusting the flow of life, spiritual union, unconditional love or creativity will need to be addressed over the next 6 months.

The key is to bring awareness to two areas: First, what is taking us off the path of our Soul's journey (and needs therefore to be released)? Second, what would connect us to our inner divinity? To bring these issues into sharper focus, it will help to ask these questions too: What doesn't serve you any longer? Where are you experiencing separation?

Wednesday afternoon, a long-term, harmonious Jupiter/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 4:06pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from March 3rd on; it will remain strong until April 1st. It's an invitation to hone in on how to solve problems and get where we want to go. Our career (life path) will undergo a degree of change or transformation. We lose interest in the inessential.

It’s not hard to sell frontiers, hot prospects, expanded operations, etc. -- in fact, the soft sell will be the most successful. The more faith we have in ourselves, the more others will too, and the more likely things will work out, since everyone expects them to. Authenticity is important here.

Empowerment is the key word: As best as you can, make the most of your renewed vigor and intensity by empowering yourself and others, especially at work and in regards to your social standing. During this aspect, we can move mountains...

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-19 degrees of Virgo, Capricorn or Taurus? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius or Scorpio (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius; Pluto rules Scorpio)

Thursday (March 17th): the Moon remains in protective, introverted Cancer all day (see Tuesday evening for more details).

Thursday morning, a Mercury/Chiron alignment in Pisces becomes exact at 9:29am EDT. We started to feel this aspect Tuesday; it will be strong until Friday evening. This it allows us to communicate our flaws and insecurities, and thereby begin to heal them.

Bringing compassion and understanding to our past wounds can feel very empowering and healing; doing the same for others is going to feel really good. Remember: what you can do for yourself, you can do for others more easily.

As best as you can, whatever you do or don't communicate: cut yourself a little slack. Being human means making mistakes from time to time; there is no shame in that -- we always learn the most from our mistakes -- mistakes are our gold.

Double-check: does avoiding or judging your past mistakes actually serve you? Or anyone else? Could you be open to the possibility that all "mistakes" -- past, present and future -- exist to serve your evolution?  If that were true: what would need reevaluating?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-25 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Virgo or Gemini (since Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo)

Friday (March 18th): the Moon remains in protective, introverted Cancer until 3:54am EDT (see Tuesday evening for more details).

Thursday night/Friday very early morning at 12:09am EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 4-hours, until 3:54am EDT. Make intuitive connections to yourself and others. This is also a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors, music, and anything to do with sound and water.

As best you can, be gentle with yourself and others; be open to receiving support and nurturing from yourself and others. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow...cause the flow knows where to go ;)

Also on Friday very early morning: Saturn starts its station in 16 degrees of Sagittarius-- "stationing" is when a planet moves more slowly through the sky. When a planet stations, its energy becomes more "exalted"; in the case of Saturn, this means we all feel the need to more fully take a look at our beliefs.

Saturn has to do with facing reality -- and doing what needs to be done -- so we can fully understand the practical implications of our reality, and the consequences of our past actions. Saturn also represents our structures, responsibilities, commitments and ability to "do" life, on life's terms.

As spirit beings in a physical world, it's best to observe the laws of the physical world. The sooner we learn to "play by the rules", the easier life gets. Saturn also represents time and the "domain" of time: growing up, maturing, understanding our limitations, setting healthy boundaries with others, living with integrity, being serious and focused on building something of purposeful value to society.

Saturn is our teacher. If you had a cosmic teacher, what would your personal "class" be in, right now? Where are you being asked to look at your beliefs and became more mature? What calls for a commitment towards a larger truth? What will time do?

As best as you can during the time of the station, bring flexibility and open-mindedness to any frustrations. The station-phase will last until March 31st -- and Saturn will start its 5-month retrograde phase, next Friday (on March 25th)… more on that next week ;-)

Friday 3:54am EDT, the Moon moves into fun and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Sunday afternoon. We have a chance to appreciate ourselves and our lives -- and to connect to the heart. Hand out as many compliments as possible, they will be deeply appreciated :-)

Fun, games and romance are a big part of this energy. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps of fun? What would be so much fun, you squeak just thinking about it?

Saturday (March 19th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Friday very early morning for details).

Saturday at  4:43pm EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 21-hours, until 1:39pm EDT (Sunday afternoon). During this intuitive time, have fun connecting with others and doing things that bring you joy — explore unique projects, take a risk. Express yourself creatively -- and look to see what you are grateful for. How fully could you express your unique spark for these 21 hours?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday evening and the first half of Sunday ahead of time ;-)

Sunday (March 20th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo and VoC until 1:39pm EDT (see Friday very early morning for details).

Saturday night/Sunday very early morning, at 12:30am EDT,the Sun changes signs from dreamy Pisces to fast-paced, enthusiastic Aries, where it will journey until April 19th. Also known as: the Spring Equinox.

This signifies the beginning of Spring in the northern hemisphere of this planet, the energetic turning point from one season to the next. Equinoxes are super potent times for setting intentions. They are energetic gateways, where we experience the inter-relationship between light and dark, inner and outer, spirit and matter.

With the Sun entering Ariesfor the next four weeks, we tend to act first and think later. We are more aware of our personal goals and we feel a strong urge to move forward, get things done, move closer to our goals. We are quite aware of our own gut instincts and where we are heading. It's a great time both for leading others and for carving out our own path.

All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Aries Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As an Aries, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo you will feel energized and physically strong at this time.

Sunday at 1:39pm EDT, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning.

Sunday afternoon, a Venus/Neptune alignment in 10 degrees of Pisces becomes exact at 1:45pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect on Thursday evening, it will be strong until next week Tuesday evening. It asks us to dissolve anything that keeps us from opening our hearts more fully. This connection makes us dream of Soul connections with others.

We are highly romantic and may turn a blind eye to "what is", in pursuit of a fantasy that we want or need to have fulfilled. Be aware of anything that sounds too good to be true -- whether that's in connection with people or money -- 'cos it might just be exactly that: "too good to be true" ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 7-13 degrees of Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).

A head's up for next Monday (March 21st): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Sunday afternoon for details). The Saturn station intensifies today. In the evening, Mercury changes signs from dreamy, creative Pisces to enthusiastic, direct Aries. It will journey through this courageous sign until April 5th, and in the late evening, we enter a 1.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)

Astrological Weather Forecasts

A client of mine asked me about the difference between daily Astrology and how it impacts our own birth chart. I thought I would share my response...

“The daily Astrology and aspects I talk about in my Weekly Forecasts and my daily posts on facebook/twitter, show how the energies are at play with each other in each now moment. For example: how Jupiter interacts with Chiron at this time. Jupiter being in Virgo, opposes Chiron in Pisces at this time.

Apart from that, there is also how the energies are interacting with each one of us -- with each of our birth charts. How does Jupiter connect with your natal chart? Jupiter being in Virgo, how does it connect with your natal planets?

Every planetary energy interacts with something in our own charts. Either a natal planet, a personal point (Ascendant, Career point, etc) or it simply journeys through a House in our chart (influencing an area of our lives). These interactions help us learn something, explore something new, or experience something about ourselves or the world around us that supports our evolutionary process.

Every planetary energy that interacts with another planetary energy in this now moment shows us what the now energies are all about and how to best align ourselves with those. It's like knowing what the weather is doing...

Of course you are probably only interested in what the weather does where you live. Who cares if it snows in Chicago if you live in England, right?

Watch my video on: "How to Read Your Birth chart", so you can apply my weekly forecast and bi-monthly videos to your own birth chart and get the maximum benefit from my astrological "weather forecasts" ;-)

Feel free to watch this video on my Youtube channel or email my assistant at info@AstrologerCoach.com and write: "Recording" in the subject line. She will email you the link to the recording with some hand outs ;-)

I hope this answered your question. If not, feel free to join me for the next Monthly Forecasting Forum, and ask me whatever you want to know about Astrology at that point ;-)”

Love and blessings,
