Allowing for All Energies to Move Through Us -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., Feb. 27th - Sun., March 5th, 2017

Please note that all times given below are Eastern Standard Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

Last week was a beautiful balance of releasing "the old" and getting ready to create "the new". I had lots of amazing healing sessions and could sense the Eclipse energy all week long. As Mars started to move closer to Uranus, I could feel a definite impatience -- wanting to move faster than light ;-) Channeling that energy into physical exercise was definitely a big help.

Since we are still in Eclipse season until March 12th, I highly recommend that you purchase the video-recording of my most recent Forecasting Forum, when we looked directly at our own birth charts to see how the Solar Eclipse in Pisces affects each of us.

Please keep in mind that you can also get a free copy of the entire recording by signing up for the next two Forecasting Forums (March & April) in advance ;-) Click here to take advantage of that deal.

This week's headline items: the T-Square involving Jupiter, Mars/Uranus, and Pluto continues. The best time to set our Solar Eclipse Intentions will be Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, Mercury moves over the degree of Feb. 26th's Solar Eclipse. Venus comes to a halt on Saturday early morning (starting her 6-week Retrograde phase); and finally, the first Quarter Moon in Gemini becomes exact on Sunday morning.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday evening (for almost 6 hours), Wednesday late evening (5.5 hours), and Friday late morning (a little over 18.5 hours).

Monday (February 27th): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces until 11:52pm EST. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy and affection for all -- but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.

But... that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn't match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.

Since we just had a Solar Eclipse, if you can, take today (Monday) for meditation, walks in nature, creative or spiritual endeavors — anything that supports going within, resting and tapping into your inner divinity. If you have other obligations, as best as you can, take 5 minute breaks here and there to get completely quiet and be with yourself (your intuitive/feeling Self).

As best as you can, allow for your consciousness upgrade to be installed. Just for now and just as best as you can... could you simply allow what is... to be? Could you simply be the “observer” until the upgrade is complete?

Monday morning, a Mars/Jupiter opposition becomes exact at 9:24am EST. We started to feel this opposition build from last Thursday on; it will remain strong until this Friday. This opposition is part of the T-square that also involves Pluto and Uranus (click here to read my article on the subject -- or email us at  info@AstrologerCoach.com and write "T-Square" in the subject line -- my assistant will email you the article ;-)

Collaboration, justice and harmonious connections are important to us this week, as is our desire to get started on projects and personal goals (especially anything that changes the status quo). We need to find the balance point between these two desires.

On the other hand, we are also optimistic, enthusiastic and impulsive; while this can be very attractive, some of us may have some difficulty getting along with people, since we tend to be more competitive than cooperative. This competitiveness is not aggression: we simply enjoy a good spirited contest.

As we have an abundant physical energy at this time, we may consider channeling this energy into exercising or outdoor activities like hiking. We may also feel more restless at this time and we may need a lot of personal freedom. We are enterprising and ambitious -- we want to "make it big" -- so watch out that you are not overreaching. How might you catch yourself if you started to do that?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or any personal planets) in 19-26 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this opposition more strongly.

Also Monday at 6:08pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 6 hours, until 11:52pm EST. We are pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, a desire for silence, emotional oneness, and creativity flowing through us... And on the other, a desire for focused exploration...

Use this intuitive time to make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan your Monday evening ahead of time ;-)

Monday at 11:52pm EST, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Thursday very early morning. Life is an adventure, we're more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.

Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body's excess energy.

Tuesday (Feb. 28th): the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Monday evening for details).

Tuesday morning, is also the best time to set our powerful New Moon Intentions. Doing so during a Solar Eclipse is a little different from the regular monthly New Moon process: we are setting those intentions for the whole 6-month Eclipse cycle, rather than just for the next 28 days.

So when is the best time to do this? With a Solar Eclipse it is best to wait 48 hours after the Eclipse has been exact before setting any intentions; as always, we also want to avoid any Moon void of course (VoC) phases.

You therefore have two "windows" for intention-setting (all times are EST, which is the New York timezone): The first is between Tuesday9:58am and Wednesday, 9:18pm EST. The second would be between 2:43am and 9:58am EST, Thursday, March 2nd.

Make them powerful: They cover the next six months. If possible, align them with the Pisces energy that I spoke about in my Solar Eclipse video — feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore — click here to watch my video on the Solar Eclipse ;-)

If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), feel free to join my facebook Fanpage or follow me on twitter. I will be posting reminders on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, to let you know when it is time to set your intentions ;-)

Wednesday (March 1st): the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Monday evening for details).

Wednesday afternoon, the Moon will trigger the existing T-square (you may recall it involves Mars/Uranus in Aries, Jupiter Libra and Pluto in Capricorn).

You may find yourself wanting to move forward with new projects or ideas; if this happens organically and is something that you have been preparing for, go right ahead. On the other hand, if it's something brand-new that just came up, you may want to wait until March 12th (or beyond) -- in other words, after Eclipse Season is over ;-)

To have a better idea what this T-square is all about, I invite you to read my article on the subject. If you'd prefer to watch a video, I recommend some of the New Moon/Full Moon videos I've been posting since Nov. 2016. Here are the links: Click here to see a selection of videos

Click here to read my article on the subject -- or email us at  info@AstrologerCoach.com and write "T-Square" in the subject line -- my assistant will email you the article ;-)

Wednesday at 9:18pm ESTwe enter a 5.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts until 2:43am EST (Thursday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to connect, to meet your need for newness, and for exploring your goals in a mature and disciplined way.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday late evening/night ahead of time ;-)

Up until 9:18pm EST today (Wednesday), there is still time for you to set your Solar Eclipse Intentions, if you haven't already done soClick here to also watch my Solar Eclipse video; it will help you align your intentions with the Eclipse energies

For more info on how to best set your Solar Eclipse Intentions, click here to read my article on the subject

Wednesday late evening Sun/Neptune alignment in 11.5 degrees of Pisces becomes exact at 9:44pm EST. We started to feel this alignment from Sunday (Feb. 26th) on; it will be strong until this Saturday (March 4th)

This alignment asks that we slow down and go within, allow for all energies to move through us -- being present and compassionate are the higher vibrations of this alignment -- we are more aware than ever that all things are interconnected.

Feeling things -- and allowing everyone (ourselves included) to "have their feelings" -- is highly recommended. When we start to resist the flow of life, the flow of feeling, we will create fear and suffering. The remedy is to open our hearts and let love flow through us.

When we get quiet and allow ourselves to be still for a moment, we sense our interconnectedness with all living things, our spiritual roots, the sacredness of all.

If, on the other hand, we are unable to connect to our divine essence, if we focus only on what's outside of us, we will feel separate -- and this illusion of separateness might cause us to look for an escape from our harsh "realities".

What might be possible if we simply let go of fear-based thinking altogether for a moment, and instead simply connected to our wise heart, trusting the perfection of each "now" moment? What if we were to let go of all expectations and open our heart to the miracle of life?

This is about surrendering to the moment of now, to love, to our heart -- not about giving up -- rather, allowing "what is" to be ok, to see the perfection of "right now".

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 8-15 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius or Gemini? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (The Sun rules Leo; Neptune is the ruler of Pisces)

Thursday (March 2nd) at 2:43am EST, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will be until Saturday early morning. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and "rushing things" goes against our grain.

What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It's probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses ;-)

Last Sunday (Feb. 26th), we experienced a Solar Eclipse in 8 degrees of Pisces; on Thursday at 7:29am EST, Mercury moves over that same degree. This might trigger some communication issues or troubling thought patterns... Issues around our connection to the divine, intuition and energy body will need to be addressed over the next 6 months.

The key here is to create awareness of two things:
First, how might we transform our understanding of the intuitive/feeling body, as it relates to our Soul's journey?

Secondly, what additional information do we need to tap into, that will connect us more fully to our inner divinity and thus help us live from an open heart? What intuitive messages are you receiving, that might help you release old patterns of escape and victim-thinking?

Thursday evening, a long-term Jupiter/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 8:15pm EST. We started to feel this opposition build from December 6th on; it will remain strong until March 22nd. It was exact once before, on Dec. 26th of last year.

This opposition is part of the T-square that also involves Pluto and Uranus. Click here to read my article on the subject -- or email us at  info@AstrologerCoach.com and write "T-Square" in the subject line -- my assistant will email you the article ;-)

Back in January 2011, we experienced a Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in 27 degrees of Pisces: What seeds of change got planted in your life back then? Which of those seeds have sprouted and flourished? Which might need a little extra something to help them bear fruit?

This aspect is an invitation to stay open and flexible in regards to our interactions with people. Our beliefs around justice and cooperation could be challenged. We are asked to create balance between personal freedom and progress, versus harmony and exciting new connections with others.

We seek to free ourselves of restrictions, obligations, and responsibilities; it's definitely a restless time, socially and personally. We may be motivated to make changes or adjustments to personal goals or relationships. Whatever form it takes, we are inclined to try something new and unexpected, something that could make a difference, something meaningful.

It may be true that something does indeed need to change (socially or otherwise); however, we need to step back, see the bigger picture, not rush into anything. As best as you can, keep taking actions without burning any bridges, even if it seems that you are not making any progress. Above all, be open to feedback from others during this time -- this is important, because sudden or rash movements might backfire.

What does "new and unexpected" look like to you? How can we accomplish change without discounting input from others? What if we could allow change without aggression?

One last thought: take it one moment at a time, there is no need to rush anything ;-) Ask yourself: Could I allow myself to be uncomfortable, just for this transition phase?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 20-24 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn or CancerIf so, you may be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aquarius (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius).

Also on Thursday: if you haven't set your Solar Eclipse Intentions yet, today early morning until 9:58am EST (late morning) is your last chance to do so during the most potent time... If you'd like some input on how to do that, check out this article: http://goo.gl/klCcph -- you could also (re-)watch my Solar Eclipse video ;-)

Friday (March 3rd): the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Thursday very early morning for details).

Friday at 10:12am EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that last for a little over 18.5 hours, until 5:05am EST (Saturday early morning). This is an intuitive time, use it to take a deeper look at your long-term goals, and make realistic financial plans. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday all day and Saturday early morning ahead of time ;-)

Since Venus comes to a halt Saturday early morning, today (Friday) is an invitation to take a closer look at what we feel passionate about -- and how best to pursue that. For the next three days, check to see: What is "in my face" right now, especially around self-worth, finances, relationships and balance/imbalance?

Saturday (March 4th): the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus and VoC until 5:05am EST (see Thursday very early morning and Friday late morning for details).

Saturday at 4:09am EST, Venus comes to a halt in almost 13 degree of Aries, and starts her 6-week retrograde phase, which lasts until April 15th

This brings any relationship, self-worth and financial issues to the forefront -- and we’re ready to take a close look at those things from the inside out. It also brings a tremendous amount of awareness to what we value and how we relate to others and ourselves.

We are more eager to go after what we want and feel passionate about but may feel unable to do so. We are also likely more aware of passion in our relationships (or the lack thereof).

Pay attention to what's "in your face" right now: What's important to me? Where do I over-value something? Where do I feel undervalued? What are my physical impulses telling me? What needs to be brought back into balance in my life? What role does "passion" play in all of this?

Venus will be moving slower (stationing) until March 10th. Until then, we can expect our focus to be drawn to what we have, and what we lack; this is especially true with regard to the following: personal goals, sexual relationships, whatever we feel passionate about. As best as you can, look and listen, and take it all in.

During the next 6 weeks, we are being asked to reevaluate our passion for life and relationship to our “inner world”. This is a great time for resolving financial or relationship issues: We are going to get the chance to take a real good look at what we value in others, within ourselves, and in our world.

Use the Venus retrograde phase to align the inner and outer world. Here are some questions you can use for the entire retrograde: Do I value my relationship with myself? Could I take that to the "next level"? Do my personal goals align with my values? Am I able to fully express my love and passion? What is my relationship to my “inner world”?

We will also go into this in more detail in our next Forecasting Forum -- if you want to know how the Venus Retrograde is going to impact you personally, feel free to join us -- we will apply what's coming up, to our own birth charts. The forum is on Monday, March 13th at 5pm EDT/9pm GMT (London-time); for more info, click here

Is your Sun sign or Ascendant in Taurus or Libra? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 26-29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius or 0-14 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will feel more affected by this Venus retrograde phase.

Saturday at 5:05am EST, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will be until Monday morning. For the next two days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. "Busy" feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way...

The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead :-) This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the first Quarter Moon (exact on Sunday morning).

Also on Saturday morning, a Mercury/Neptune alignment in almost 12 degrees of Pisces becomes exact at 9:44pm EST. We started to feel this alignment from Thursday on; it will be strong until Monday (March 6th). This aspect could take our connection to our intuition even deeper, if we allow it.

Spiritual and creative endeavors are highly recommended during this time -- especially those involving music or creative writing. This is definitely a highly imaginative time. As best as you can, go with the flow and -- just for now -- let go of wanting to figure it all out.

The highest vibration of this aspect is idealistic, highly intuitive and romantic; on a lower level vibration, we might not see reality clearly and we might easily feel overwhelmed. We might get confused or disappointed; things might seem a little foggy, especially when it comes to communication, processing information, public transportation or daily traffic.

Check in with others before signing any documents or making long-term decisions this week: get reality checks! As best as you can, let go and let flow ;-) On the other hand, trust the divine timing of things and have faith that everything will turn out exactly as it needs to.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 8-15 degrees of  Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Sunday (March 5th): Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Saturday early morning for details).

Sunday at 6:32am EST, the first Quarter Moon in 15 degrees of Gemini becomes exact (we started to feel this aspect from the moment the Moon entered Gemini on Saturday early morning). The Moon in chatty, versatile Gemini makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in sensitive, compassionate Pisces.

Last week (Feb. 26) saw a powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse. If we set some intentions on Feb. 28th, March 1st or March 2nd, we are now ready to make some adjustments. This is therefore a time to stretch and grow -- and create some forward momentum. In fact, we may feel compelled to act, stirring up anxiety or overwhelm, so just go one breath at a time.

Remember, we're still in Eclipse Season, and thus don't have all the information we need to move brand-new projects forward yet. Allow for changes, remain flexible and adaptable, find creative solutions in day-to-day interactions with others. Allow for new downloads and for the release of “old” codes and conditioning. Simply put: an open mind and heart will serve us best (that's true in general, but especially true until March 12th ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in any of the following: 13-17 degrees of Gemini, Pisces, Sagittarius or Virgo? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Sunday afternoon, a harmonious Mars/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 3:46pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Thursday of next week (March 9th). This aspect brings more self-discipline, maturity, focus, purpose and self-motivation. We tend to be more practical than usual; our progress in most projects may be slow, but it will always be steady.

As you can imagine, this can be a very productive period. We are able to take responsibility for our beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves; we can bring that honesty to the world, walking our personal path with integrity and without apologies.

This is an especially favorable aspect for the self-employed, anyone who works in the sports industry (or any other physical/action-oriented industries, e.g. dance), leaders, independent contractors, and those whose work revolves around invention or innovation.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 25-29 degrees of  Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces or 0-1 degrees of Aries, Sagittarius or Leo? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Capricorn (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).

A head's up for next Monday (March 6th): Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini until 7:54am EST (see Saturday early morning for details). At 3:22am EST, we enter a 4.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC). that last until 7:54am EST. At that time, the Moon will move into protective, nurturing Cancerwhere it will journey until Wednesday late morning

In the evening, a Sun/Mercury alignment in 15 degrees of Pisces will become exact at 7:29pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Friday on; it will be strong until Wednesday of next week (March 8th). More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)

Last week was electrifying... I could feel all that Eclipse energy moving through my body -- and my mind did not know what to do with all of it. I had to remember to breathe deeply (and not hold my breath). I'm also really enjoying my "5 Tibetan Rites" every morning (like a very short and simple yoga practice). I already feel stronger in my core and more toned... and it's only been two weeks! If you're curious, you can find links to short (and free) instructional video right here

Since we will be in Eclipse season until March 12th, I encourage you to watch my most recent Forecasting Forum -- we covered the Eclipses, including the upcoming Solar Eclipse in Pisces. For this Monday-Friday only (Feb. 20 - 24th), I'm offering a 20% discount on this on my website. Or...

You can also get a free copy of the entire recording if you sign up for the next two Forecasting Forums (March & April) in advance. So basically you would get three Forums for only $48 instead of the regular $72.00 -- that's only $16 for each Forum -- what a deal! ;-) Click here to purchase the next two Forums

This week's headline items:the ongoing T-Square between Pluto, Jupiter and Uranus will be triggered by Mars and the Moon on Wednesday; Wednesday evening also launches the Balsamic Moon phase, Venus starts to slow down (stationing) on Friday, as she gets ready for her retrograde phase. Mercury changes signs from Aquarius to Pisces on Saturday evening -- and last but certainly not least, we have a Solar Eclipse in Pisces on Sunday morning.

There will also be four Moon VoC phases this week: Monday evening (for 7.5 hours), Wednesday late evening (for almost 14 hours), and Saturday afternoon (for a little over 6 hours).

Monday (February 20th): the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittariusall day. It will journey thereuntil Monday night/Tuesday very early morning. We're strongly motivated to explore and learn. We're not likely to be big fans of routine -- diversity and new adventures work best at this time -- we're also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.

We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired -- but we also have a high degree of independence, which means we'd rather inspire others to do things our way, than take orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.

As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge -- just watch out you aren't overdoing or overstating things.

Monday evening at 6:37pm EST, a 7.5-hour Moon void of course (VoC) begins (it lasts until 2:08am EST, Tuesday). Use this intuitive time to focus on long-term projects that involve a truthful perspective or an adventure into the truth. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan out things ahead of time ;-)

Monday late evening, an opportune Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 11:01pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday evening on; it will stay strong until Wednesday morning. This is an opportunity to connect our thinking and communication to a brighter, more collaborative vision for the future.

It also brings an opportunity for insight, novelty and some really unusual conversations. Remember: an opportunity is not automatically given to us; we have to realize it.

This aspect also brings an opportunity to view things from a different perspective, or put a new spin on "old" thinking. We like to connect in unusual ways; any group activities or brainstorming with like-minded people could generate amazing insights -- this might be a busy day. As best as you can, or want to... stay open to other dimensions ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-24 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Sagittarius or Gemini? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Virgo and Gemini; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)

Tuesday early morning (Feb. 21st) at 2:08am EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Thursday afternoon. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.

Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this aspect, avoid "should-ing" on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying "I am doing the best I can and that's all I can ever do" ;-)

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it's transiting through Sagittarius right now, making this a great time to explore limiting beliefs and bust through conditioned thought structures -- and those stories we tell ourselves about "what was", rather than what actually "is". It's also a great time to take a more serious look at the "meaning of life".

As best as you can, be authentic about your beliefs: Do they actually match your direct experience of life -- as it is for you now, rather than 5 or 10 years ago? What is true as of now? What is not?

Tuesday early afternoon, a harmonious Mercury/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 1:27pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday on; it will stay strong until Thursday. During this aspect, we are more optimistic and realistic -- which is good, since we see the bigger picture, communicate more positively and readily inspire others.

We are tolerant of other perspectives and ideas, naturally avoid narrow-minded thinking, and feel at ease reconnecting with people from all walks of life. We might be drawn to exploring foreign languages, cultures, and countries.

Those of us who have any of our personal planets (or Ascendent) in 20-26 degrees of Aquarius, Libra or Gemini? If so, you will feel most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter of Sagittarius).

Wednesday (Feb. 22nd): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Tuesday early morning for details).

Wednesday early morning, a challenging Mars/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 4:03am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last Friday (Feb. 17th) on; it will stay strong until this Sunday (Feb. 26th). Our ambition and drive to succeed are incredibly strong now; we feel prepared to go to any lengths, in order to achieve our goals -- and we have the required energy. It's a real need to achieve, a compulsion even -- we often find it difficult to stop.

This aspect could also lead to power struggles, perhaps with an authority figure, perhaps within ourselves. Problem is, "push" could come to "shove" -- and once in a shoving match, with Mars and Pluto involved, we may not know when enough is enough.

Do your best to tap into the power of the love within. Find creative ways to empower yourself and others. Flexibility is key -- and walking away for 10 minutes might just save you from doing something you later regret -- and also perhaps from burning-out ;-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-22 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Scorpio (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Pluto rules Scorpio)

Wednesday afternoon: the Moon in Capricorn aligns with Pluto and therefore becomes part of that ongoing T-Square between Pluto, Jupiter and Uranus.

Pay attention to any urges, especially during the afternoon -- today (Feb. 22nd) might not be the best time to start something brand-new; try instead to wrap things up that have been in the works since last October.

To have a better idea what this T-square is all about, I invite you to read my article on the subject. If you'd prefer to watch a video, I recommend some of the New Moon/Full Moon videos I've been posting since Nov. 2016. Here are the links: Click here to see a selection of videos

Wednesday at 10:24pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 14 hours, until 12:17pm EST (Thursday early afternoon). You may be aware of two seemingly conflicting desires: On the one hand, a need for serious, diligent accomplishment -- and on the other, a desire for enthusiastic and horizon-broadening connection with others.

Use this intuitive time to make adjustments (and find creative solutions) when it comes to resolving these desires. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday night and Thursday morning ahead of time ;-)

Also on Wednesday late evening, the Balsamic Moon phase begins --when the Moon reaches 23 degrees of Capricorn. This lasts until Sunday morning, when the Solar Eclipse/New Moon in Pisces becomes exact (…more on that later). We are being asked to slow down and get quiet, so we can listen to our intuition.

For some of us, this might be a stretch, especially since we are in Eclipse season. As best as you can: stay grounded, take a deep breath and exhale any tensions. Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing existing projects or processes. This is also a great time for letting go of whatever no longer serves us. What if you could hear the voice of your inner wisdom? What might it be saying?

Thursday (Feb. 23rd): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn until 12:17pm EST (see Tuesday early morning for details).

Thursday at 12:17pm EST, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Saturday evening. With this Moon placement, we often feel emotionally detached; when we do connect to our feelings, it's typically from a cerebral, intellectual place. We need a cause or project that resonates -- preferably one where we can connect with like-minded people.

For the next couple of days, we'll tend to be more eccentric or experimental; future-related issues like politics or education call to us now, as do unusual or even esoteric subjects like Astrology, UFOs... indeed anything from outer space. Our scientific approach to things leans on originality and ingenuity; we definitely love being unconventional.

The increased value we place on personal and emotional independence could make us come off as indifferent or cold in one-on-one interactions. That said, we can still be friendly and kind, provided we aren't pushed into doing something conventional or unethical.

Thursday afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 4:45pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday morning on; it will stay strong until Friday night. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for our thinking structures and be really honest with ourselves.

How can we get the most from this opportunity? It’s simple: Look for the larger truth. If we can go beyond what we have always known, we could get a helpful dose of reality — and an ability to focus on long-term issues. What are we really trying to accomplish? What is reality showing us?

Remember, though: Opportunities are “openings”; they aren't necessarily handed to us -- we have to "take" them and make something of them.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 24-28 degrees of Aquarius, Sagittarius, Libra or Aries? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn rules Capricorn)

Friday (Feb. 24th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Thursday early afternoon for details).

Friday: Venus is starting her station: The planet’s movement through the sky appears from Earth to be slowing down; it’s getting ready to come to a halt in 13 degrees of Aries and turn retrograde (for 6 weeks) on March 4th.

The station brings all relationship, self-worth and financial issues to the forefront. This stationing period lasts until March 10th, bringing into focus what we do and don’t have; until then, we are more aware of our relationships or the lack thereof. This forces us to look at who we value (including ourselves) and at what is truly important to us on a very personal level.

It’s important to pay attention to any messages we get during this time, because when Venus goes retrograde, we’ll get a chance to address these issues from the inside out.

Is your Sun sign or Ascendant in Taurus or Libra? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 12/13 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you will feel a stronger connection to this Venus station.

Saturday (Feb. 25th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 7:24pm EST (see Thursday early afternoon for details).

Saturday at 1:11pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that last for a little over 6 hours, until 7:24pm EST. This is an intuitive time that presents an opportunity to connect to innovative ideas and unique world-views in an adult way -- so if you can, connect with like-minded people and explore new commitments.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday afternoon/early evening ahead of time ;-)

Saturday at 6:07pm EST,Mercury leaves freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, and moves into creative, compassionate Pisces. It will journey through this dreamy, sensitive sign until March 13th. We are moving from the mind into the heart. For these next two weeks, we get a chance to communicate with compassion -- we see the commonalities between us all, rather than what separates us.

We seem to be connected to Source more easily during this time -- if we allow that energy to come through -- and our thinking will be very creative, imaginative and intuitive.

The key with this energy is to remain in the “here and now” and open up to a higher vibration. If we can do that, we will be able to download information from an intuitive place, rather than thinking things through. This could also be the reason why our mind is slowing down a bit and why we speak more softly.

Mercury in Pisces also offers us an opportunity to let go of any mental structures, conditionings or fears that are no longer serving us. If you are not connected to your intuition, you may want to double check with other people, before signing any documents or buying any big-ticket items. Are you ready to connect to your intuition more fully? Can you allow for the unfolding process, trusting your higher Self more fully?

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Pisces? If so, you may feel more talkative during this time. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you may need to learn to surrender to a slower pace and connect more fully to your heart and intuition.

Saturday at 7:24pm EST, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Monday night.

It's also a great time for releasing fears -- especially the ones based on a sense of separation -- and experiencing "oneness". Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them -- in fact, "going with the flow" is the best way to go for the next couple of days.

Saturday is also the last day before the Solar Eclipse in Pisces becomes exact. There is some potent energy coming our way; it would be wise to prepare ourselves to be transformed by it, allowing for our consciousness upgrade to be installed.

This is a good time to slow things down and go within. For many of us, this will be a stretch, as we want to do just the opposite: jump the gun, get started with something new, act impulsively, etc. This is quite common right before a Solar Eclipse. As best as you can, stay grounded, take a deep breath and exhale any tensions and connect to your inner wisdom.

It comes down to this: just for now and just as best as you can... could you simply allow what is... to be? Could you simply be the “observer” until the upgrade is complete?

Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing things. The last Solar Eclipse in Pisces (in that particular degree) was in February of 1998. Think back to that time (if you can :-) — what did you start around then? How could you complete it or move to the new level?

Think back to early Sept. 2016 and March 2016 -- the time of the last Solar Eclipse in Virgo and the last Solar Eclipse in Pisces. What did you start around then? How could you complete it?

As best as you can, take the days immediately before and after the Eclipse for meditation, walks in nature, creative or spiritual endeavors — anything that supports going within and tapping into your inner divinity. Of course if, like most of us, you have other obligations: take 5 minute breaks here and there, if you possibly can, to get quiet and be with yourself (your intuitive/feeling Self).

Sunday (Feb. 26th): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Saturday evening for details).

On Sunday at 9:58am EST, theMoon will align with the Sun in 8 degrees of Pisces; this marks the beginning of a new Moon cycle and a new Eclipse cycle. Feel free to also watch my video on the subject

Eclipses take place approximately every 6 months; Solar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons that end one 19-year cycle and begin another — the last Solar Eclipse in this same degree of Pisces was back on Feb 26th, 1998.

We are likely to experience a resonance between now and that time, 19 years ago — "resonant", rather than identical — so think back to the Spring and Summer of 1998: Were there any major endings and beginnings? What was important back then? If there were a call this time to take those priorities to the next level… Where would that next level find you?

If you're looking for more guidance on those questions, I would suggest a look at your Natal Chart: The House placement of the Eclipse will indicate which area of life you're most ready to take to a new level of consciousness.

If that idea appeals, check out my 30-minute class, "How to Read My Birth Chart” -- you might also want to purchase the mp4-recording of the most recent Forecasting Forum, where we looked directly at our own birth charts to see how this Solar Eclipse will affect each of us. Solar Eclipses reveal pathways that can take us to the next level of our evolution. They herald shifts in consciousness; the shift connected with this particular Eclipse will unfold over the next 6 months. The Sun and Moon are connected to one of the Moon Nodes during an Eclipse; in this case, it’s the South Node -- and South Node Eclipses can help us release energies or attachments that no longer serve our Soul’s evolution.

This particular Eclipse cycle in the Pisces/Virgo polarity started in March of 2015 and is now coming to an end — in fact, this will be the last of the South Node Eclipses in Pisces until March 2034!

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac. It connects us to our spiritual journey, since it represents a reunion with Source/God/the Universe. Pisces, at its highest vibration, unifies all dualities; it is completely aware of the oneness of all.

It tells us there is a union within, that exists always, and we can tap into it. Pisces is accepting and aware of its eternal nature. It allows all, lovingly, because it knows that there is no real separation between things; that separation only exists in the mind.

At it's lowest vibration however, Pisces feels separate, fearful, victimized. It wants to escape the harsh physical realities of this world. We get trapped in this lower vibration when we do not go within to connect with our inner divinity, when we do not trust ourselves, our inner processes and intuitive Selves.

Ask yourself: What stops me from connecting to my inner divinity? What if I opened myself up to the perfection of life? What if I trusted the universal timing of all things, everything that occurs?

Since South Node Eclipses invite us to become aware of the lower vibrations of a sign and release energies or attachments that no longer serve our evolution, we are invited to become more aware of Pisces' lower vibrational behaviors and thoughts, so we can start to release them and move towards the higher vibration of the sign.

This is also very much about bringing this higher vibration to our decision making process. This powerful New Moon aligns with Neptune, Mercury and the South Node in Pisces; this amplifies the message to connect right- and left-brain, and tune into our intuitive thought forms to improve our rational decision making process ;-)

The next 6 months may be our best chance ever, to release any fears connected to feeling separate, any wishful/victim-based thinking or addictive behaviors that support escapism... individually and collectively -- and to open our minds and hearts (Mercury on the South Node) to see the unification of all there is.

We are invited to go beyond the conditioning of our mind and release what is no longer in alignment with our heart, our inner knowingness, our "true" Selves. Compassion is the warrior-energy of our heart; it can guide us to truly understand how we can connect with the divine, with the Universe, with each other.

Ask yourself: What if I tapped into my inner courage? What if truly sensed my inner sensing (or my intuition)? What if I used compassion? What if I leveraged all of this at the same time?

Venus, Mars and Uranus are all in Aries at the time of the Eclipse. This action-oriented and direct approach supports our inner courage.

Venus is stationing, preparing to go retrograde on March 4th, and is thus exalted. This brings awareness to what we value and how we relate to others. We are more eager to go after what we want and feel passionate about. We are also more aware of passion in our relationships (or the lack thereof).

Pay attention to what's "in your face" right now: What's important to me? Where do I over-value something? Where do I feel undervalued? What are my physical impulses telling me? What needs to be brought back into balance in my life? What role does "passion" play in all of this?

We will also go into this in more detail in our next Forecasting Forum -- if you want to know how the Venus Retrograde is going to impact you personally, feel free to join us -- we will apply what's coming up, to our own birth charts. The next Forum is on Monday, March 13th at 5pm EDT/9pm GMT (London-time); for more info, click here

Mars and Uranus are so closely aligned that they are almost one. This encourages us to move things forward, especially things we feel passionate about; we are ready to change the Status Quo in our own lives and collectively.

Since this alignment can bring up lots of nervous energy, and we also may experience sudden spurts of energy moving through our bodies, we need to ground ourselves regularly... or channel these "disruptive" energies in a healthy way (exercise comes to mind… hula-hooping, martial arts, healthy debates, brainstorming about reforms… ;-)

Though it’s true for all of us, those of us with strong Mars or Aries signatures in our natal charts may want to pay particular attention to this next part: Beware of taking sudden, rash actions. Take responsibility for your desires and impulses… and ask yourself:

Is this in the interest of everyone involved? Am I using my warrior energy to protect/defend future visions and support the individual, or to simply defy and rebel? Am I asserting myself to effect real change or simply downloading/releasing my anger to dominate/disrupt and separate myself further? Are there any situations in my life that I feel limited by? What would it take to consciously break away from those situations?

Since Mars is aligning with Uranus in Aries, it therefore also triggers the T-square -- regular readers will recall that I've been mentioning this T-Square since last November -- it involves Pluto in Capricorn and Jupiter in Libra

We will feel the Moon's triggers most strongly on Feb. 22nd and March 1st (for more details, I refer you back to the forecast for Wednesday -- there are also some links for those who want a deeper dive on the subject).

On March 1st, you may find yourself wanting to move forward with new projects or ideas; if this happens organically and is something that you have been preparing for, go right ahead.

On the other hand, if it's something brand-new that just came up, and you feel the urge to move forward with it, you may want to wait until March 12th (or beyond) -- in other words, after Eclipse Season is over ;-)

Eclipses are a time for clarifying and affirming our highest path. We are bound to experience a release -- and a recalibration: “Old” codes will get deleted and new programming downloaded -- especially in connection with emotional and intuitive intelligence.

Suppressing or denying our feelings and intuitive gifts is no longer wise. We are more aware than ever that we are One. Everything is energy, everything is connected and everything is in a continuous flow/movement.

Each of us is like a drop of water, appearing to be individual, yet also a part of the big ocean of life. We are the sum of all parts: physical, spiritual, emotional, mental… and all that exists is part of the whole.

Indeed, since 2015 we have been trying to learn that our "feeling body" is just as valuable as our "physical and mental body". There is no shame in feeling things, in being sensitive, in being imaginative and kind -- not just with the people we love but publicly as well.

This now continues with an invitation to shift our perspective about "feelings" and "being sensitive” even further, to go from perceiving it as a weakness, to allowing it to be not only our strength, but perhaps even a necessity.

As best as you can, allow yourself to be in a quiet, receptive state on the day of the Eclipse. Better still, also take the days immediately before and after for meditation, walks in nature, creative or spiritual endeavors — anything that supports going within and tapping into your inner divinity.

If, like most of us, you have other obligations: take 5 minute breaks here and there, if you possibly can, to get quiet and be with yourself (your intuitive/feeling Self). What might become possible if you gave this to your body and mind on a regular basis?

This last part is especially important, as you may recall, we are also invited over the next 6 months to look at any disconnection from spirit/our intuitive Self. Ask yourself: What might a healthy connection with the energetic world feel like? What if I were 5% more interested in my inner world? What if I simply embraced whatever I discovered there? Could I simply allow what "is" to "simply just be", just for this very moment?

We are invited to take actions that are aligned with intuition, and communicate our boundaries... perhaps even remove ourselves from situations, when it is the loving thing to do.

In other words: we move with love rather than fear. We trust our inner senses. This is something we need to relearn; we are so conditioned to move with fear, to look to our mind or the outside world for answers, to close off and protect ourselves. Again: What results might you get if you tapped into inner courage, inner sensing/intuition, and the power of compassion... all at the same time?

Between now and March 12th, allow for the new templates to download; stay centered and do your best to ground from within -- try using conscious breathing, flexibility -- and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body… And remember: this won't last forever -- in another two weeks, the downloads are complete ;-) Again, feel free to also watch my video on the subject

Now let’s talk “Intentions” :-)

With a Solar Eclipse we want to wait 48 hours before setting our intentions. In next week’s forecast entry for Tuesday, I’ll be talking about setting some powerful intentions, not just for the next month as is usual for a New Moon, but for the next six months -- and I'll give you the very best times for setting them.

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in one of the following placements: 3-13 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you may feel the effects of this extra-powerful New Moon more strongly for the next 6 months. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Sunday evening: a Mars/Uranus alignment in 22 degrees of Aries becomes exact at 7:19pm EDT. We started to feel this alignment from Wednesday on; it will be strong until next week Friday (March 3rd).

As mentioned above, this connection brings a lot of nervous energy with it: we will most likely feel sudden spurts of energy moving through our bodies; this could make us rash in thought and deed. We may experience sudden insights about ourselves and our goals.

Please be extra conscious when driving. Do your best to channel the extra energy in a productive way: physical exercise is great for this, as is consciously breaking away from situations that have limited you. And (this is always wise)... As best as you can, stay grounded and keep breathing :-)

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 19-25 degrees of Aries,Libra, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Aquarius (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)

A head's up for next Monday (Feb. 27th): If you can, take today (Monday) for meditation, walks in nature, creative or spiritual endeavors — anything that supports going within, resting and tapping into your inner divinity.

T-Square (Nov. 2016 - April 2017): A Deeper Look

Since Nov. 2016, we’ve been experiencing a T-Square involving Pluto in Capricorn, Jupiter in Libra, and Uranus in Aries. Given that this is a powerful and fairly long-lasting aspect, I figured I would write a special blog entry about it.

Let’s first talk about what T-Squares are in general, before diving into the specifics of this particular one:

The first thing you need to know is that T-squares are very dynamic aspects, that keep us “on our toes”, constantly growing. We can learn a tremendous amount when we work actively and consciously with the energies involved in a T-Square.

So what exactly are they?

Imagine a dinner table with four legs. Now remove one of the legs. You now have two legs “opposite” each other and a third one at right angles to each of the other two; together, they make the shape of a “T”.

This is not a very stable, well-balanced table, as it has an “empty” spot where a leg should be.

Likewise, a T-Square is a formation of 3 planets that together form the shape of a “T” in a chart — two form an “opposition”, the third one usually “squares” them both.

The third planet is known as the “focus planet”. Just like our table, this planet has an “empty leg” directly across from it in the chart.

Why does this matter? Because the “focus planet” in a T-Square brings more stress, and thus a more urgent demand for our growth. We resolve and relieve that stress, and thereby ease the growth process, by bringing the focus planet’s higher expression to that “empty leg” in the chart.

Let’s get down to the specifics of this particular T-square:

As previously mentioned, it involves Pluto in Capricorn, Jupiter in Libra, and Uranus in Aries. All of these planets have been within 5 degrees of each other since the T-Square formed back in November and will remain so until early April. Jupiter in Libra and Uranus in Aries form the “opposition” legs of the table, while Pluto in Capricorn is the "focus planet".

This is a very powerful combo.

It's asking us to be completely honest, with ourselves and others, about our intentions and motivations -- especially around long-term goals. We are also asking this of our leaders right now, we want them to be honest, to have authentic intentions.

This aspect brings the message that each of us has the power to make a difference in the world… that we need not just give our power away to world “leaders” or “influencers”. It’s saying “We all have power, we all can make a difference — Own that! Seize the moment! Take up your courage with both hands and move forward!"

We are at a turning point: Empowering others is now key! Notice when you try to force your beliefs on others — that could introduce an element of disempowerment for them and us.

There is also some tension between relationships and long-term goals. We may ask how our relationships support us in accomplishing those long-term goals. At the root of this are seemingly conflicting desires: We want to expand our experience of harmony, balance and collaboration, all while passionately building something empowering over the long haul. It's not always easy to “square” these energies.

As best as you can, stay flexible, make adjustments, find creative solutions when it comes to these very different desires and focuses. If we feel boxed in to something inauthentic, we may rebel or act contrary. This will be even more true within our relationships -- this could bring in some restlessness or instability, perhaps related to our business relationships or long-term goals.

As best as you can, don't take things too personally -- and stay as flexible as possible. Allow there to be breakthroughs, shifts, changes. As always, change could be uncomfortable — perhaps because we like what's familiar -- or because we want change so badly that we can't handle the in-between phase that comes will all transitions… it’s an invitation to stretch ourselves and step into the unknown.

Here’s some "self-coaching” questions to ease you on your way:

What if that "something unexpected” around the corner was guaranteed to change my life for the better? What needs to be eliminated? Changed? What would "courage" do? What if I simply surprised myself, right here and now?

Let’s look at some other facets of this T-square. Earlier, we mentioned that the “focus planet” is Pluto in Capricorn:

This T-square is thus asking us to stretch and grow along another dimension: we are invited to empower ourselves in the world by connecting to our "feeling body” and by developing a deeper understanding of our physical and emotional needs (especially for safety).

At the same time, we are also invited to stretch ourselves to create a more authentic and empowered society -- one that honors the unique, individual contribution of everyone -- one capable of owning its fears and less attractive characteristics. How might we bring this about? The best place to start is to honor ourselves and express our unique spark.

All of this accelerates the breakdown of long-standing patterns: we are invited individually and collectively to resolve core karmic lessons -- shifting from an old paradigm to a new one. What might a "new paradigm" be?

How can we accomplish change without discounting input from others?

What if change were something we could simply allow, rather than something that involved aggression?

As best as you can, take it one moment at a time, there is no need to rush anything ;-) Ask yourself: Could I allow myself to be uncomfortable, just for right now?

The position of this T-square in our birth chart shows the area of life in which we are developing not only courage and initiative (Aries), but also diplomacy and collaborative spirit (Libra), together with responsibility and integrity (Capricorn).

This T-Square is also asking us to redefine personal and collective freedom. We are invited to release old patterns, particularly around gender, so we can each fulfill our unique role at this critical juncture on Earth. Much like the 1960’s, we are laying the groundwork for future generations right now.

Just as was true then, we need to let our vision direct our thoughts and actions, rather than our fear. Simply know that it is possible -- and that you are part of what makes it possible.

That said — and somewhat paradoxically -- bringing forth a global consciousness based on freedom, equality and mutual benefit, will mean addressing what lurks in the shadows: our unconscious… the suppressed, feared, denied, ignored, shameful, etc.  In other words, the inner work not only continues, it informs and enables the vision.

So, I ask myself (and invite you to do the same): What are my true motivations? If fears were driving me, what might they be?

What might shift if I faced those fears -- acknowledged them, brought them out into the open?

What if I allowed myself to surrender to my own higher power, or to my passionately pumping, wildly open heart? Trust your inner truth!

By definition, a better future pretty much always requires doing different things, or doing things differently, so be ready to correct your course or set a new one... Is there another path that leads to the goal? What if it were possible to take responsibility and be flexible at the same time?

What if I forgave myself for just a moment? Even for limitations I still have… even for fears… maybe even for my phobias... for all the “stuff” I still carry around, whether from a past life or this one?

As you can see, we are asked to let go of our fearful conditioning, and embrace a vision that calls for us to "live into" the highest version of ourselves.

This will mean we take an innovative approach both to who we are personally, and to our interactions with others. The same is true of our perspective on justice, we’re asking ourselves: what is just? We’re seeking harmony and balance.

Life is so short in relationship to the life of the planet. That we are not in this body for very long, means that there is a certain degree of urgency -- almost like a responsibility — to make it count for something. If we are like a single drop of rain in a mighty rainstorm, why not at least be a drop that makes a ripple when it returns to the ocean? Who knows, perhaps as your ripple meets others, it might create a beautiful resonance with everything around it -- a harmony that ripples down through eternity…

I therefore invite you to be passionate about life. Why not fully express our uniqueness? After all, that's what will create the shift. It’s what moves other people. It’s the best and easiest way to touch each others lives.

We are definitely being pulled in many different directions with this T-Square, personally and collectively — radically different.

And, as regular readers of my Weekly Forecasts know: Self-care is therefore critical. Why do I say this?

It’s this simple: if we don’t maintain our physical bodies, we will not be able to maintain the pace, or meet the demands placed on us right now.

The empty leg of this T-square being in Cancer, it emphasizes that message: we are reminded to nurture ourselves, especially (once again) our "feeling body". We are being invited to pay attention to our basic needs -- for love, acceptance, control, safety & security, etc.

As best as you can then, take breaks — or at least slow down and allow yourself to relax. It’s important to explore ways to stay centered and grounded -- seek tools or people to help you with that exploration. This is true always, of course, but holds especially true until the end of the T-Square in early April.

Some of us struggle with this. Perhaps we think “I don’t deserve that” or “I’m too busy -- my function in the world is more important than the body that performs the work.” Some of us hear "self-care", and think “selfish”.

When you think about it, though, selfish behaviors are generally coming from fear. And who is served when we neglect our physical or emotional health?

I invite you to reclaim the term “self-care" for love. Aren’t you as deserving of your love and support as any “external” person? Where and how could "self-oriented" motivations serve you and others?

"Self-care" doesn’t have to be a trip to Hawaii -- we’re talking about simple things, like making sure that we eat mindfully, drink plenty of water, exercise, get plentiful rest. This is about letting in affection from friends, family, or pets. It doesn’t matter what your current energetic or financial situation, you can always find some way to let some nurturing happen :-)

What (or who) brings you comfort and support? How can you nurture yourself in these times of change?

What if empowerment in the world came from being in touch with our "feeling-body”? What might we accomplish if we simply asked for what we need?

In other words, “self-care” means connecting to whatever feels supportive, in order to stay grounded and regenerate; this is particularly important right now, because we are feeling very action-oriented.  If everything else is moving fast, it’s good if we slow down, become the eye of the storm. If nothing else, at least we can do our best to roll with the punches, while standing in our power.

If you'd like some help with this, watch my Full Moon in Gemini video -- towards the end, I invite you to do a quick experiment with me, using simple questions from the "Sedona Method”. This can support you in feeling more grounded and present (the Sedona Method is one of the main techniques I use in my coaching practice).

All of this not only empowers us, it also make it easier to empower others -- and remember that while force comes from fear and righteousness, true power always comes from love and openness.

Those of us who have personal planets or points (ASC/MC) in 14-28 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer, will feel the effects of this T-Square more strongly.

Staying Grounded in the "Here and Now" -- Astrology Forecast for Mon., Feb. 13th - Sun., Feb. 19th, 2017

Please note that all times given below are Eastern Standard Time -- to change the listed times to your own timezone, I recommend clicking here for the time and date converter

Last week was a blur...so many energies moving about, in so many directions... Rest and recuperation were essential. The Lunar Eclipse has certainly brought some excitement with it. I can feel the playfulness of it all and the desire to have some fun :-)

Since we will be in  Eclipse season until March 12th, I encourage you to watch my most recent Forecasting Forum -- we covered the Eclipses, including the upcoming Solar Eclipse in Pisces. If you want to see how these Eclipses are impacting you personally, click here to purchase your mp4-video recording now... or wait a little longer... I will be offering it with a 20% discount (in form of a rebate) for a couple of days next week ;-)

You can also get a free copy of the entire recording if you sign up for the next two Forecasting Forums (March and April) in advance. So basically you would get three Forums for only $48 instead of the regular $72.00 -- that's only $16 for each Forum -- what a deal! ;-)

This week's headline items: Jupiter's Station ends on Tuesday; the Sun change signs from Aquarius to Pisces on Saturday; the last Quarter Moon in 0 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact on Saturday afternoon.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday morning (for a little over 8 hours), Wednesday evening (for almost 5 hours), and Friday afternoon (for almost 23.5 hours).

Though not exactly a "headline" any more, I would like to mention again that we are still in the middle of Eclipse season

An Eclipse is a consciousness upgrade. For 7 - 10 days before and after an Eclipse, we are usually in uncharted territory: anything is possible and it's wise to expect the unexpected. The upcoming Solar Eclipse in Pisces will be exact Sunday of next week, Feb. 26th (feel free to watch my video on the subject — I'll post it by Wednesday evening of this week).

Anything brand-new (and I really mean brand, brand-new) started during this time will likely not pan out the way we thought it would, often because important information comes to light only after Eclipse season is over. If possible therefore, try to defer any major brand-new projects until after March 12th, when this Eclipse season is over. If something is beginning or ending in a way that seems organic… allow it to be.

Another Eclipse-related phenomenon: not only do Eclipses bring up uncertainty in us, they might also leave us nervous, anxious, unsettled and disoriented. As best as you can, observe your feelings and stay grounded in the "here and now". If you feel rushed into something, take a deep breath and connect to your heart, intuition and inner wisdom: They will carry you through.

Just like upgrading a computer, you will get all the information you need, as soon as the upgrade is complete -- so as best you can, be patient. This does not mean that we need to drop everything; it just means it's wise to check in with our higher guidance -- do this whichever way feels right to you ;-) Remember: it's temporary.

I also discussed the upcoming Eclipse in detail in my most recent Forecasting Forum, so if you want to get more of a sense of how this Eclipse season might be impacting you personally, I recommend you purchase the mp4-recording of the Forum -- it will help you apply what's coming up to your own birth chart. Monday (February 13th): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo until 3:43pm EST; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world -- things and knowledge we can apply and use.

Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals.

Monday at 7:36am EST,we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for a little over 8 hours, until 3:43pm EST.Do your best to use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life and find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

Make space both for looking at your beliefs, to see which ones are sound, and for organizing your daily routines. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan most of Monday ahead of time ;-)

Monday at 3:43pm EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation -- but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to "yes" more easily than we might like.

We may also be able see both sides of the equation so well that we can't make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm -- even if it's "No" ;-) One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Tuesday (Feb. 14th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Monday afternoon for details).

Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, an opportune Sun/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 12:58am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last Saturday on; it will be strong until this Thursday. This aspect provides an opportunity to become aware of what needs to happen if we are to accomplish something concrete.

We have common sense at our disposal; we are willing to look reality in the eye, and take responsibility for our lives and who is in it. This is also an opportunity to focus on being grounded and truthful in our connections with others. Again, remember: opportunities are openings, they aren't necessarily handed to us -- we have to "take" them and make something of them.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 23-28 degreesof Aquarius, Sagittarius, Libra, or Aries? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Capricorn (the Sun rules Leo; Saturn rules Capricorn)

Also on Tuesday, although now retrograde, Jupiter resumes its normal pace through the sky, ending its station. What has come up in the last two or three weeks around relationships? Justice (and injustice)? Balance (and imbalance)? What beliefs about partnerships no longer serve you? The retrograde ends on June 9th; until then, it's a great idea to do some internal work in these areas.

Wednesday (Feb. 15th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Monday afternoon for details).

Wednesday (from late morning on) is a great day for accomplishment and collaborating with others. At 8:54pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that lasts for almost 5 hours, until 1:41am EST (Thursday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to continue collaborating with others and for bringing awareness to the larger issues at hand. How can we make a difference... and with who?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday evening/night ahead of time ;-)

Thursday (Feb. 16th) at 1:41am EST, the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Saturday afternoon. We feel things deeply and have "X-Ray Vision" and "Bullshit-Smelling Abilities" ;-)

Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest. Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever... as long as our trust is never betrayed.

The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. This occurs by a process of subtraction -- it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. It's therefore an excellent time to look at "old" fears, limiting habits or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.

Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity -- it's "in or out", "with us or against us", "love me or leave me". It can therefore be stormy -- a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we "work" the energies :-)

Manipulation and paranoia are the lower vibrations of this aspect, so as best you can, be straightforward -- act in good faith and assume it in others. Best of all, be truly present to the fluctuations of your feelings -- no matter if they're "polite" or "timely". Feelings aren't facts, but they are information -- and heeding them will help you embrace all of who you are.

Know thyself -- and love thyself -- you shall be set free. Remember: Love connects us to the Power within; Fear causes "Force" to show up -- and that's ultimately what disempowers us and others.

Thursday early afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Mars aspect  becomes exact at 1:15pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday morning on; it will be strong until Friday night. This aspect provides an opportunity to connect thought to action. Body and mind can align; words and deeds connect with ease. As with any opportunity, we have to "take" this one: it will not happen by itself.

What actions are calling to you today? How might those actions be connected to other like-minded people... or a vision you have for humanity's future?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 11-15 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries)

Friday (Feb. 17th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothingScorpio all day (see Thursday very early morning for details).

Friday at 2:38pm EST, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that last for almost 23.5 hours, until 1:52pm EST (Saturday afternoon). Use this intuitive time to slow down and focus on your inner processes. Deepen your connection to what you feel deeply passionate about.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to make plans ahead of time ;-)

Saturday (Feb. 18th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothingScorpio until 1:52pm EST (see Thursday very early morning for details).

Saturday morning, 6:31am EST: the Sun changes signs from freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius to creative, compassionate Pisces, where it will journey until March 20th. This brings our awareness to our sense of oneness with everyone and everything around us. We feel like sponges, able to pick up all energy around us; this also makes us more sensitive and emotional. We are more drawn towards expressing ourselves in a creative or spiritual way.

Music or energy healing gives us vitality and can heighten our own personal vibrations.  We need to slow down a little and listen to our intuition more fully -- if we ignore our feelings and the subtle messages we are getting, we will most likely feel more anxious and somewhat frustrated. This could also be connected to the slow pace that our body or our surroundings are demanding of us.

The keyword here is "allowing": as best as you can, be aware of what you are resisting, moment to moment, and create some space -- allow it to be as it is. Notice when you are sensing someone else's feelings rather than your own.

All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Pisces Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Pisces, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo your vitality will depend on allowing things to flow and being gentle with yourself.

Saturday afternoon at 1:52pm EST, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journeyuntil Monday night/Tuesday very early morning.

Also Saturday afternoon, at 2:33pm EST, the last Quarter Moon in 0 degrees of Sagittarius will be exact. The Moon in adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in sensitive, dreamy, compassionate Pisces. This may bring up some challenges. However, it also energizes us to look at what needs to be completed -- and what needs to be changed.

This Moon phase brings us closer to Feb. 26th's New Moon -- which is also a Solar Eclipse. We are thus best served by reviewing projects begun since the last Solar Eclipse in early September, 2016; we now have about a week to wrap those projects up.

What -- if anything -- needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since Sept. 1st, 2016? What did it mean for you? As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-2 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, GeminiVirgo, or 28-29 degrees of Scorpio, Aquarius, Taurus or Leo? If so, you are more affected by this month's last Quarter Moon. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer, since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer.

Sunday (Feb. 19th): The Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Saturday afternoon for details).

Sunday starts out with lots of energy at our disposal, plus a desire to connect with others and have some adventures. Physical exercise or activities with others are great ways to channel this energy.

As we move into the second half of Sunday we may need to make some adjustments. As best you can, honor both your need for adventure and exploration of life and your need to connect with others intuitively or spiritually. You may also feel a pull between introvert and extrovert, or simply fast and slow. Tune in for a moment and see if you need to take a break or at least slow down a little.

A head's up for next Monday (Feb. 20th): The Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Saturday afternoon for details). At 6:37pm EST,we enter a Moon void of course (VoC). that last for 7.5 hours, until 2:08am EST (Tuesday very early morning). In the late evening, an opportune Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 11:01pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday evening on; it will stay strong until next week Wednesday morning.More about all the details in next week’s forecast ;-)
