Please note that all times given below are Eastern Standard Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

Since we are coming to the end of 2016, I would like to thank everyone for connecting with me this year and I wish you all a wonderful Holiday and a Happy New Year! May 2017 be rockin' -- and a direct reflection of our love for life! Many blessings to all of you!

For those of you who want to feel empowered throughout 2017, and have solid, continuous support all year long, take advantage of my Monthly Forecasting Forum Package Deal (and save $60)

This week's headline items:Three aspects that we'll feel over the long-term become exact this week: a Jupiter/Uranus opposition, a Saturn/Chiron square, and a Jupiter/Chiron inconjunct. In addition, the New Moon in Capricorn becomes exact on Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning and on Thursday morning, Uranus comes to a halt to resume its direct motion.

There will only be two Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday evening (for 13.5 hours) and Friday early morning (for almost 17.5 hours).

Monday (December 26th): the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day. It will journey there until Wednesday late morning. We're strongly motivated to explore and learn. We're not likely to be big fans of routine -- diversity and new adventures work best at this time -- we're also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.

We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired -- but we also have a high degree of independence, which means we'd rather inspire others to do things our way, than take orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.

As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge -- just watch out you aren't overdoing or overstating things.

In the early afternoon, a long-term Jupiter/Uranus opposition becomes exact; we started to feel it on Dec. 6th on and it will remain strong until March 22nd.

This aspect is an invitation to stay open and flexible in regards to our interactions with people. Our beliefs around justice and cooperation could be challenged. We are asked to create balance between personal freedom and progress, versus harmony and exciting new connections with others.

We seek to free ourselves of restrictions, obligations, and responsibilities; it's definitely a restless time, socially and personally. We may be motivated to make changes or adjustments to personal goals or relationships. Whatever form it takes, we are inclined to try something new and unexpected, something that could make a difference, something meaningful.

It may be true that something does indeed need to change (socially or otherwise); however, we need to step back, see the bigger picture, not rush into anything. As best as you can, keep taking actions without burning any bridges, even if it seems that you are not making any progress. Above all, be open to feedback from others during this time -- this is important, because sudden or rash movements might backfire.

What does "new and unexpected" look like to you? How can we accomplish change without discounting input from others? What if we could allow change without aggression?

One last thought: take it one moment at a time, there is no need to rush anything ;-) Ask yourself: Could I allow myself to be uncomfortable, just for this transition phase?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 17-24 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn or CancerIf so, you may be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aquarius (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius).

In the late evening, an opportune Mercury/Neptune aspect  becomes exact at 11:19pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday morning on; it will be strong until Wednesday. Due to the Mercury Retrograde phase, we get to experience this aspect several times; this is the second pass within the last 16 days. This gives us a chance to address our approach toward any misunderstandings.

This aspect gives us the opportunity to bring compassion and an intuitive approach to our thinking process. Having faith and connecting to our Higher Selves will be of service to us at this time. Any artistic or spiritual endeavors are likely to do well at this time. Music might help us with our thinking process and ability to get things done.

Let yourself be inspired! A book, a song, a movie, someone else's words… allow the Universe to speak to you. Open your mind to a higher vibration -- and remember, opportunities are openings... they aren't necessarily handed to us... we have to "take" them and make something of them. Is there anything that came up around 16 days ago that needs to be readdressed? If so, this is your chance... ;-)

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 7-12 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Tuesday (Dec. 27th): the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Monday for details).

Tuesday very early morningan opportune Sun/Mars aspect  becomes exact at 3:07am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday morning on; it will be strong until Thursday. Many of us feel an inner joy now -- when planning and achieving; now is a good time to link this to our intuition and instincts. Our self-confidence and self-esteem can get a boost: we feel we can meet life on life's terms and stand up for ourselves (and our point of view) without becoming hostile or confrontational.

We have to “take” opportunities, and this one is no exception: It requires we take action. What if there was a single, really simple action step, that would feel almost effortless?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-9 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aries (the Sun rules Leo; Mars is the ruler of Aries)

Tuesdayat 8:45pm EST, we enter a 13.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 10:12am EST (Wednesday late morning). This intuitive time could serve as an opportunity to connect to like-minded people and learn something new about your unique self. How wide could your vision for humanity become?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning ahead of time ;-)

As Tuesday and Wednesday are also the last couple days before the New Moon becomes exact, this is a great time to let go of what no longer serves us. As best as you can, avoid jumping the gun: Rather than launching into brand-new endeavors or connections, wait until a couple of days have passed after the New Moon.

Some of us might feel a little anxious or nervous: As best as you can, get quiet and go within… Listen to the silence between the sounds… Find peace in the connection with your innermost and truest Self.

Wednesday (Dec. 28th): the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius and VoC until 10:12am EST (see Monday and Tuesday for details).

Wednesday at 10:12am EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Friday evening. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.

Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this aspect, avoid "should-ing" on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying "I am doing the best I can and that's all I can ever do" ;-)

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it's transiting through Sagittarius right now, making this a great time to explore limiting beliefs and bust through conditioned thought structures. It's also a great time to take a more serious look at the "meaning of life".

As best as you can, be authentic about your beliefs: Do they actually match your direct experience of life -- as it is for you now, rather than 5 or 10 years ago? What is true as of now? What is not?

Wednesday early afternoon,a Sun/Mercury alignment in 7 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 1:47pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Monday evening on; it will be strong until Friday. This aspect indicates a confident mind and an analytical approach to life. Intelligence and communication abilities are strong at this time; however, we may not listen as well as the other speaks -- we might be too busy thinking about what to say next.

As this alignment takes place in Capricorn, we may be particularly stubborn or attached, but it may not always serve us to dig our heals in.

We want an active role in communications -- it's very hard for us to passively listen and absorb information right now. What we say or write now has impact, so as best as you can, choose your words wisely. If people hung on your every word, what would you say then? What would you hold back from saying?

Our opinions are strong and our thinking independent -- and we're proud of both -- our egos may therefore get bruised if we don't feel "heard". As best as you can, express yourself fully, knowing that others may have different opinion and that's ok.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 5-9 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries or Libra? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo, Gemini or Virgo (the Sun rules Leo; Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo)

Wednesday evening, a long-term, challengingSaturn/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 6:05pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Nov.30th on; it will be strong until Feb. 27th.We are being invited to grow and stretch ourselves when it comes to two very different energies: our sensitivities and insecurities, versus our inner sense of authority and "getting it right".

This can stir up feelings of inadequacy -- that we're not competent or effective... We could be confronted with limitations -- our own, and those of others. A sense of separation or loneliness is very possible with this aspect.

The desire to "walk the talk" is quite strong -- but those feelings of inadequacy may leave us feeling blocked, with low energy and confidence. "Slow and steady" is the key here -- and it's critical to keep checking our beliefs and keeping up our emotional/spiritual connections.

Work on self-acceptance and self-compassion; be honest with yourself about your own limitations and your expectations towards others (or life in general). This may take some time, but eventually it will yield a healthy, realistic approach toward our sensitivities and insecurities.

Questions you can ask yourself during this aspect: What am I learning about my inner resilience? What if respecting myself fully was just a decision? What attitudes do I need to eliminate to achieve greater alignment with my own humanity and my world?

Here's a few bonus questions: Could I maybe meet other people's demands, rules or expectations, without feeling limited or stopped by them? Could the same be true about my own (demands, rules and expectations)? What might humility do for me?

Also on Wednesday evening, an opportune Mercury/Mars aspect  becomes exact at 6:06pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday morning on; it will be strong until Friday. This aspect provides an opportunity to connect thought to action. Body and mind can align; words and deeds connect with ease. As with any opportunity, we have to "take" this one: it will not happen by itself.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 5-9 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries)

Lastly, also worth mentioning on Wednesday: Since Uranus comes to a halt tomorrow morning (Thursday), it will make its presence known quite forcefully for the next three days. This gives us the opportunity to evaluate how free we actually feel.

We might have flashes of insight or new ideas about what needs to change in our lives. Definitely expect the unexpected. As best as you can, stay open and flexible, go with the flow -- and pay attention to those messages from the Universe ;-)

Thursday (Dec. 29th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Wednesday late morning for details).

Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning at 1:53am EST: the Moon aligns with the Sun in 8 degrees of Capricorn. This starts a new Moon cycle. It's a good time to go within and seed anything we would like to accomplish for the next 28 days. Feel free to watch my New Moon video as well :-)

The highest vibration of Capricorn is the development of responsibility, resourcefulness, reliability, self-mastery, the ability to set realistic goals and healthy boundaries. The next 28 days is a perfect time to work on these areas.

As best as you can, prepare for the future, make commitments and recognize responsibilities -- in other words, nurture your dreams in a realistic manner -- focus on setting and achieving practical and attainable long-term goals, one step at a time.

With Mercury retrograde in Capricorn at the time of the New Moon, we get a chance to explore our long-term goals by connecting our inner world to what we seek to build in the outer world -- this could even be our "legacy". What are you doing, career-wise? How are you seen in the world?

Again, this is about working from the inside to the outside -- and that process offers a chance to honor and communicate our long-term goals. It's time to rethink, retool, and release what no longer works. As best as you can, between now and Jan. 8th, investigate your thought processes: What feels no longer useful? What if you got really clear about that?

This New Moon aligns with Pluto and Mercury in Capricorn. It therefore conveys extra-potent messages about our perception of physical reality -- time and space -- and about our relationship to power or feeling empowered. It is necessary to redefine the word “power”. What do I need to acknowledge or embrace? If I truly had choice in the matter, what kind of future would I step into?

Pluto is still part of a T-square with Uranus in Aries and Jupiter in Libra, feel free to watch my last Full Moon video for more details on that. As the empty leg of this T-square lands in Cancer, we are reminded to nurture ourselves, especially our "feeling body".

As best as you can, for the next two weeks, take breaks — or simply slow down and allow yourself to relax. It’s important to explore ways to stay centered and grounded -- seek tools or people to help you with that exploration.

If you'd like some help with this over the next two weeks, watch my Full Moon in Gemini video: towards the end, I invite you to do a quick experiment with me -- an exercise in freedom -- using simple questions from the "Sedona Method" that can support you in feeling more grounded and present (the Sedona Method is one of the main techniques I use in my coaching practice). Click here to watch the experiment

The New Moon also sextiles Mars and Neptune in Pisces, as well as the South Node in Pisces. This is an opportunity for boundaries to resolve, and for you to be more open and relaxed. Creative or spiritual activities might be a good fit for the next 28 days. As best as you can, avoid victim-behavior by connecting to spirit/inner divinity. And if possible, go with the flow, while paying attention to your energy levels.

What if I could be productive and gentle with myself at the same time? What if all actions flowed from knowingness and a sense of connectedness with everything around me? What might an "inspired action" be right now? What might show up in the world? What if I allowed the Universe to co-create with me?

Final thoughts to contemplate with this aspect: What we do for ourselves with love and passion, we do for the world. What we do for the world with love and passion, we do for ourselves ;-) Give and receive with an open heart as much as you can muster!

Given that it rules Capricorn,Saturn's placement in Sagittarius plays an important role with this New Moon: Saturn sextiles Jupiter in Libra and squares to Chiron in Pisces

Let's start with the Saturn/Jupiter aspect: We have an opportunity to choose how we relate to higher truth, by examining and clarifying how our relationships, commitments and priorities align with it (the same could be true of a particular belief system).

What if I chose a relationship that was deeply aligned with who I truly am, not who I think I "should" be, or used to be? When have I felt the happiest? What if I committed 5% more to the things, people and places in my life that make me happy?

Our expectations and outlook become considerably more realistic here, as we naturally seek balance between being too negative and overeager.

As you may recall from Wednesday's entry above, Saturn in Sagittarius is also squaring Chiron in Pisces (you may want to reread that section -- the aspect became exact at 6:05pm).

The last topic on Wednesday is Uranus coming to a halt and resuming a direct motion after a 5-month retrograde phase. For more on this, see Thursday's entry; for now, I'll just say this: It is vital to remain centered, grounded, and flexible! As best as you can, "respond" rather than "react".

Here are some opening questions to work with: What changes are calling to me? Where is progress needed? What would "ready" look like?

To sum it all up: We are invited to become mature, responsible planetary citizens, while honoring our individuality -- in other words, making a difference, one by one -- even when it seems as though we are too little to create a big shift on our own. No matter how small it may seem, every ripple moves something, changes something...

So... What would it feel like to have mastery over my fears? Who might I become, if I let go of all that is toxic in my life?

Inner strength and self-reliance come almost entirely from dealing with adversity. Obstacles are a part of life; they show us where we have an opportunity to become more capable -- and where we have gone out of alignment with outer reality or inner truth. Where is the obstacle? What might get me back on track?

Choose wisely for 2017: participate consciously in the evolution of existence on this planet; not from a place of fear, but from a place of knowing your inner strength and your power -- the power of your heart and your humanity! Trust your inner truth! Feel free to watch my New Moon video as well :-)

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in one of the following placements: 6-10 degrees of Capricorn, Libra, Aries, or Cancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly.

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for the month's Moon cycle -- and the very best time to do this is after the New Moon becomes exact (and definitely not during a Moon void of course).

So this month the two best and most potent times to set intentionswould be any time between 1:53am Thursday very early morning (Dec.29th) and 3:07am Friday very early morning (Dec.30th), *or* between Friday at 8:29pm and Saturday (Dec.31st) at 1:53am (EST/New York-time).

Thursday at 4:29am EST, Uranus comes to a halt in 20.5 degrees of Aries, turning direct again after its 5-month retrograde phase. We've had 5 months to reevaluate certain things: goals, group causes, issues around freedom. We've also reflected on our vision for the future, and where the obstacles to that vision might lie.

We are now ready to take into the world all that we have learned and make some progress. Uranus will be back to its usual speed by Jan. 8th; at that point you could say its “Change or be changed” -- change is inevitable, so it might as well be change you’ve chosen consciously. Note that Uranus also rules electronics, technology and the internet; these may all be influenced by the planet's slower movement.

Is your Sun sign or Ascendant in Aquarius? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-23 degrees of Aries,Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you will feel more connected to the Uranus station.

Friday (Dec. 30th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn until 8:29pm EST(see Wednesday late morning for details).

Friday at 3:07am EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 17.5 hours, until 8:29pm EST. You may be aware of two seemingly conflicting desires: On the one hand, a need for serious, diligent accomplishment -- and on the other, a desire for enthusiastic and horizon-broadening connection with others.

Use this intuitive time to make adjustments (and find creative solutions) when it comes to resolving these desires. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday day ahead of time ;-)

Friday evening,an opportune Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 6:25pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This aspect is an opportunity both to dissolve what no longer serves us, and to connect to our intuition. We definitely feel inspired. It’s also a great time to bring a sense of flow and faith to long-term plans.

Our capacity for compassion (both toward ourselves and others) is quite strong, especially if we are able to acknowledge it. Dreams and reality find a way to work together now -- any spiritual or creative endeavors that are started during this time will most likely do very well -- and it feels great to donate time or money to favored causes.

Remember that this is an "opportunity" -- it isn't just handed to us, we have to make it happen.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 7-12 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Taurus or Scorpio? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (the Sun rules Leo; Neptune is the ruler of Pisces).

Friday at 8:29pm EST, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Monday early morning. With this Moon placement, we often feel emotionally detached; when we do connect to our feelings, it's typically from a cerebral, intellectual place. We need a cause or project that resonates -- preferably one where we can connect with like-minded people.

For the next couple of days, we'll tend to be more eccentric or experimental; future-related issues like politics or education call to us now, as do unusual or even esoteric subjects like Astrology, UFOs... indeed anything from outer space. Our scientific approach to things leans on originality and ingenuity; we definitely love being unconventional.

The increased value we place on personal and emotional independence could make us come off as indifferent or cold in one-on-one interactions. That said, we can still be friendly and kind, provided we aren't pushed into doing something conventional or unethical.

Also: if you haven't set your New Moon Intentions yet, today (Friday) from 8:29pm - 1:53am EST (Saturday) is still time to do so during the most potent time... If you'd like some input on how to do that, check out this article: http://goo.gl/klCcph -- you could also (re-)watch my New Moon video

Saturday (Dec. 31st): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Saturday morning,a somewhat challenging, fairly long-term Jupiter/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 5:58am EST. We started to feel this aspect last Tuesday (Dec. 20th); it will be strong until Feb. 24th.

This aspect operates on an internal level: We feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice. We thus need to develop inner awareness around balance, harmony and cooperation. Part of what makes us "uneasy" is that we must also extend this awareness to our inner wounded child.

There is an emphasis on our societal and individual beliefs around relationships, and on optimistic and excited connection to others. At the same time, we need to find the time for compassionate and loving self-connection -- for healing our emotional and spiritual wounds through an inner awareness of unconditional love and faith.

By remaining flexible and making inner adjustments, we can bring clarity (rather than judgment) to both of those energies, and thereby explore them on a deeper level. What if we directed optimism out to others -- and love and compassion to ourselves?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-22 degrees of Libra or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius)

Sunday (January 1st): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Saturday night/Sunday very early morning, an Mars/Neptune alignment in almost 10 degrees of Pisces becomes exact at 1:53am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday on; it will be strong until next week Tuesday. This might contribute to feeling either a lack of physical energy, or a need to connect to spiritual or creative endeavors.

As best as you can, be patient with your energy levels for this week; go with the flow whenever you can, and, just for now, see what is would feel like to let go of wanting to be "the first and the best".

This is definitely a highly imaginative time. The highest vibration of this aspect is idealistic, highly intuitive and romantic; the lower level vibration is about not seeing reality clearly (or wanting to avoid it altogether) -- because it may be to painful to accept as it is. We might get confused or disappointed; things might seem a little foggy. Check in with others (or Source) when creating new goals for yourself during this transit: get reality checks!

Remember: the more we fight against any energy pattern, the more we will experience its lowest vibration. As best as you can, let go and let flow ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 6-13 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Pisces (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Neptune is the ruler of Pisces)

A head's up for next Monday (Jan. 2nd): At 2:47am EST, we enter a 2-hour Moon void of course (VoC). At 4:57am EST, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Wednesday late morning. More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)

How Free Do You Feel? -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., Dec. 19th - Sun., Dec. 25th, 2016

Please note that all times given below are Eastern Standard Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

Last week was very busy and exciting -- no doubt the Saturn/Uranus trine and the alignment between Mars, Jupiter and the Full Moon in Gemini, had something do with that...

This week's headline items:  on Monday morning, Mars changes signs (from Aquarius to Pisces) and Mercury comes to a halt. Tuesday: the Uranus station intensifies and the last Quarter Moon in Virgo becomes exact. Wednesday: the Sun changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn early in the morning, marking the Solstice. Finally, the Mercury Station ends on Friday and the Balsamic Moon phase begins on Sunday.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday evening (for 44 minutes), Thursday afternoon (for 19 hours), and Saturday night/Sunday very early morning (for 20 hours).

Monday (December 19th): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world -- things and knowledge we can apply and use.

Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals.

Monday at 4:23am EST, Mars changes signs from freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius to creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Jan. 27th. Our physical energy may slow down at this time. Creative and spiritual endeavors are highly favored for the next 5.5 weeks -- this especially goes for music. Our passions will be more of a romantic nature, imagination will play a big role when connecting physically with others.

Gentleness is key. The shadow side of this, is that our own aggression may be expressed less directly. Any form of assertiveness is likely to feel selfish or "wrong" on some level. Avoid victim-behavior by connecting to spirit. We feel a deep energetic and spiritual connection to others; charity work and altruism will be favored. Best to go with the flow for the next 5.5 weeks, paying attention to your energy levels.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Pisces? If so, you will feel energized by this placement. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries? If so, you may feel the change of pace more strongly. Your physical energy may not be what it usually is. As best as you can, make the necessary adjustments.

Mercury comes to a still stand Monday morning (Dec. 19th), at 5:55am EST,in 15 degrees of Capricorn (starting its 3-week retrograde phase), slowing things down tremendously today and tomorrow. Give yourself extra time to go to work this morning or to get things done. If you are traveling today, just simply go with the flow… you'll get there... eventually ;-) The same is true when it comes to all our technological devices…

This retrograde phasewill last until Jan. 8th. People worry about Mercury retrogrades, but it’s important not to stop one's life during these times. As mentioned above, certain things may take longer -- but a retrograde gives us a chance to resolve things that have been keeping us from living our vision -- especially things that came up within the past three weeks.

Take time to investigate your own thought processes: What feels too busy to you? What if you got really clear about that?

For the next three weeks, we get a chance to explore our long-term goals -- connecting from within to what we desire to build in the world and maybe even leave behind as a legacy. Another words, our planned public image and career.

It's also a chance to re-address anything connected to business. This is an internal process -- working from the inside to the outside -- and provides a chance to honor and communicate our long-term goals. It's time to re-think, re-tool and release what no longer works.

As always: with Mercury retrograde, always read the small print -- and re-read a contract before signing (if you have to sign something) -- or ask another person for a second opinion... Basically, during these periods, it's best to be aware of any details that we might have overlooked... and check in with our intuition... and stay open to the possibility of renegotiation or adjustments, down the line!

In general, Mercury Retrograde is a great time for re-evaluating and re-organizing. This is especially true for our thought patterns and decisions (particularly those made in the 3 weeks prior to the start of the retrograde) -- but it's true of our lives in general: we can reach a clearer understanding as to what works, and what doesn’t, and what needs to change.

Reconnecting with old friends, clients and family members (especially siblings) is also favored at this time …

Mercury also represents our day-to-day mind; this too is experienced more internally at this time. When it comes to communication, make sure that what you say, write and hear is the same as the intended meaning -- and use the spell-checker ;-)

Another thing to take into consideration: how does each Mercury retrograde phase affect your personal birth chart. Do you have any personal planets that Mercury will align with during its retrograde journey? The houses of your chart each represent different areas of your life -- which of the houses in your chart is affected by this retrograde?

Watch our latest Monthly Forecasting Forum, to see how this particular Retrograde phase is affecting you personally. If you are interested, email us at: info@AstrologerCoach.com and write "Mercury Retrograde" into the subject line ;-)

As with any retrograde, some of us will be more affected than others, depending on how it interacts with our personal chart. That will be true if any of the following apply to you: Gemini or Virgo as your Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant) -- or your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-16 degrees of Capricorn, Libra, Aries, Cancer or 27-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, Pisces.

Tuesday (Dec. 20th): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo until 9:40pm EST.

Tuesday at 8:56pm EST, the last Quarter Moon in almost 29 degrees of Virgo becomes exact. We start to feel this aspect from the moment the Moon entered Virgo, last Sunday. The Moon in detail-oriented, helpful and practical Virgo makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change.

This Moon phase brings us closer to Dec.29th, which will bring the New Moon in Capricorn. During the last Quarter Moon, we are better served by reviewing those projects we began around the last New Moon -- in this case, that would be Nov. 29th -- as opposed to launching new ones. Out of those projects, what needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since then? What did it mean for you?

As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 27-29 degrees of Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces, or 0-1 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will feel this month's last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer, since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer.

Also at 8:56pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for 44 minutes, until 9:40pm EST. Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

Make space both for exploring new avenues, and taking care of daily routines or your health. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow.

Tuesday at 9:40pm EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Friday morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation -- but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to "yes" more easily than we might like.

We may also be able see both sides of the equation so well that we can't make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm -- even if it's "No" ;-) One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Also on Tuesday, the Uranus station intensifies until Jan. 6th. It will come to a complete halt on Dec. 29th in 20.5 degrees of Aries, and ends its 5-month retrograde phase. When an outer planet stations, its energy gets more pronounced, and this can sometimes cause discomfort. We are being asked to hang out with that discomfort until the planet's energy picks up speed again around Jan. 8th.

Definitely expect the unexpected. Uranus is all about breaking away from traditional structures and moving towards a new future -- one that serves others as well as ourselves. Its keyword is "Freedom": this aspect provides an opportunity to discover how free we actually feel. So... how free do you feel? ;-)

As best as you can for the next three weeks, pull whatever is "in your face" even closer and take a good long look at it: our intuition will be very strong and deliver sudden insights and ideas, especially around what needs to change in our lives. What if you expressed your individuality to the fullest? What does the "larger vision" look like? Where is the obstacle?

Uranus also rules electronics, technology and the internet -- so don't be surprised by interruptions or short-term failures in these areas. Group activities are likewise ruled by Uranus, so these will move more to the forefront of awareness.

As best as you can during this aspect, stay open and flexible, go with the flow -- and pay attention to messages from the Universe ;-)

Is your Sun-sign or Ascendant in Aquarius? Or perhaps your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 19-23 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you are more affected by this station.

Wednesday (Dec. 21st): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Tuesday evening for details).

Wednesday at 5:44am EST, the Sun changes signs from optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius to practical, accomplishment-oriented, status-oriented Capricorn. This also marks the shortest day of the year (in the northern hemisphere) and the beginning of Winter -- aka the Winter Solstice.

The Solstices are important turning points that take place twice a year: They are energetic gateways for the summer or winter season to come through. Solstice Points are thus extra-potent times to set intentions and take part in ceremonies.

The Sun will journey through the sign of Capricorn until January 19th. Capricorn is a feet-on-the-ground, eyes-on-the-prize sign. As the Sun travels through it, we take a realistic, grounded approach to life; we know how to do things, and how to get things done.

We have a stronger sense of society and its structure, and feel most secure when doing our part within that structure; as such, worldly recognition may take on more importance for us. Making plans for the future can be very effective right now. We are more risk-averse at this time but we are ready to work hard and focus on what is essential.

All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Capricorn Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Capricorn, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more cautious and practical than usual…working towards a realistic long-term goal might be just the thing for you to do.

Thursday (Dec. 22nd): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Tuesday evening for details).

Thursday at 2:31pm EST, we enter a 19-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 9:32am EST (Friday morning). Use this intuitive time to balance your need for equal and harmonious connection, with your drive toward personal visions and ideas.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday afternoon/evening and Friday morning ahead of time ;-)

Friday (Dec. 23rd): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra and VoC until 9:32am EST (see Tuesday evening and Thursday afternoon for details).

Friday at 9:32am EST, the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Sunday late evening. We feel things deeply and have "X-Ray Vision" and "Bullshit-Smelling Abilities" ;-)

Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest. Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever... as long as our trust is never betrayed.

The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. This occurs by a process of subtraction -- it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. It's therefore an excellent time to look at "old" fears, limiting habits or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.

Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity -- it's "in or out", "with us or against us", "love me or leave me". It can therefore be stormy -- a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we "work" the energies :-)

Manipulation and paranoia are the lower vibrations of this aspect, so as best you can, be straightforward -- act in good faith and assume it in others. Best of all, be truly present to the fluctuations of your feelings -- no matter if they're "polite" or "timely". Feelings aren't facts, but they are information -- and heeding them will help you embrace all of who you are.

Know thyself -- and love thyself -- you shall be set free. Remember: Love connects us to the Power within; Fear causes "Force" to show up -- and that's ultimately what disempowers us and others.

Also on Friday, Mercury ends its stationand gets back to its normal pace through the sky -- but moving backward through the sky, as seen from Earth (that’s what “retrograde” refers to). We have a chance to do some internal work on thinking and/or communication issues that came up over the last couple of weeks, in connection with our priorities and long-term goals.

Saturday (Dec. 24th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Thursday afternoon for details).

Saturday evening, a long-term, harmonious Saturn/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 7:21pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Dec. 2nd on; it will be strong until Jan. 22nd. This aspect invites us to connect maturity, tradition and discipline with new approaches and thinking styles -- we are less resistant to change.

Now is the time to free ourselves of debilitating habits or beliefs, -- or pluck up the courage to create, experiment, plunge into new territory... We could receive unexpected help from someone who is older or in authority. An unusual teacher could appear.

This aspect offers a chance to take some risks and conduct experiments in totally new ways of living, perceiving, and interacting with others and our environment. We have a chance to awaken and become aware of any areas of restriction and constriction.

In fact, a spirit of openness, curiosity, and “divine discontent” moves through us at this time. We may branch out in an entirely new direction whilst still considering the consequences and taking responsibility for our actions.

As best you can, consider all alternative, unusual, or non-traditional possibilities that arise; solve "old" problems in new ways. Act on hunches, inner nudges, inklings, and information you get from “unofficial" or unusual sources. What would be a wacky way to come at things? What if you turned something upside down?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries or Leo? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aquarius or Capricorn (Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)

Saturday night/Sunday very early morning at 2:22am EST, we enter a 20-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 10:19pm EST (Sunday evening). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.Make space for progress and connecting with like-minded people as well as for a deeper emotional experience with yourself and others.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday night and Sunday Day ahead of time ;-)

Sunday (Dec. 25th) : the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio and VoC until 10:19pm EST (see Thursday afternoon for details).

Sunday morning, a harmonious Venus/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 8:23am EST. We feel this aspect build from Thursday on; it will be strong until Tuesday of next week. Harmony and goodwill reign under this influence. We experience expansive feelings in love and a feeling that anything is possible if we set our sights high enough.

We are more likely to be friendly, open, and optimistic -- it's a great time for winning people's trust, making it much easier to make social contacts. We believe in our relationships and we have faith that all is going to work out for the best.

We might feel an urge to connect to people from other countries or foreign cultures, just to have an adventure, or widen our horizons. Financially, there might be a tendency to spend more than usual, as we feel confident that an abundance of resources is available to us. The thing to watch out for is the feeling that we don't have to actually do anything to "cash in".

That said, there are plenty of opportunities to be had, financial and otherwise, especially in connection with space travel, or anything that involves new technology. Sci-fi, Astrology, the internet, social media, start-up companies, educational businesses or endeavors and the travel industry are also highlighted ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-23 degrees of Aquarius, Libra or Gemini? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Sunday late morning, an opportune Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 11:35am EST. We feel this aspect build from Thursday on; it will be strong until Tuesday of next week. This gives us the opportunity to experiment with how we relate to others -- to do something different or unusual -- freedom plays a big part in this aspect.

Of course, others are experimenting too, so you might experience some unusual or unexpected interactions during this time -- it's a favorable time for social meetings and events. As best as you can, stay open and flexible: fresh air is blowing through your relationships.

We're also ready to experiment with our financial undertakings -- good places to look: all things "tech" (electronics, technology, internet); metaphysics; the arts; group activities. This is not the best time to make long-term financial investments, unless you had an intuitive flash ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-24 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Sagittarius or Gemini? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aquarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra, Uranus rules Aquarius).

Sunday afternoon, an opportune Venus/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 1:33pm EST. We feel this aspect build from Thursday on; it will be strong until Tuesday of next week. This aspect gives us an opportunity to bring a sense of realism to our relationships, values, and financial affairs: We are more able to see what really needs to be dealt with in those areas and take responsibility for our handling of them.

On a financial level, we have an opportunity to see more clearly when and how we might make long-term investments. There's no need to rush anything; think it through carefully and responsibly -- do the "due diligence". Remember: an opportunity is not automatically given to us, we have to "take" it.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-24 degrees of Aquarius, Sagittarius, Aries or Libra? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Capricorn (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)

Sunday at 10:19pm EST, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until Wednesday late morning.

Also on Sunday, the Balsamic Moon phase begins. This lasts until Wednesday night/ Thursday very early morning, when the New Moon in Capricorn becomes exact (…more on that next week). We are being asked to slow down and get quiet, so we can listen to our intuition.

For some of us, this might be a stretch. As best as you can: stay grounded, take a deep breath and exhale any tensions. Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing existing projects or processes. This is also a great time for letting go of whatever no longer serves us. What if you could hear the voice of your inner wisdom? What might it be saying?

A head's up for next Monday (Dec. 26th): The Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Sunday evening for details). In the early afternoon, a long-term Jupiter/Uranus opposition becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect from Dec. 6th on and it will be strong until March 22nd. In the late evening, an opportune Mercury/Neptune aspect  becomes exact at 11:19pm EST. More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)

Last week I discovered that -- contrary to past beliefs -- my feeling-body needs my own compassion and acceptance "to be what it is" even more than other people's. This made me think about the collective and our history with this. Shifting from self-judgment to self-love and acceptance seems to me one of the most crucial shifts we as humans can undergo for the next wave of our evolution.

Before we get to this week's forecast, I have two quick announcements:
Last chance to sign up for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM, live this coming TuesdayDec. 13th at 4pm PST/7pm EST/midnight GMT (London-time). If you want to know how this is going to impact you personally, sign up to join the webinar live, or register to receive an mp4/video recording within 24 hours of the live event. Holiday Special: 25% off the regular price! Normally $24.00, this month only $18 To register now, click here

This week's headline items: the Full Moon/SuperMoon in Gemini becomes exact on Tuesday evening. On Thursday, Mercury starts to slow down (station), preparing for its retrograde phase. On Friday, Uranus starts to slow down, beginning its station before turning direct again after a 5-month retrograde.

There will also be four Moon VoC phases this week: Monday until 7:41am EST, Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning (for a little over 6 hours), Thursday late afternoon (for almost 16 hours), and Sunday late morning (for 1 hour).

Monday (December 12th): theMoon remainsin steady, peaceful Taurus and VoC until 7:41am EST. Use this intuitive time to make adjustments and find creative solutions to the seeming conflict between your needs around practical matters/finances, versus shared future visions. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday early morning ahead of time ;-)

Sunday night/Monday very early morninga harmonious Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 1:56am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Thursday on; it will be strong until this Wednesday. This aspect connects us to a strong energy field -- physical and metaphysical. We feel alive, we want to create a better future for ourselves and others, and we want to have fun doing it. Watch out for messages from the Universe :-)

Originality and innovation come easy to us, as does connection with like-minded people. We can celebrate (and leverage) our idealism and unorthodox approaches to life's challenges. What if you expressed what's uniquely "you" without apologies? What if you did it with authenticity and pride? And, looking at things from a different angle: What might be possible with a bigger network of like-minded people?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in 17-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries or Leo? If so, you will feel more blessed by this planetary connection than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aquarius or Leo (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius)

Monday very early morning, a challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 2:58am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Thursday on; it will be strong until this Wednesday. This asks us to stretch ourselves and expand from within. We might feel less confident about who we are, and have a hard time projecting a social "front". Our conditioned mind and wounded feelings may be out of harmony with each other.

As best as you can, take this as an opportunity to make space for feeling vulnerable or emotional without seeing yourself as weak or "less than". It is perfectly ok to have feelings and feel insecure once in a while; as best as you can, bring compassion and love to yourself and others. After all, we are all human…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in 17-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Virgo or Gemini? If so, you will feel the effects of this aspect more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules Leo).

Monday at 7:41am EST, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will be until Wednesday morning. For the next two days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. "Busy" feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way...The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead :-) This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the Full Moon (exact on Tuesday evening).

Monday all day and Tuesday before 6pm EST is your last chance to sign up for my MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM -- live tomorrow, TuesdayDec. 13th at 4pm PST/7pm EST/midnight GMT (London-time). Please note that we have a Super Moon/Full Moon in Gemini tomorrow, and a Mercury Retrograde in Capricorn, and a Uranus Station coming up in December/January! If you want to know how these planetary movements are going to impact you personally, join me live or sign up for your mp4-video recording.

Other than booking a reading with me, this is the highest level of support you can get -- and it's normally $24.00 for the 90-minute webinar. Holiday Special: 25% discount! This month only: $18 To register now, click here If you would like to join live, please keep in mind that registration will close an hour before the live event begins, if you register after 6pm EST on Tuesday you will receive the mp4-video recording of the webinar.

Tuesday (Dec. 13th): Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Monday morning for details).

Tuesday at 7:06pm EST, the Full Moon in 22 degrees of Gemini becomes exact. As mentioned above, the entrance of the Moon into Gemini (Monday morning) started the energetic build up towards the Full Moon

This is the last of four "Super" Full Moons in a row. SuperMoons occur when the Moon is either Full or New, while at its closest distance to the Earth; they are therefore more powerful. This often means an increase in emotional reactions, plus greater awareness around the issues connected to the particular Full Moon energy in question.

In this case, that's the Sagittarius/Gemini polarity. We'll seek balance and integration around those poles -- something needs to be brought into alignment -- so let's look at them in more detail:

Sagittarius teaches us a wider perspective, asking us to look beyond facts and learned knowledge, to our life experiences and the wisdom we gain from them. Sagittarius is interested in the bigger picture, the truth about life.

Gemini, on the other hand, wants us to stay connected to our immediate environment, our communities and our day-to-day mind -- processing and sharing information (as fast and as much as possible). Gemini is interested in the spoken and written word.

We are being asked to integrate the Gemini mind-energy/information/conditioning with the wisdom-energy that comes from life's experiences and the quest for a larger truth or bigger understanding (Sagittarius). (Feel free to watch my Full Moon video for more details)

The Sun aligns with Saturn in Sagittarius, asking us to make mature and responsible choices around that Sagittarius search for higher meaning. Questions you can ask yourself for the next two weeks: What guides my choices? What do I learn about life every day, just by living it? How does the experience of my current reality inform what I believe about life? What is the best way to handle "foreign" affairs?

Mercury (ruler of Gemini) is currently in Capricorn and is aligned with Pluto — it also squares Jupiter in Libra. With this alignment, an all-or-nothing attitude is very likely. We have tremendous mental focus... which could tip into obsession. As best as you can, choose your words carefully -- if possible, speak from that deeply connected and empowered place.

We are also invited to grow and evolve around how we communicate — especially how our communications “land” — we may have to find creative ways to communicate from empowerment and love, rather than from fear. We may have to learn about our thinking processes and conditioning.

The upside to all this: we can be extraordinarily funny, interesting and creative. Ask yourself: What is fact and what is “fiction"? What is "truth" -- does it exist? How does love or fear influence my answers? How do they affect my thinking?

Jupiter (Ruler of Sagittarius), currently in Libra, is making a trine to the Moon in Gemini and an opposition to Uranus in Aries. This brings a greater awareness of new possibilities and greater realities. These aspects encourages us to engage in dialogue, to brainstorm and envision new possibilities.

What might be possible if I opened up a dialog with others about my unique perspectives? How might those perspectives shift when listening carefully and sincerely hearing another?

A couple of days after the Full Moon becomes exact, Uranus and Mercurywill both start their station-phases (they will be slowing down). As this happens, both planets' energies will become more exalted. Our communications (Mercury) and need for progress (Uranus) become more important for us during these station-phases.

Mercury in Capricorn gets ready for it's 3-weekretrograde phase which begins on Dec. 19th; Uranus in Aries gets ready to go direct after a 5-month retrograde phase on Dec. 29th.

I will be talking in more detail about both of those planetary movements in my next Monthly Forecasting Forum. If you’ve been thinking about taking part in the Dec. 13 Forum, click here to register and take advantage of the Holiday Special

This Full Moon chart has two T-squares. The first one has Chiron in Pisces as the focus point, Chiron squaring the Moon in Gemini, and the Sun/Saturn alignment in Sagittarius. This T-square asks us to stretch and grow; we are invited to release anything that no longer supports our growth -- individually and collectively.

As the empty leg of this T-square lands in Virgo, we are invited to make choices from a place of clarity rather than judgment. What might I experience if I released all judgment towards myself and others? What might be possible if I embraced my imperfections as actually perfect? Could I try being kind (heart-energy) and clear (mind-energy) at the same time?

Rather than coming from a place of: good or bad, right or wrong, ask yourself: What works for me? What doesn't? What do I see when I look at that through a lens of neutrality?

With so many planets and points in mutable signs, we might feel restless and pulled in many directions. It's definitely keeping us busy, but it could also be bringing up feelings of being ungrounded or overwhelmed. Ask yourself: Am I feeling overwhelmed?

If the answer to that is "yes", as best as you can, center yourself in the here and now. Allow yourself to be present, listen to what's inside of you (beyond the mind), trust your intuitive Self.

Following our inner guidance on a daily basis is going to be very important; so is releasing any victim-based thinking. The best way to notice victim mentality is to catch ourselves when we blame others (or "life") for our current experiences. If you catch yourself doing this, acknowledge it gently and be kind to yourself (we all do it from time to time... it's human).

By the way, you don't have to blame yourself either: Assigning "fault" is not mandatory, and when we do, we get stuck. Rather than asking, "who's fault is it?", acknowledge what is so (without judging it) and ask: Where do I go from here? What could I learn from this? What do I want to create next?

As best as you can, be kind to yourself; remember that true healing comes from understanding, embracing and even loving who we are deep down: A spirit being who lives in human form. What would happen if you embraced your own humanity an extra 5% right now?

The second T-square has Pluto in Capricorn as the Focus point: Pluto squaring Uranus in Aries and Jupiter in Libra. This T-square also asks us to stretch and grow; we are invited to empower ourselves in the world by connecting to our feeling body, understanding our needs, especially our need for safety.

We are also invited to stretch toward a more authentic and empowered society -- one that honors the unique individual contribution of everyone -- one capable of owning its fears and less attractive characteristics. How can we bring this about? The best place to start is to honor ourselves and express our unique spark.

I talk a lot in these forecasts about the power and importance of Self-care -- and once again it is worth our attention: As the empty leg of this T-square lands in Cancer, we are reminded to nurture ourselves, especially our feeling body.

We are being invited to pay attention to our basic needs: Our need for love and acceptance, our need for control or not wanting to feel out of control, and our need for safety and security.

As best as you can, for the next two weeks, take breaks — or simply slow down, allow your mind to relax. It’s important to explore ways to stay centered and grounded. Seek tools or people to help you with that exploration -- any form of meditation, walking in nature, breathing exercises, practicing being in the here and now…

If you'd like some help with this over the next two weeks, watch my Full Moon video: towards the end, I invite you to do a quick experiment with me -- an exercise in freedom -- simple questions from the "Sedona Method" that can support you in feeling more grounded and present (the Sedona Method is one of the main techniques I use in my coaching practice). Here's a direct link to the video

For this Full Moon and the next two weeks, you could ask yourself: Am I ready to let go of what I would "like" to be true? What might happen if I looked through the fears and beliefs that block me from embodying my own truth -- walking my talk? What nourishes my soul?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-24 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo and Pisces? If so, you are more affected by this month's Full Moon. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Wednesday (Dec. 14th) at 12:58am EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that last for a little over 20 hours, until 7:09am EST. Use this intuitive time to connect with others, exchanging information and discussing your projects with like-minded people.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday early morning ahead of time ;-)

Wednesday at 7:09am EST, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Friday morning. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt -- so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two and half days ;-)

Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others -- home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your glass is filled before letting others drink from it, otherwise you might start to feel drained and resentful.

Thursday (Dec. 15th): the Moon remains in protective, introverted Cancer all day (see Wednesday morning for details).

Thursday: Mercury starts to slow down (“station”), preparing to come to a halt next week Monday, Dec. 19th (when it will begin its 3-week retrograde phase). More on that next week...

For the next 9 days (until Dec. 23rd), we need to be patient with ourselves and others -- especially if there is a connection with communication or transportation, and their associated technologies. This is not the best time to start anything brand-new, especially if it contains new information that needs to be processed.

We might experience delays or misunderstandings, and things tend to feel "off" or stagnant. It might be a good idea to give yourself some extra time to get ready or travel somewhere -- especially if you intend to use public transportation or drive (For more details on Mercury Shadow Phases and Retrogrades, click here)

Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: those of us with Gemini or Virgo as our Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant) -- and those of us with personal planets (or angles) in 13-15 degrees of Capricorn, Libra, Aries, Cancer.

Thursday at 4:37pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that last for almost 16 hours, until 8:15am EST (Friday morning). Use this intuitive time to make adjustments and (as best as you can) find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. Make space both for going after your vision and for taking care of emotional or family issues.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday evening and Friday early morning ahead of time ;-)

For those of you who want to feel empowered throughout 2017, and have solid, continuous support all year long! Thursday is your last chance to take advantage of my the Monthly Forecasting Forum Package Deal (andsave $96)

Friday (Dec. 16th): theMoon remainsinprotective, introverted Cancer and VoC until 8:15am EST (see Wednesday morning for details).

Friday at 8:15am EST, the Moon moves into fun and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Sunday early afternoon. We may lack objectivity and struggle with backing down or compromising. This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the last Quarter Moon (which, will be exact Monday very early morning...)

We all love to be admired -- or at the very least acknowledged -- for our greatness :-) So hand out some compliments -- let people know how proud you are of them, tell them how much you love them. Come from the heart in this and all other things... be honest and authentic, as best you can.

Fun, games and romance are a big part of this energy as well. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones. If there are no "outer children" around, how about getting in touch with your "inner child" -- it's definitely easier for the next two days. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps and heaps of fun? What would be so much fun, you let out a tiny squeak, just thinking of it?

Also on Friday, Uranus begins to slow down -- it will come to a complete halt on Dec. 29th, prior to starting its direct motion again after its 5-month retrograde phase. We will feel this station until Jan. 8th; until then, anything connected to Uranus's energy will come into our awareness quite strongly; we are faced with this planet’s message.

Uranus is all about breaking away from traditional structures, moving towards a new future, a future that serves others as well as ourselves. Keyword: Freedom. We might have flashes of insight or new ideas about what needs to change in our lives. Definitely expect the unexpected.

Uranus also rules electronics, technology and the internet, so don't be surprised if you experience some interruptions or short-term failures in these areas. Group activities are also ruled by Uranus, so these will also be more at the forefront of our awareness. As best as you can, stay open and flexible, go with the flow -- and pay attention to those messages from the Universe ;-)

As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever is "in your face" for the next 3 weeks. Our intuitions will be very strong during this time and we have access to sudden insights and ideas. This gives us the opportunity to take a look to see how free we actually feel.

Are we expressing our individuality to the fullest? Are we connecting to a larger vision? Is anything holding us back? What did you discover about visions and freedoms these past 5 months?

Is your Sun-sign or Ascendant in Aquarius? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-22 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you are more affected by this station.

Saturday (Dec. 17th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Friday morning for details).

Saturday starts out uneasy. We need to develop an inner awareness around our two seemingly opposite pulls: on the one hand, a strong desire to accomplish; on the other, our need for play and fun.

We are asked to bring awareness to whatever it is we feel most passionate about: Are we after laughter and joy? Or intense and authentic emotion? As best as you can, make adjustments as needed, and drop any self-judgment.

In the late afternoon/evening, things flow nicely; we feel excited about new commitments and world views. We have an opportunity to get things done, connect and moving exciting projects forward. Towards the later evening, we need to develop inner awareness around our sensitivities and bring compassion to them -- as earlier this morning, we feel an internal unease

Sunday (Dec. 18th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Friday morning for details).

Sunday at 11:55am EST we enter a one-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 12:52pm EST. Use this intuitive time to find a balance between your need for creative self-expression, versus your desire to connect with like-minded people (could you allow for both?) As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow.

Sunday at 12:52pm EST, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Tuesday evening; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome.

A head's up for next Monday (Dec. 19th): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Sunday early afternoon for details). At 4:23am EST, Mars changes signs from Aquarius to Pisces, where it will journey until Jan. 27th. At 5:55am EST,Mercury comes to a halt in 15 degrees of Capricorn.More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)
